Plats! Plats! Mindre än 20 steg till stranden! Idealiskt beläget på kort gångavstånd från restauranger, barer och bra shopping i Stilla havet och Mission Beach. Viken är bekvämt belägen tvärs över gatan där Catamaran Resort, Bahia Belle och tillgängliga hyror (cykel, skoter, båt, brädor osv.). Förutom stranden är du bara en 5 minuters bilresa till Seaworld, 10 minuter till La jolla / Torrey PInes och 15 minuter till centrum av Gaslamp, Petco Park, Convention Center och Balboa Park och San Diego Zoo.

First Floor innehåller sovrummet med Cal-King-säng, privat badrum, 40 ”Smart platt-TV och direkt tillgång till uteplatsen.
Andra våningen är rymlig med komplett bostads- och besöksutrymme. Köket består av ett fullt utrustat kök med bänkskivor i granit, vitvaror i rostfritt stål, full skafferi och ett matbord för 8 gäster. Det finns ett komplett badrum och ett vardagsrum med en drottningssängsektion och en 65-tums platt-TV. Glidande glasdörrar som öppnas mot ett stort privat täckt däck perfekt när som helst på dagen.
På tredje våningen finns ytterligare två sovrum och ett badrum med badkar. Det främre sovrummet med en Cal-King-säng har 40 "TV med en stor balkong med havsutsikt. Det tredje sovrummet har en full / dubbelsäng som inkluderar en rulla och en dubbelsäng och 32 "TV.
Den främre uteplatsen har en gasgrill för tillagning. Det privata garage med två bilar passar en bil i full storlek och en liten bil.

Great location, beautiful house

We had a great trip back to San Diego. Our first time we stayed directly across the walkway from this property. Both properties are beautiful. This house seemed to be not as stocked with household things such as spices, toilet trees, extra paper towels, etc. However, Ralphs (grocery store) is within walking distance and we frequented there almost every morning. The kids loved being upstairs while we took the downstairs bedroom. It was a great property in a great location. Must go to the Catamaran resort and hang out on their beach for the day. Paddle board, kayak, walk the boardwalk, etc. Plenty of chairs in the garage to bring with you. Overall, a great spot! Will be back!

Wonderful stay

We loved our time here and can see why reviews are great! Parents of small kids there are tons of supplies and toys here as well as lots of baby gates. Just an fyi for parents: the stairs might be an issue for younger kids or less steady adults as they are tiled. The location was great, beds were very comfortable and blackout shades in all rooms and even the sunlights were appreciated! All the beach activity supplies you could need.

“Santastic”!

Beautiful spot for any length of stay … but certainly 5 or more days. Property is top shelf. Owner communicates well. Plenty of spots to eat and wet your whistle. I’ll go back and stay again without any qualms. One note, garage handles a moderate size SUV; but not a truck or Tahoe. Nissan Pathfinder fits just fine.

If you are reading the comments trying to decide on a property, all I can say is just book this one while you can.Great location, well maintained, well stocked, incredible array of beach supplies, and owner communication was excellent. Layout is perfect for two couples or a small family plus grandparents. Highly recommend!

Family Christmas !

The property was right off the beach, very easy to get around and was a close distance to restaurants, grocery stores, bars. The house was very updated and cozy. We had 6 adults and everyone had plenty of room. The kitchen was stocked well so we could make food there if we wanted . The property manager was easily accessible . Our family loved the stay!

Perfect Getaway

We stayed here as a family for a weekend away and it was perfect! The location is convenient for access to the beach and restaurants. The house is clean, well stocked, and had toys and items for our children. The beds were very comfortable. We hope to be back soon! Thanks for having us.

Amazing property!!!

The house looked exactly like the pictures on the website and even better. Very well appointed house, had everything we needed and more. One of the best vacation homes I’ve stayed at. Perfect location… steps from the beach and from restaurant/bars. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Host was very fast to respond and communicate with.

3 couples gather for a week in October

This was a first time visit to San Diego for most of the group of 6. The house is set up well for this. Quite neighborhood just 2 blocks from boardwalk and beach. Private parking garage worked well for us. Conveniently located for trips to Balboa Park,/Zoo, Coronado Island, Sunset Cliffs, USS Midway, La Jolla and Old Town. Grocery store a 10 minute walk away with a Starbucks inside. The owner was responsive to communications and attentive to any issues. All of us would return to this house.

Great location, easy access, well-maintained property

Our family has been renting houses in Mission Beach for several years. We chose this property because of its excellent reviews and location closer to Pacific Beach. The teenagers in our group were more interested in shopping than hanging out at Belmont Park this year. This place was a home run. Easy walking or biking distance to shopping (including all the grocery stores) and more nearby options for restaurants. The distance to the bay side was the shortest walk we've ever had and the paddle board was well-used by all. The accommodations were just right for our family size - everyone had a comfortable bed. The property is very well-maintained and up-to-date. Kitchen items were very clean - an issue we've had at previous locations. We would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing location!

The location was amazing, a few short steps to the beach. The house was very well stocked, beach towels, chairs, games, umbrellas, everything you could possibly need! The porches and outdoor areas were so nice. We traveled with two young kids and having not only beach toys for the kids but also toys and books inside the house was amazing!!

Great location!

Perfect location in between the beach and the bay. Very clean, modern and spacious. The multiple balconies made our stay and the extra chairs and bikes made beach going a lot easier. Couldn’t say enough good things about this spot and I’ve stayed at many rentals in Pacific Beach

Perfect for family/friends

We loved the location right near the beach and short walk to fun in Pacific Beach. The house is clean and modern and has plenty of open space to gather and balconies to see the ocean. Bikes were available to ride along the beach. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Grandson is now a marine

Very nice property. We appreciated very much you texting us and letting us check in alittle early as we were tired and trying to figure out what to do till check in time. Everything was perfect. We joked because the only thing we could fine was gray paint over trash bin area in kitchen needed painted. Really one of the cleanest places we have stayed in and there have been many. Thank you again for your great property.
