On repeat

This was our second time renting this home. The house is equipped with everything you need and is in the perfect location for us. My mom just turned 80 and it’s just a very small walk to the beach, but doable for older renters as well as kids. It is very well maintained and the coastal decor is fitting for the island and the property manager couldn’t be more accommodating. You won’t be sorry for choosing this home and it will probably be on your Tybee Rental Repeat List.

Family Getaway

Having a group filled with diverse ages and needs, it was a challenge to find the right accommodations. Finding this house was truly a Godsend. Our arrival was facilitated fully by a most helpful host, and the house was as beautiful as advertised. Overall, our family enjoyed a wonderful week! I would highly recommend:)

Wonderful week at the beach!

We had a wonderful stay and Erin was a wonderful host. The house had everything we needed and more than met our expectations. Easy access to the beach which wasn't that crowded since it was between public access points - a perfect spot! We would definitely come back again!

Great place to stay

This house is in a perfect location. Private boardwalk to the beach makes getting to and from the beach very easy. It’s just a short walk or bike to food, drinks, and the lighthouse. The house is very spacious and has great places to hang out after the beach. Most beach toys you need are at the house. Highly recommend.

Lovely Home

We rented this lovely home for our family to stay at during the week of my daughter’s wedding. Not only is the home spacious and well decorated, it is well equipped with everything you need. The property manager, Erin, is very responsive and attentive to any questions you may have. In addition, the house has a beautiful view of the ocean that can be enjoyed while rocking in chairs on the front porch. The neighborhood is perfect for walking in a safe environment and is just around the corner from Jaycee Park. Such a great location! Thanks again for making our special occasion even better by sharing your wonderful home with us.

The property is as descripted in the listing: beautiful, relaxing and accommodates a family

It is a vacation house that is complete, steps from the beach and has all the amenities needed while away from home such as fully stock kitchen, bathrooms, towels and games for entertainment. The owner was very accessible to resolve any issues.

Great family with children getaway

The house was perfect for our family. It had lots of different spaces for children or adults to do things. Property is well cared for and kept up. Everyone loved the house and the private beach. Water was warmer than west coast and waves were not strong so kids loved to play at the beach.

Exceptional

Everything about the house was perfect. The location can’t be beat. Our week there was very special with sunrise and sunset beach walks, and getting to see my 2.5 year old grand daughter fly a kite for the first time and find a starfish on the beach with us. Definitely would recommend and will deflinitely stay again.

Outstanding place!

Great week at Tybee.

The property was spacious & well appointed. Very easy walk to the beach & many beach items and bikes provided. Very quiet neighborhood & peaceful. Enjoyed the hot tub too! Great place to stay.

Our trip was fantastic! The home is cozy, amazingly well appointed, spacious, light filled and beautiful! Every amenity was thoughtfully supplied, the home was better stocked than any I’ve stayed in through VRBO. This property is a gem! Perfect home and location!

We couldn’t have been happier with this home. It was spacious, spotless, and in the nicest location! We loved the amenities provided such as hot tub, beach towels, beach toys, chairs, life vests, beach cart, bikes, corn hole, spike ball, ping pong, pool table.... even children’s plates, bowls, sippee cups, baby gates, booster high chair seat, and travel crib!! Fully stocked kitchen and with 2 coffee makers! The beach was literally steps away as well as north beach restaurant and light house. You can’t go wrong with this home. It is exactly like the photos and was perfect for our family of 7 adults, plus a 3 year old and 1 year old.

This is our personal beach house, where our family loves spending time together. The proximity to the beach is fantastic and makes getting all your equipment and supplies there so much easier, especially when you have kids in tow! It's quieter in the North Beach area and being a private neighborhood means that you won't have to worry about crowds. There's plenty of space for friends and family to make themselves comfortable and entertain in. We know you will love it as much as we have!
