"Life's Too Short" ligger mellan Jungle och Jungle Shores, med ingången från Jungle Shores. Med gott om parkering under huset för 3 bilar / båt och en grusparkeringsplats vid huset för överflöd. Under hemmet hittar du en hängmatta för avkoppling och en grill för din utomhusmatlagning. Med en trevlig trädgård för ett konkurrenskraftigt spel med kornhål eller dart. Du hittar också en varm / kall utomhusdusch som är bekvämt belägen nära de främre trappstegen för sköljning efter en dag på stranden.

Du kommer in i huset från Jungle Rd-sidan och hälsas med ett vackert stort rum, som öppnar sig till verandan på första våningen. Den första BR w / Queen har en privat dörr till täckt däck. Det finns också ett badrum med full hall (badkar / dusch). Huvudnivån har det stora rummet (vardagsrum, matsal och kök) och öppnar mot en skärmveranda mot Jungle Shores. De centralt belägna trapporna tar dig till 2: a nivån. Befälhavaren med kung har tillgång till skärmverandaen. Befälhavaren badet har en stall dusch, badkar, en dubbla handfat fåfänga. Det finns ett hallbad (badkar / dusch) för 3: e BR - drottning och 4: e BR - 2 singlar. På den tredje nivån finns ett stort rum med 3 singlar och tvåbäddsrum, privat badrum med dusch och två nyligen tillagda arkadmaskiner med över 150 spel inklusive Golden Tee. Myself , my Mom, her two sisters and all of their daughters and granddaughters had a fabulous weekend at Edisto. The house was just right for what we needed. Host was awesome and provided us with great communication and helpful hints that made our stay even better.

Family get away

Our family went for the Annual Shag Festival. The home was beautiful and convenient to the beach. Just a couple blocks away! There were three floors and everyone had plenty of space. There were arcade games on the third floor that my brother enjoyed. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this home for a great place to go with family.

GREAT FAMILY TIME

House was the perfect spot for our family to gather. Kids loved the top floor and the games. Kitchen was very well stocked with any appliance, pot/pan, utensil you would need. Great location for a quick walk to the beach or a longer stroll to the shops/restaurants. Hosts were easy to connect with and answered questions promptly. Had a wonderful time at Edisto Beach.

Couldn’t Be Better

I can’t say enough good things about our stay. The house was SO clean!! Also, best part for us was the size of the closet in the King room…. It was like our 18 month old had his own bedroom which was so nice. The owners were very kind and quick to communicate. We would stay here again!

Wonderful and cozy

Life’s Too Short was perfect for our family gathering for my daughter’s surprise engagement. Very cozy with plenty of kitchen utensils, plates and cups, two coffee makers which we put to good use and other cooking needs. Make sure to pack or pick up paper products and TP and of course bring your own sheets. (Or rent them). The walk to the beach is a nice walk and the screened porches are wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and Comfortable House

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Life's Too Short. The house is beautiful, incredibly clean, well-decorated, spacious, and very comfortable. The kitchen is huge with everything you need and the reverse osmosis water filter is awesome for drinking water. The beds are comfy, as are the dining and living room furniture. Our kids particularly enjoyed the arcade upstairs as well as the ring and string game in the carport. The screened in porches were also favorites. It took us about 30 seconds to drive to the beach (though you could walk if you'd like) and we appreciated the outdoor shower with warm water as well as the lower spigot for quick feet rinses. Our family had a wonderful, relaxing stay at this lovely house.

Our first stay at Edisto

We have never been able to stay for this long at the beach for many years with all of the crazy schedules and college then weddings.. this year we actually got to all be together for two days of the 6 we stayed! This house felt so comfy, and everyone relaxed and had their own space, but yet we could all hang out together for meals and to play games at the large kitchen table! Highly recommend this houseto anyone, and Jeff was on top of things with always responding quickly to any questions that we had !

Some inaccuracies

Toilets slow, main level shower tub slow, mastyer TV broken, no live TV as all was on ROKU or netflix or strange stuff to us. Owners golf cart was in the way so we could not use front of the lower ground level and we had difficultu plugging in our expensive rental golf carts, only one plug for thr three carts. TV was difficult to operate because remotes were no working needed batteries or the tv did not recognize the remote. TV and Sound was misrepresented as a value.

Awesome house

Perfect set up and location for our family. The owners were excellent communicators. They even allowed us to defer our trip from last year (we opted not to come due to COVID) to this year without any hassles. Definitely recommend this rental!

Great family vacation home

We had a great time at this house with our family that included young kids and adults. The house had plenty of space and our daughter (5 yrs old) loved the game room at the top. Jungle shores is a great location tucked between the marsh and just a few blocks to the beach. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the porches off the bedrooms. Great place to stay in Edisto!

Perfect vacation

We had such a fantastic stay at this property. It was the perfect location for a short walk to the beach or the marsh. It fit our large crowd easily and had all of the supplies to cook up large meals for the whole group. Having three levels was great to sneak away for some quiet time and for everyone to have their own space as needed. Would definitely recommend!

Big, nice and comfortable

We were with a group of nine adults, and fit into the house quite comfortably. We did need one more chair at the dining room table, and there were not all the pots and pans we’d like for cooking for a large group (we enjoy “family style” cooking and eating with our friends). Still these were minor when compared to the whole experience, which was great.

Sisters on the loose!

Once a year, my three sisters and I get together with whatever of our family we can corral. We spend a week playing games, shopping, hitting the beach(if we are near one) and generally reconnecting in a way that is not possible through phone calls and emails. This house afforded us the closeness we craved while still providing plenty of space for us to slip off and recharge if needed. We come from all over the country and as we are now well into our 50’s we appreciate the gift of Time more than anything and certainly intuit the significance of the name of this home, “Life’s Too Short.” We are very happy to have had the privilege of enjoying this wonderful home for our reunion.

Nice home

Nice home, broken up floorplan across three levels. The owner Jeff was very responsive and helpful. No real view to speak of. Also, this home is a duplex, attached to another unit in the same building. Fairly private still though. Furniture and decor is nice and clean but no extras, ie bikes, cornhole, golf carts, etc.

Edisto is the perfect place to unwind, and enjoy the beauty that surrounds this unbelievably special place. The slow pace and stunning sunsets keep families coming back year after year. It’s the best kept secret and one of the only uncommercialled beaches left on the east coast. I still get chills driving in under the canapy of arching live oaks and moss, old churches and the smell of the marsh. There is nothing like the low country.
