Located in a quiet, walkable neighborhood with a lovely private deck. Charming guest house with well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and well stocked with linens, towels, shampoo, body wash and lotion. Mary is a great host - good, prompt communication but not intrusive during our stay. Highly recommend.

Our host Mary was very nice and she welcomed us with smiles to her guest house. The house had everything we needed for a 5 night stay. The location was close to restaurants, wineries and local events. I would definitely stay here again

I have stayed in several other Vrbo locations mostly international. I was pleasantly surprised at the well stocked supplies. It was beautifully presented. If I had a negative it would be the tv provider was not good. But enjoyed the property and would recommend it to others

I’d welcome a little more detail about whether it was the connection, channel selection, or something else. Also, I wish I’d known during one of our check-ins—I was nearby throughout your stay and would have been happy to pop over and help. I always welcome the opportunity to make a guest’s stay more enjoyable.

Private and quiet rental near downtown Sebastopol. Nice outdoor patio with lots of greenery. Mary, the host was a good communicator and very sweet. Everything was clean and perfectly set up.

A wonderful respite while visiting family and enjoying Sonoma County. Mary is such an amazing host, responsive, kind & welcoming. Her cottage had everything one could need, spices, well-appointed kitchen, soft linens and an absolutely beautiful garden area & deck, including humming birds, butterflies & a multitude of lovely birds.

Great place, perfect location, spacious and well furnished!

Stayed here in 2019, and plan to return again next month: excellent communication with hosts, easy walking in up town, and wonderful quiet central neighborhood.

Amazing peaceful stay

We had a lovely time at Mary’s place. It was spotless, peaceful, furnished and appointed wonderfully, and had great sunlight and garden areas. It was really adorable and we’d recommend it to anyone.

Lovely little apartment in Sebastopol. Perfect for a single person or couple staying in the city. Really is within walking distance to everything. Very neat, very well stocked. Couldn't recommend it more!

We loved staying in this sweet cottage!Mary,the host was very kind and welcoming. The cottage has a well equipped kitchen and the bathroom had loads of thick towels and toiletries if you didn't bring your own. Bed was comfy,as well as the couch for reading and relaxing. It was nice having the ability to stream our Netflix too and love having secured internet and laundry machines!All in all, a lovely,light filled cozy cottage in a walkable neighborhood with a wonderful host nearby! We are returning!

Comfy, Cozy Getaway for Two

We had such a lovely stay in Sebastopol. The guest house was clean, quiet, well equipped, and perfectly comfortable for a long weekend getaway for two. The location was ideal for checking out the quaint downtown area, as well as exploring the wide array of nearby wineries. We would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend it for couples or solo travelers.

Perfect Sebastopol wine country guest house

Everything was better than advertised. The kitchen was well stocked, communication with the property owner was outstanding, and it exceeded expectations in every way. Super close to downtown and the Barlow. We will be back again soon!

Great little guest cottage! It had everything we needed. Very clean and cozy! Very nice outside deck area! Location was convenient to tour wineries, visit the Redwoods at Armstrong woods, Easy drive to Bodega Bay for Chowder at Spud Point Thank you Mary!

Great property and location for a Sonoma visit! Mary was very helpful and accommodating- she checked on us to make sure all was to our liking and was available whenever we had a question or needed something. We’re ready for a return visit!

Jennie and her husband were wonderful guests. We dealt with the threat NorCal fire that weekend, and they were real champs. We stayed in constant communication. And in spite of all that, they left the guest house in tiptop shape and were so understanding! I would have them back in a flash. Everything worked out!
