har tre vackra stugor:
GOLFEN
THE PATIO och trÀdgÄrden (se # 508989)
 och
 har varit i Hall-familjen i över 60 Är, och Àgs och drivs för nÀrvarande av Myrtle Hall. Myrtle Àr tyskfödd och flyttade till Indian Rocks Beach 2000 nÀr hon gifte sig med sin sena make, Ned. Neds mormor köpte fastigheten Indian Rocks Beach 1946. Ned fader George Hall byggde den första, tvÄ vÄningar byggnaden 1952. One-story Gulf Cottage följde 1972. Neds familj bodde hÀr pÄ vintern och tillbringade sommaren i Ithaca, NY, dÀr hans far var golfbanan vid Cornell University i över 40 Är. Ned följde i hans fotspÄr som PGA-lÀrare i över 25 Är. Han lÀrde pÄ Clearwater Golf Club i Clearwater, Florida nÀr Myrtle, i Florida pÄ semester frÄn Tyskland, trÀffade honom 1998. Myrtle och Ned hade givetvis sitt bröllop rÀtt framför vackra Sandy Shores!

Liksom Ned blev Myrtle förÀlskad i denna vackra egendom och dess rika familjehistoria. Ned och Myrtle började hyra ut sina stugor 2005 efter en fullstÀndig förskönelse och Ätnjöt varje minut att dela denna underbara fastighet med sina gÀster. Myrtle bÀr Hall familjen tradition av gÀstfrihet vid Sandy Shores och lÀgger till sitt speciella varumÀrke tysk vÀrme. Hennes uppmÀrksamhet pÄ detaljer och renlighet gör Sandy Shores ett unikt och charmigt tillflyktsort.

Surfa, sand och sol, i kombination med lugn ensamhet, magnifika solnedgÄngar och skuggan av australiensiska tallar gör det till den perfekta tillflyktsorten. Du kommer att njuta av en av de vackraste strÀnderna i vÀrlden - perfekt för en morgonpromenad eller en eftermiddagsskallningsexpedition, samt vackert underhÄllna boende. Sandy Shores Àr en skiva av Old Florida pÄ det mycket finaste.

such a beautiful cottage to stay that owned by a very good people, it’s located right in front of the ocean, our family really enjoyed staying there!

Wow! We had a wonderful trip! From the charming gulf front cottage to the beautiful beach it was just what we needed to relax and recharge! The cottage was steps from the beach, well stocked with everything we needed and very clean. Myrtle was a gracious host. She lives on the property and was available to answer our questions but was unobtrusive during our stay. She provides beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. The property has a beautiful garden and shaded areas as well. We ate breakfast in beach chairs, walked on the uncrowded beach collecting seashells and watched the sunset on the beach! On our last day we saw a dolphin “frolicking” in the water just off shore! The property is within walking distance of several restaurants, brewery, a bakery and an ice cream shop. We are already planning our return trip! Don’t hesitate to book this property for your next beach trip!

This is a hidden gem! The cottages are cozy and very clean, and the property grounds are the most beautiful around! Myrtle takes great pride in her cottages and it shows! 5 stars!!!

We had the best time here! It was so beautiful. The room had everything you would need. The view was amazing. Loved the short walk to the ocean! Myrtle was such a gracious host! We would definitely stay here again!

Feels like you are visiting your favorite cool Aunt’s house

We so enjoyed our stay at Sandy Shores. Myrtle is so kind and the best host. The view is amazing - the beautiful sandy beach is right there. A sea turtle dug a nest last night on the exact spot we were lounging all day yesterday. The cottage is perfect for 2 and stocked with the necessary items and plenty of extras. And clean - so tidy and nicely decorated. There are so many dining options an easy walk away and a convenience store right across the street. The locals were exceptionally friendly. This was such a positive experience! We will definitely be back to see Myrtle and her beautiful flowers.

This place was awesome! A true home away from home - except with a much better location, view and climate ! My adult kids came over and loved it so much they intend on staying there in the near future also. As Arnold would say “I’ll be back” !!

Had a great couple of days at Sandy Shores Gulf unit. The property was clean & direct views of the beach & Gulf. There was some confusion at check-in as the owner was on holiday but it was figured out quickly enough once the person who was there called her.

Great Beach Stay

Had a wonderful time at beach here. The place was perfect for a long weekend getaway. It was right on the beach which was perfect as we had 2 little ones with us, and extra beach equipment if needed. Myrtle is very nice and attentive and was there us we needed anything too. Overall a wonderful place and experience.

Perfect Beach Vacation Location

Sandy Shores was the perfect place to spend our beach vacation. The place was in a great spot near some restaurants and stores. Myrtle had beach equipment too for us to use which was very helpful. She was always easy to get a hold of and helpful.

Everything was as advertised and even better. PERFECT location on the beach. Just walk out the door and see the Gulf. Unit was laid out nicely. We were somewhat worried about the damage from recent hurricanes, but there was zero effect on the resort and the town has cleaned up quickly. Thank you, Myrtle!

Sandy Shores has been in my late husband, Ned's, family for over 60 years. Ned's Grandmother bought it in 1946 and his Father built the first two story building in 1952 and the Gulf Cottage followed in 1972.
I live onsite so I am available during your stay. I've also worked for 12 years in a local bank. One of the things my guests repeatedly tell me, is that they can see my love for Sandy Shores in the cleanliness and beauty of the property. I take pride in knowing my attention to detail ensures my guests have the most comfortable stay. And, for my German visitors, I enjoy speaking German to help you feel at home.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

We started to rent out our cottages in 2005 after a total beautification and enjoying ever since every minute of sharing this lovely property with all our guests.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Rest in our secluded gardens, enjoy the shade under our beautiful Australian Pine Trees and watch the Gulf of Mexico and the fantastic sunsets from your living room and dining area. You can't get any closer to the beach.
The GULF Cottage is the only one on my property which has a total GULF VIEW.
