Enjoyed the home away from home. The spaces were ideal for four adults. The side porch was comfortable and ideal for watching the Amish buggies going down the road. This location is about 15 minutes to Sight and Sound. Use GPS to get around and drive through the farmlands.

We come to Lancaster County every fall for the Sight and Sound Theater. This home was our favorite of the many we have rented. It is very spacious and very clean. And, the location is perfect for sightseeing and restaurants. The horse & buggies going past were an added bonus! We highly recommend.

Pleasant and Enjoyable

Very nice place to stay. House had plenty of room for family to spread out and enjoy being with each other. Lots of fun was had. Bedrooms are spacious. Beds were comfortable. House was clean and stocked with most everything you would need for your stay. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others

Very nice home.

Enjoyed the large rooms and all the parking. Very clean and close to shopping and dining. Unaware of 1 or 2 tenants living in the back of the house ( blocked off area from us) was surprising but they did not bother us. Fridge was very very noisy and water pressure for showers was low. I would stay again if in the area.

Great Location in the Heart of Amish Communities

Exceptionally clean and well maintained with a great covered porch to enjoy morning coffee and a beautiful view. We spent much time there.Spacious rooms with comfortable furniture. Easy walking to the shops and restaurants in Intercourse. Easy drive to Strasburg RR, Sight and Sound, and all surrounding Amish Villages. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

While the house was clean and nice there were some things we didn't appreciate being surprised with upon arrival. No where in the listing did it mention the house had an attached dwelling. This was very uncomfortable and something that should have been disclosed. The family living in the attachment had a dog. The listing said the property was no pets. My child has an extreme fear of dogs and was terrified every time she had to walk to the car. The pictures made it look like there was a fenced yard which a big reason we booked it but that was not the case. We would up leaving early due to these conditions. Listing should really be transparent about what it is since it's not a single house but a multi family unit with a permanent resident and dog.

Another wonderful stay

We have stayed at Rebecca's property on several occasions. Probably upwards of five or six now. We've started doing a yearly Mother's Day trip, so we bring our mom to enjoy sight and sound and the quiet and relaxation of the Lancaster area. We enjoy the local restaurants (we loved Amos' Place and definitely check out Stoltzfus Meats!) and our favorite store is definitely Kings Furniture! Love all the small shops. This year we played several rounds of mini golf at Waters edge mini golf. We liked both courses but preferred the nature course!As always the house was perfectly clean and comfortable. Thank you for another wonderful adventure. We will definitely be back.

Family getaway

We had a great time as usual. The place we stayed at is our 5 time there. The house is very clean and it makes you feel very welcome place to stay with you family. It is a home away from home.

Clean and comfortable

Was a great base of operations for a Girls Weekend 60th birthday celebration. Spacious, well appointed and very clean. Conveniently located to everything we wanted to do.Be aware that the road is very busy, hence noisy if you like open windows. Also, if you all love to cook, as we do, there is no automatic dishwasher. We had a wonderful time and all agreed we would do it again. Many thanks
