Jag är väldigt otrolig, men vårt hus kommer inte att låta oss hyra till några singlar under 25 år gamla - inga undantag.

När du går in i vår vackert dekorerade enhet, kommer du att bli träffad med den magnifika utsikten över Mexikanska golfen! Vår lägenhets öppna layout gör att du kan ha spektakulär havsutsikt från nästan varje bostadsyta. Köket är fullt utrustat med alla bekvämligheter i hemmet, tillsammans med vackra bänkskivor i granit, rostfria vitvaror och nya skåp. Du har direkt tillgång till vår extra stora 10 'x 28' balkong via vardagsrummet och även sovrummet. Vår balkong är det perfekta stället att njuta av din frukost, spendera avkopplande eftermiddagar och titta på fantastiska solnedgångar medan du lyssnar på de lugna ljuden från havets vågor!

Vår enhet är rökfri. 2 sovrum / 2 badrum lägenhet sover bekvämt åtta personer med en king size-säng i sovrummet, två sängar i full storlek i gäst sovrummet och en drottning bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet.

Under din vistelse kan du njuta av gratis paraplystrandtjänst med 2 stoppade solstolar från 15 mars - 31 oktober. Extra stolar finns i lägenheten för din användning samt strandhanddukar och strandleksaker.

I enjoyed everything about my stay. Great spot, great location, the other people i met in the building were very nice. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sauna onsite. Decor and amenities in the unit were everything we needed. We would definitely stay again. I absolutely loved it. Parking deck is a bit tight but otherwise its perfect.

Overall the condo was great. Well stocked kitchen, lots of towels. The condo was very, very clean. The host was great. Responded to our call immediately. Loved being close to the elevator. The balcony was just perfect! Loved all the table and chairs. View can't be beat. Saw dolphins and even a manatee! The beach chairs are a plus for sure!The only thing I would recommend is some new furniture. The sofa is pretty saggy and could also use a new mattress in the primary bedroom.

We were looking for a beachfront property we could use as a weekend getaway or to spend the winter months. Tropic Winds satisfied both requirements. We are both still working and aren’t able to enjoy our condo nearly as much as we would like. We made the decision to rent our condo out when available and hope we can provide a great vacation experience to our guests.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We’ve traveled to beaches around the world and found that the clean emerald water and soft white sand of Panama City Beach provided one of the best beach experiences we’ve had. We chose Tropic Winds because of it desirable Oceanfront location on the West end of the beach. It is one of the newest in all of PCB. The Oceanfront views from both the master bedroom and living areas are unmatched.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Tropic Winds offers some of the largest Oceanfront balconies in all of PCB. The layout of the condo was extremely functional, offering a great use of space and spectacular views. The reserved, covered parking just steps from the elevator made the decision all that much easier. The location is close to Pier Park and has easy access to both Front Beach and Back Beach Road. The building has a sauna, fitness center, indoor/outdoor pool, sun deck and a huge hot tub. Gas and charcoal grills are provided for shared use on the ocean side.
