Nice N Breezy 7 är en ny 7 sovrum, 7 badstrand hem ligger direkt tvärs över gatan från viken med utsikt över viken. Nice N Breezy slutfördes i juli 2018! Hemmet är faktiskt 12 sovrum och rymmer upp till 30 men detta är bara för de första 2 våningarna som består av 7 sovrum. Nice N Breezy erbjuder gott om parkering och har en stor pool på baksidan av balkongen med en bubbelpool.

EVENT POLICY:
* Om en fastighet används för ett evenemang, läggs en händelsesavgift på $ 1 500 för extra användning och slitage till den normala hyran. Gäst ansvarar för att informera Prickett Properties, LLC om eventuella händelser som kommer att äga rum under deras vistelse. Följande villkor gäller:
- Du är ansvarig för att kontakta Gulf Coast-staden för att få och köpa ett tillstånd för bröllop inom stadsgränserna.
- Varje sammankomst över fastighetens beläggningsgränser måste få förhandsgodkännande från ägaren.
- Högst 50 personer får vara på fastigheten för evenemanget och högst den normala beläggningsgränsen kan vara i fastigheten vid alla andra tidpunkter.
- Händelsen måste äga rum utanför hemmet.
- Om du kontrakterar ett externt företag för att underlätta ditt evenemang måste de vara bundna och försäkrade.
- Det måste finnas en plan för adekvat avlopp och avloppsvatten på plats. (i. e. bärbara kemiska toaletter).
- En plan för extra avfall / sopor från platsen.
- En plan för parkering och pendeltrafik vid behov.
- En plan i händelse av dåligt väder.
* Om det upptäcks att ett bröllop eller annan liknande händelse är eller har inträffat under detta hyresavtal, och på vilken ingen händelsesavgift har betalats, ska hyresgästen betala en sådan avgift och betala en extra påföljd på $ 250. 00 för sådan överträdelse.

Check in was great. The home has a lot of wonderful qualities, spacious bedrooms, wonderful commercial size refrigerator, and an ice maker seperate from the freezer that was so incredibly nice. There are things that need attention and updating. The dishwasher and stove needed repair, the round kitchen table was wobbly, the non stick pans were so scratched and damaged they were impossible to use. The baseboards in the kitchen were filthy. The hot tub cover needs to be replaced. Styrofoam from the cover kept coming off in the water, it was gross. We did call and ask for someone to come by to take a look at the dishwasher and stove, but no one came or called, The home could be so lovely if they paid attention to cleanliness and repair.

The house is absolutely beautiful! I was really pleased with everything. If something wouldn’t work I contacted management and they sent someone out who fixed it! Loved this house!!

Call to make sure the pics are accurate

We booked this property over others because a zero entry hot tub was a requirement for my 80 year old parents. They replaced it with a tiny 3 person stand alone hot tub that couldn’t keep up with a large family. In one day the filter got full of gunk and the water was disgusting. We had to have maintenance come out twice during our stay and they really could have come out every day…but they had to empty the hot tub and refill so it took a while to heat back up. When I messaged the property manage, literally the first thing they said was there was no refunds due to amenities so they KNEW this was a problem. The contract does say no refunds due to amenities and I get that, I read it and saw the language. I didn’t even consider that it would be a total replacement of what was STILL pictured in their listing. Also, while disappointed I never asked for a refund so for them to jump to that instead of offering a solution to help. So…the house was nice, it was close to the beach, well stocked…there was a little damage (they said from spring break but not bad)…they made a bad decision on the hot tub it is severely undersized and it would have affected my choice to rent. The cost of this rental was more expensive than others with similar hot tub set ups…so we maybe wouldn’t have picked this one if we were notified that this change occurred. While their contract says no refunds due to amenities…they also should have given us a choice before our ability to cancel expired.

Spring Break 2025

We had the best time! This house was perfect! It had everything we needed. It was clean, spacious and wonderfully decorated. We needed a couple things fixed and when we reached out the response was immediate. The location was just right - close but not too close. Thank you so much! We will be back!

House has many maintenance & upkeep issues , made the stay a hassle instead of relaxing

Property conditions are not up to the standard that the asking price per night demands. We experienced problems with the pool, deck, oven, kitchen sink, dryer and many other small things need repair. Not Nice & Breezy!

Great property and company communication

I stayed here with a group of about 30 friends and we had a great time. The house was spacious and comfortable. All of the amenities were accurately listed on the website. We first had an issue with getting the hot tub to heat and the Prickett Property maintenance guy showed up to our house and fixed it right away. The next day, we had an issue with the hot tub water being too low and once again, Prickett Properties was very swift in fixing it. I was very impressed with their commitment to making our trip as enjoyable as possible. I would definitely stay here again.

A great week

The week spent at this property was amazing. Our only xomplain is that we noticed sand on made beds so we had to wash our sheets. It seems that a previous renter beought sand in the beds that were never slept in, so the cleaning team never changed the sheets on those beds. The issue was found only on the bunk beds.

Nice N Breezy 2020

Overall, the place was as advertised. There was plenty of room for our family to spread out and have our own space yet still all be together. The beds were comfy! I have to say we were a bit disappointed when we first arrived to find the pool was filthy, the deck had trash on it from previous guests. The floors were sticky, sandy, and dirty. A quick phone call took care of the pool. All issues were quickly addressed by the property management team. We had a terrific time and look forward coming back again.

Beautiful Home!

The house was fabulous. The amenities were just as described. My group could not have been happier. We had more than enough room. The walk to the beach was a little farther than I had envisioned, but it was very easy! I would most definitely stay at the Nice n Breezy again.
