Excellent rental. Loved all the spaces to use around the house inside and out. Great views. We were able to watch the fireworks from the fourth of July on the balcony. I would definitely recommend to others.

Amazing Stay!

Spacious and well equipped house

The house was great for our group of 4 couples, it’s spacious and well equipped house. Nice touches all around and felt new. Just on the outside of town but everything you need is a short drive away. Thank you we had a wonderful stay.

Wine Country Paradise

Excellent. Had 2 youngsters with us and the property had a game room which kept them happily entertained as the adults talked wine. Stunning views. An overall wonderful experience.

Great Location, view and comfort for group of adults

This property, has a great view of Paso Robles and the house is beautiful. The bedrooms and beds were all comfortable and clean. Everything in the house worked without an issue and the host was prompt with communications and information. Over the past 15+ years, we’ve stayed at many rentals in the Paso Robles area and this is one of the nicest properties for a larger group of adults.

This home is better than the pictures! The rooms are spacious. The kitchen is very well stocked with pots/pans, dishes, serving plates, etc. The property is very secluded and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and our host was super helpful and responsive. Thank you

Father’s Day weekend

House was great. Beautiful views. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed to cook. A lot of space for everyone to relax. High chair and pack n play is a plus. Didn’t need to bring our own.

Beautiful house

It was a nice property, easy check in and check out. Loved the labeled cupboards and remote controls. 2 things: septic tank smell in the toilets on our 3rd day only and the mattresses need replacement. Love the smart tvs and the Wolf gas range.

Comfortable home with beautiful views

We were three couples staying in this house and it worked well for us. Beware of driving passed the house when you are trying to find it the first time; it’s a hard turnaround and difficult entry to the correct driveway. The house could use a deep cleaning. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful home and views

My family really enjoyed our stay here. The views are gorgeous and the house is beautifully renovated and furnished. The layout worked perfectly for us and we appreciated the AC, game room, and board games since we ended up staying at the house for most of the very hot weekend. We were pleasantly surprised to find a whole other living room (not pictured in the photos) with a baby grand piano which my daughter was excited to play. We cooked a lot and appreciated the large kitchen and supplies.

Easter in Paso high on a hill

the house was as pictured, good sized rooms and wonderful views...the kitchen could use someone cooking in it that can help with the what's needed ...a can opener especially and a tea pot that can stay open and hold water...and pot holders that work...silicone and not flexible at all...so those are the major complaints, but the house was high on a hill with spectacular views even in the rain as we did have most of weekend, we enjoyed our family visit together...thank you

Friend reunion

I would have given 5 stars as the home is beautiful. very spacious and has fantastic views. The big downside for all of us was the lack of hot water. The Jack and Jill shower never had hot water, no matter when one took a shower. It was always cold or at best, tepid. There has to be something wrong with it. When moving to a different shower, we were able to get warmer water altho even there, it would start warm, get cold then hot all in a matter of minutes. No one could ever get a constant temperature. And only one person took a shower at a time and some even took later in the day. Always the same. Probably not an issue in the summer but it is in winter. Appreciated the quick response with the request for more toilet paper.

Stunning view, lots of space inside, those beds tho'.

This property is as spacious and beautifully appointed as it looks. So much room for the kids to play hide and seek. Deer came out at night and they loved that. Kitchen was great/huge. I'd add a couple of caveats though, for others considering this property. First, the bedrooms are on the downstairs level, so every movement that happens upstairs (in the kitchen) is audible in the mornings. Second, the beds are all of the "pillow-top"variety, so quite soft. One of our party gave up and slept on the couch because every movement of the other person in the bed registers. I know some people like these beds (we don't). I think it would be nice if this info were included in the description. (Every VRBO we stay in has these, it seems). Third, given the house's proximity high on a hill, if you are looking for somewhere you can walk to and from, or take the baby out for a stroll, not gonna happen. It is quite a steep hillside. Which makes for the amazing view, which is why we chose it.

Peaceful relaxing getaway

We had a lovely stay in Paso Robles. This house hosted by Zach was everything that we could have asked for for a family vacation with a 1-year old in tow. There was an incredible attention to detail that made our stay extremely comfortable, and stress-free. The furniture on the balcony was very well maintained. Often I've seen in some vacation rentals that outdoor furniture is coated with a layer of dust and leaves but this was spotless, and even the glass barriers were spotless to enable a great view from the top of the hill. Pots, pans, dishware, and cutlery were well stocked, and easily accessible. This made cooking for our kid very convenient. TVs and other appliances had streaming and Youtube TV, and the remotes were in good working condition. Bedrooms were well lit, and spacious - particularly the master with a free standing tub and double vanity. There were plenty of towels, and bedding supplies that we didn't have to do laundry part way. The garage has a game room with a pingpong table, foosball, and air hockey. It is rare to find rentals with such amenities in good working condition - and often you find paddles with peeling covers, or air hockey tables with poor air pressure. This was a lot of fun particularly in the evenings. The only downside of a converted garage is that you have to park outside and there can be dew in the mornings on your car, but it is totally worth it for the stay. I look forward to returning soon!

Great views but lacking amenities

The views from this house are stunning and we greatly enjoyed that. Also the beds are super comfy, another plus. But the amenities I would expect (and have had at other VRBO bookings) were not up to par. For example there was exactly one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, no extras. I had to buy more. And the shampoo/conditioners were lousy, I'd recommend you try another brand. Supplies in the kitchen were basically non-existant. There was a bit of coffee left by previous renters, but no sugar or creamer. And no cooking oil or other basics that I would expect. I have stayed in VRBO places where the kitchen was nearly as well stocked as my own. The opposite was true here. Finally, the house has no sound-proofing between rooms or between floors. I could hear every word spoken by the couple in the room next to ours. And when anyone walked across the floor upstairs you could hear each footstep quite loudly in the bedrooms. This is problematic when you have a group of varied ages staying in the same house as quiet times vary. So although the views were amazing I would not rent this house a second time.

Mother's Day Wine Weeke\nd

This is a great rental house that sits on a beautiful mountain property! The house is clean, comfortable and the kitchen is well supplied. The location is great, with easy driving access in to town!! Each room has large windows allowing spacious views of its beautiful surroundings..lots of wildlife to observe.We would definitely return to this property and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful stay. Make note, it does sit high on a mountainside - making morning walks a bit strenuous. BUT.. the higher location is what gives it the great ambiance, beautiful views and privacy! so.. its nice trade off!

Perfect Hilltop Getaway!

This place is perfect for a group! We’ve rented it before and can’t wait to do it again. This trip was 8 adults for a girls getaway and had everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy a break from reality. Close to wineries for tastings and lots of spaces available to enjoy the gorgeous views. The house is beautifully appointed and recently remodeled so everything feels fresh and new. The best part remains the grand room that’s the breakfast nook, kitchen, dining area. Plenty of space for all of us to congregate. Host is super responsive to questions and wonderful to work with. Lots of board games and standing table games to play if that’s your jam. We love this house!
