Efter en trevlig avkopplande dag pÄ stranden, fiske, surfa, sola eller promenera lÀngs de magnifika strÀnderna, kan du njuta av öns oas ut med en grill och vacker uppvÀrmd pool. Ta en trevlig maklig promenad ner till floden eller till Melbourne Beach Pier för en av vÄra otroligt vackra solnedgÄngar. Ryckman Park erbjuder tre olika lekplatser, tennisbanor, basketplaner och naturligtvis den vackra piren. Om matlagning inte finns pÄ din lista, besök en av vÄra lokala pubar eller restauranger bara 6 kvarter bort pÄ Ocean Avenue. Vill du ta en paus frÄn stranden för en dag? Vad sÀgs om en omgÄng golf? Spessard Holland golfbana Àr en 18-hÄlsbana som ligger mellan stranden och floden bara 5 minuter bort. Inte ett golffan, besöka vÄr vÀrldsberömda Ron Jons Surf Shop i Cocoa Beach eller stanna vid Kennedy Space Center för en fantastisk upplevelse. Varje lördag i december sÀtter downtown Melbourne alla i semestern med shopping för levande ljus, vagn, varm koka och besök med jultomten ger leenden till alla.
Melbourne Beach har en av de bÀsta semesterevenemangen! PÄ julafton tar jultomten och hans medhjÀlpare julklappar till varje barn, tar bilder, ger ut godisrotting till alla pÄ deras nÀrmaste stopp. VÄrt stopp Àr i slutet av Surf Rd. We loved every bit of our vacation. Pool kept the kids busy all week. Beach was a very short walk. Restaurants were close. Perfect location and perfect beach house.

We had a wonderful stay. Great location. Very short walk to the beach. Salt water pool was clean and refreshing. Great amenities, especially if traveling with children. We would definitely go back.

Great Property

Very good location and walk ability, nice open house with a super cute backyard. We loved the pool and outdoor seating. Judy was very responsive and even let us check in early.

What you see is what you get!

We’ve booked our second stay at this location. Love the location. Close to the beach and if you’re not wanting to make the trek the pool will absolutely give you the privacy and relaxation you need. Can’t wait to stay here again this summer. Our entire family is looking forward to it.

Amazing Stay

Loved loved loved this place! So close to the beach and had everything we needed for a group of family and friends. The grill and seating area in the back was perfect for a cookout. Our hosts were amazing and even after a mix-up on VRBO were so accommodating. Really appreciate the house and experience overall. Would definitely return!

Well stocked, clean property-matched listing. Very close to beach entrance as described. For the most part it is a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely consider staying here again if we were to return to area. Plenty of room for all of us (5 adults) to spread out.

Truly a Tropical Oasis in the backyard

We very much enjoyed our stay and the outdoor area and pool were simply amazing. Perfect for a family gathering that might include some younger kids. Very short walk to the beach, within 5 minutes, and close to shopping and everything else that you would need. Quiet neighborhood with the house easy to find and only a half block off A1A. Highly recommend!

Fabulous Beach home very close to beaches!

We had a wonderful time at this beach home. It’s probably the BEST stocked home we have ever rented through VRBO. The owners have thought of everything and don’t lock you out of extra supplies. The kitchen is very well stocked and includes lots of extras! Rooms were comfortable. Pool was fantastic! Gorgeous Lanscaping around the entire property. Very safe area and an easy walk to the beach.

Short walk to the beach and very friendly neighborhood for evening scooter/ walks with the kids to the river park. House was cute and the pool was awesome. I liked the alarm on the back doors you can turn off/on for young children with the pool! We already booked for next year:)

Family Gathering

The property is well appointed with everything needed for homey comfort inside, a great outdoor play area with heated pool, and even bikes for cruising. The furnishings are comfortable and the rooms are spacious. There is a relaxed beach feel that is exactly what we wanted. It is close to the beach, shopping, good restaurants and local attractions but tucked in a quiet spot that feels very private when you are in the house and pool area. Perfect for hanging out with family and relaxing.

Family reunion favorite

This is our 3rd year in this house for our family reunion. It is the best. Love the tiki hut...we spent evenings playing pirate ring toss and laughing so hard. This house has so many features -- well equipped for babies, toddlers and everyone. Besides the tiki hut, there is the heated pool!! We are planning to come back next year for our 4th reunion.

Was a great experience so close to all things yet far enough away that it felt very private The trees around the pool made it feel like there were no neigbors. We would and probably will stay again if it works out All the supplies were there for a trip to the beach which was the final item that sold me on the place Was nice not having to bring extra stuff The pool was heated which was great as the temps were a little cooler but poll felt great Extra supplies were there like tooth brush etc They thought of it all and was a great stay Thanks

This pool house allows you to truly feel like you are in paradise. The cozy small town (one stop light) has so much. The beautiful sunrises and amazingly stunning sunsets will have you wanting to plan your next trip before you leave.

Split floor plan, ocean breeze front porch, relaxing shady gazebo by the pool, quick walk to the beach and river. Inquire to rent a Golf Cart or E-bike for a fun open-air experience and to get around town easily.
