Villa Marjorie ligger på stranden i Silver Beach, George Town, Exuma, Bahamas. Det har varit helt ombyggda och uppdateras. Hon är en två sovrum och två badrum beach house med central luftkonditionering, modernt kök med rostfria LG apparater och granit bänkskivor och vardagsrum och matplats med en 42 tums platt skärm LG TV.

Varje sovrum har en 32 tums platt-TV och är vackert inredda med mörka trämöbler och har en otrolig utsikt över det glittrande turkosa vattnet. Alla rum leder till stranden med hjälp av sina egna 8ft. skjutbara glasdörrar som öppnas på en 10ft. av 37ft. inglasad balkong som är bokstavligen ett par steg till vattnet. Villa Marjorie är en 8 minuters bilresa österut från George Town International Airport och 12 minuter väster om centrala George Town, Exuma

Beautiful beach

House was in a great location with beautiful beach view. Steps away from water. Although there were neighboring houses, still felt very private as rarely saw anyone out. The house was very comfortable with central air. There were a few close by snorkeling reefs in either direction that had lots of interesting fish. Loved the house and island and would definitely return.

Paradise

You can’t beat this location for a vacation! House was very comfortable and clean. Right on the beach! Due to airline issues we missed most of our short getaway, only 2 nights and 1 full day. We already booked for next year. It had been a few years since we had gone to Exuma, this was our 5th trip.

Wonderful Stay

Wonderful stay - plan to return. Great home, very clean. RIGHT ON THE BEACH. Beach is very quiet, many times we were on our own. Easy drive to George Town. Exuma Point was a favorite spot and an easy drive. Was apprehensive on being on the main road, but at night it was very quiet. Not difficult to get out of the driveway (as someone complained). Comfy beds. Great spot.

Girls trip

This is my 2nd stay at Villa Marjorie, this time with 2 of my friends. The location is central and super convenient. The back porch and beach are the best part of the house. We spent each night on the porch enjoying the view, breeze and sounds of the waves. Exiting the driveway can be difficult to see so take caution.

Perfect Tar Bay Home

This property was perfect for our family of three. It is located centrally on the island and is easy to access anywhere you want to go around the island. The views are amazing from the living/dining/kitchen area and both bedrooms. I have nothing but great things to say about this property. Some of the best things about this home is that the refrigerator had a working ice maker and there were tons of extra ice trays filled upon our arrival. The water was hot with good water pressure. The beds were comfortable. There were great loungers with cushions to use on the beach there at the house plus there were portable beach chairs and a cooler and umbrella to take with you to the many beaches of Exuma. We will definitely stay here again if it available as it was great all the way around!

Great Location!

Lovely home right on the beach on Tar Bay. 2 big bedrooms with King Beds. Great covered porch and wonderful view! Communication was quick and friendly. Definitely will go back! Soon!

Nice stay

We had a nice stay in this location. Convenient to many beaches and a drive to the two extremes...Coco Plum and Tropic of Cancer but close to town and several other beaches. Well cared for place and have no complaints.

What a hidden little gem of a stay on Tar Bay. The view from all the windows is amazing and with the beach at your patio. Everything was provided for. Additional backpack beach chairs were nice to have to go see all the other nearby beaches. Host was accommodating and great with communication. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Perfect Location for Beach Vacation

We loved the location of the pretty home. Although it is not a 3 bedroom home as advertised, it was good for the three of us. The owner was attentive and helped solve problems that arose. It had all the necessaries for a great beach vacation.

Relaxing Get Away
