Casa Felice är ett 2 sovrum / 1 badrum fullt möblerad oceanfront hus med spektakulär utsikt. Huset sover 4 personer. Huset ligger bara 6 miles från Georgetown på en vacker strandsträcka i Tar Bay. Alla rum har luftkonditionering med takfläktar. Det finns ett stort öppet vardagsrum, matsal och fullt utrustat kök. Franska dörrar öppnas till en komplett däck utrustad med bord, stolar och grill. Det finns också ett däck möblerat med solstolar i framsidan av huset. Koppla av och njut av ett glas vin medan du tar dig i Exumas naturliga skönhet. Det finns flera korallrev som ligger inom simning avstånd framför huset, så ta med snorkelväxeln eller stången och rulla och ta middag. Huset är utrustat med WiFi.

Fabulous week at Casa Felice

The house was fabulous and the exactly as described. We had a great week. The beach was perfect as well. The wind made the surf a little rough but also helped with keeping the bugs from being a problem. We explored more of the island on this trip and visited most every beach. Much thanks to Beth for her support and for Wade and his support during our stay.

Excellent Experience

This home is centrally located on the island. We found it easy to get into town or visit locations on the north or south ends of the island from the location. The house was very clean and VERY well appointed. Plenty of privacy on the outdoor seating areas and the beach out back is perfection. We loved our time at Casa Felice and can’t wait to return. Finally, I have to mention the communication and coordination with the property owners. From booking to checking out, the owners were engaged, responsive, and extremely helpful.

Amazing view

Truly a dream from start to finish. The house has the most incredible view with lush landscaping it’s gorgeous. House is just as pictured online. Host was a gem and went over and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. This is a magical spot and we will absolutely be back!

Spectacular view!

Very relaxing and enjoyable stay. The house is as described and pictured, and the views are amazing. The beach access comes and goes, but the beach is great when you can get to it!

Amazing views from this property. The communication and response to needs was prompt and appreciated. Really enjoyed Exuma and being in this location. Casa Felice is right in the middle of it all. Perfect location for things easy or west on the island.

Perfect Beach Retreat

Casa Felice is a beautiful home located on an amazing white sand beach! Upon arrival, we were met by their caretaker Wade who showed us around, gave us great suggestions on a few local markets, and made sure we were settled before he left. Hedy and Elizabeth are wonderful hosts and we hope to be able to visit Casa Felice again soon! Thank you for for having us!

Beautiful Property

Casa Felice is a beautiful property with breathtaking views of the ocean. We found the property to be very well maintained and the kitchen had everything we needed to enjoy a great holiday meal. The hosts were great help with suggesting activities, restaurants, and a photographer on the island, many of which can be hard to find with google searches). Would definitely recommend you stay here!

Amazing Stay

My husband and I had an amazing vacation at Casa Felice! The house has an perfect view of the beautiful colors of the ocean that is so hard to leave! We had everything we needed at our finger tips. We were at peace staying here. Exuma is filled with amazing views, oceans and more! Make sure you explore the island and everything it has to offer!

Lovely stay at Casa Felice!

Our family had a lovely stay and felt right at home. The view from the house AND the private beach were amazing! We spent lots of time snorkeling and kayaking. There are reefs right out back! We appreciated having many amenities, including a double kayak, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and cable (especially since we had a rainy week!). Lots of towels and linens provided. The owners are very accommodating and sweet.

Exploring Great Exuma

Our stay at Casa Felice was fantastic. The place is right on the beach at Tar Bay. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck taking in the great views and morning walks on the beach. The house is in a great location that is close to the airport and not far from Georgetown. It was located nicely for us to explore the island and meet our boat excursion and rent a boat ourselves. Check in and out were easy, stores are near by for all your needs... it was a great vacation! Thank you.

Breathtaking!!

We couldn’t have asked for more than Casa Felice. It was everything and more than expected. Communication with the owner was like none other- very prompt and detailed and very welcoming!! It’s always hard to leave a vacation behind but this one really was tough to say goodbye to. Thank you for many amazing memories and hopefully we will get a chance to return sometime.

The house was fantastic and exactly as listed. The interior was extremely clean and the view is unbeatable! If you don't rent a car, use Lilli Rollie for taxi service (242)554-2966. She is a gem! We could not have asked for a better trip!

WOW!

Casa Felice is located on a wonderful beach. The water was absolutely gourgeous. The house is also very clean and nicely decorated. It included everything we needed for a terrific vacation. . The homeowners were also wonderful to work with a very accommodating during our short stay. Unfortunately, we had to leave early due to illness, but we will be back!!

Amazing house in paradise!

Everything about this rental was 5 star, it was literally like staying at a a friends house. All was better than described. Hedy met us at the property and saw us off on our departure day. Close to the airport and generally centrally located, We were as comfortable here as we are at home. The views from inside the house and from balcony/deck in back are breathtaking. The house was stocked with everything you need and just minutes from 2 markets.

Excellent Home, Beautiful Location, Close to the Airport!

- Great communication from the owners and the property manager. Wade the property manager came to check on us to make sure we had everything we needed. - Clean Home - Excellent location near the airport and George Town - The beach is beautiful and the water is too! To note: Everyone on the island uses WhatsApp Calls/Text and Phone Calls to communicate! The island cellular promotes WhatsApp! The property manager was great and checked with us on a regular basis to make sure everything was ok! Thank you!!!
