And absolutely beautiful spot to stay just steps from the beach. The place was beautifully decorated and furnished. I did have to wait for a reply at check in to get an answer from the landlord but all worked out well. One of the neighbors asked me to be quiet as I was sitting on my own deck before 'quiet time', that was the only disturbance I had, which didn't seem very nice but definitely wasn't the landlord's fault. Loved my stay.

Rhina and Jim have a beautiful place and are easy to work with in making arrangements. It's fresh it's clean it's within steps to the beach. It's very peaceful yet in the heart of all the action. We'll be back next year. Not like us to give reviews because we want to keep this place all to ourselves. No reviews after this year everything on a down low. 5 stars all the way.

Lovely cottage steps from a great beach.

Newly renovated older cottage that had almost everything we needed for a great vacation.there we a couple of annoyances that we could have done without but overall a very pleasant stay.

Great cottage!

Very clean and well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay! Loved the decor, very "homey". Property is just off the beach and close to local amenities.

Perfect family getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Indian Rocks Beach. The beach access was perfect and the neighbors were welcoming and kind. The owners have everything that you’ll need. Highly recommend!

Perfect location

Great space so close to the beach all the extras you may need cooler, chairs, umbrellla! Only issue all week was the water pressure was none existant. Very easy to overlook in such a great place! Would definately stay there again!

Best Vacation Ever!

The cottage is immaculate, adorable, and has everything you need! It includes all the comforts of home and everything you need for the beach. The home is located near restaurants, shops, attractions. Yet, the beach doesn’t get too crowded and is just steps from the door. Be sure to try the alligator at Crabby Bills and the ice cream at IRB Creamery.

Very nice property would definitely recommend and will definitely come back, perfect location and very well maintained. My husband and I were there to celebrate our 23rd anniversary. It was only steps away from the beach!!!

We loved our stay in IRB

Our stay was fabulous. Perfect location for me with my walking disability. I got get down to the beach with my electric scooter. Great restaurants within walking distance.We would definitely recommend this property.

We had the best time; the rental was very clean and well decorated. Only a few minutes to the water. Fully stocked. We have this rental saved because we liked it so much; it will be our official IRB rental. The owners were available immediately for a few questions we had; very responsive and friendly! Thank you for making our stay feel like a home away from home.
