Detta moderna Beach House är ett av de största i sitt slag i Mission Beach och rymmer bekvämt upp till 14 personer. Fastigheten ligger i North Mission Beach och intill Pacific Beach.

Detta Beach House är unikt eftersom det har 3 MASTER SOVRUM av liknande storlek med var sin egen karaktär och enastående layout. Detta skapar en atmosfär där alla dina gäster behandlas på ett liknande och extraordinärt sätt. Dessa 3 sovrum har stort utrymme för högsta integritet och komfort med var och en med eget eget badrum. Master Bedroom # 1 är på första våningen, och Master Bedroom # 2 och # 3 är på 3: e våningen, var och en i motsatta ändar. Inget av sovrummen delar en gemensam vägg.

Två sovrum har också 1 våning madrass, och 1 sovrum har 2, som kan användas för barn eller vuxna. Det finns 2 bäddsoffor i det stora rummet som kan användas för vuxna eller barn.

STORA rummet ligger på andra våningen med ett vardagsrum och matsal på ena sidan, ett mediarum på den yttersta sidan och båda vackert separerade med ett exklusivt gourmetkök. Den har också ett bekvämt beläget 1/2 badrum.

We have stayed in this house several times. We are already booked for next year. There is plenty of space for our families and close to everything we love. The new patio addition is great for hanging outside. Plenty of parking makes it stress free on street sweeping days. The house is clean and modern with all of the amenities that families need.

Perfect property and location for a beach getaway.

The property was perfect for a friends and family long weekend at the beach. The house had everything we needed and plenty of room. Location is fantastic with quick walk to both the beach and the bay. Plenty of shops, restaurants, and things to do nearby. The owner is very responsive and a great host.

Marine Graduation Day

We booked this residence so the family could attend Graduation ceremonies at the Marine base. The accommodations were exactly what we needed. The house was clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. We grilled steaks one evening and enjoyed the outdoor fire pit. The home was family friendly and the perfect environment for our family. We loved it and would book again.

Beautiful Space

The top floor overlooks the lagoon and it was so beautiful to watch the sun rise and set. Kitchen was stocked with supplies when our party decided to cook a few meals. Walking distance to the beach, as well as a couple of places to eat. The property owners were VERY helpful with our needs. Highly recommend!

Beauty in Mission Beach

Very nice house and great location for a family. We had 10 people stay there comfortably for a college graduation.. The house had most essentials needed. The only concern was one of the pull out beds was broken and needs to be replaced, but would definitely rent the house again ..

Great location and beautiful home

Great stay for a friend reunion. Loved getting to walk right onto the bay for beautiful walks along the water. House is spacious, kitchen was fun to cook in together! Parking was tough for my small car, but the host provided a video that was really helpful. Hosts were responsive and flexible with checkout to accommodate flight time. Thanks for a great stay. We made some great memories here.

Beach getaway!!!

This home is steps from the beach and the bay! It’s beautiful and close to everything! Only thing to note is that the adult capacity is really 6, the pull out couches are definitely more for children and the “twin beds” are fold up mattresses that go on the floor! Only 3 actual beds. Also the kitchen sink faucet needs replaced as it hangs instead of retracting like it should. We had a wonderful stay, beach towels, sand toys, beach chairs are all there. Location is great and the kitchen has most of what you need for meals.

Spring break vacation

We just recently stayed here at the beach house! Michael was very easy to work with!! The check in process was great, we arrived late, and he was able to help me get into the house quickly! The house lay out was great! Plenty of room for our group of 9. 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms plus an additional bathroom on the second floor! The views of the bay from the upstairs rooms were wonderful!! The parking was a bonus! One mid size suv in the garage and one suv outside. We couldn’t be happier with our week in SD! We will definitely be back to this house!

Family Beach Getaway

There were some really great things about this place — awesome location, 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, big kitchen, two living rooms, parking for three cars (a real plus at the beach). But as mentioned in other reviews it needs deep cleaning and a number of repairs. If you need to use the couches as pull out beds it’s important to know there’s no mattresses, just couch cushions. And one couch is in a room with no blinds — in the night multiple security lights shine into the room. Our family had a great time together here.

Great Location!

This space was perfect for our group. We were up top in the master along with our other friends who stayed in the second master. All of our adult children had ample space to lounge on the bottom & middle floor. Kitchen was nice & large, as was the dining table & counter areas w/ stools. Even without AC, there were plenty of windows that allowed the breeze to flow through. The other plus was having 3 parking spots!! (but they are a very tight squeeze)

It's a great location and the owners are great and easy to communicate with. And it's a beautiful and clean home. Great kitchen if you are wanting to cook your own meals. And there is a lot of room. The dining table is big and beautiful and all the bathrooms are really great. The only reason I'm not giving it a 5 is for the following: (would've given 4.5 but you can't do that...)The parking is quite tricky and we didn't feel like this was clear when we booked the property. There is also no ac which for the time of year was totally fine, but would be hot in the summer because there are 3 floors. It was warm even in Oct when we got home at the end of the day. This was ok, because it cooled off enough at night and we opened windows and turned on the fan, but for some this could be uncomfortable because of the humidity. It is also hard to see in the pics that the layout of the place while 2000 sq ft is 3 floors stacked on top of each other, so there's not a big hangout space for everyone, like to watch a movie... The Wi-Fi is also touchy... Worked at times but was often glitchy. We had someone who needed to work during the day and the Wi-Fi was a challenge. Over all this is a lovely place in an amazing part of town with great views and great property managers.

Beautiful Beach House

We had such a wonderful time on our annual family beach vacation. Perfect location to beach, shops and restaurants. Quiet area, super clean, spacious rooms and great view of the bay. Nice patio area for your coffee in the mornings and games at night. Michael was very attentive and easy to get ahold of if anything is needed. Looking forward to staying here again.

Family Vacation

I recently stayed with 3 kids & 5 adults. The house is very spacious with plenty of room! The house is very close to the bay & ocean side. There were plenty of beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, & sand toys. The host Michael was very timely in responding to any questions that I had. We all had a great time & I would rent this house again !

House was beautiful as well as the area around ! My whole family loved it . There was 14 of us and we still had room in house . Walking distance to the beach as well as the bay. Only downfall was the parking it does have three car parking available, but we do have bigger vehicles so it was a little bit hard to park but eventually managed to get settled. Will definitely be planning another trip out there.

Had a great stay. Hosts were prompt with any requests. Only problem is very tight parking but it looks like all the accommodations in the area had similar tight and limited parking. No hesitation in referring this vacation house to others.

very nice location for ocean or bay time, short walks to stores and restaurant's .

A family of four last days of summer getaway, two young adults had their own rooms and bathrooms! plus a room for the parents, we brought games and boogie boards but the place is stocked up with both, Wi-Fi very good, very comfortable layout but it has stairs like almost all beach houses of this size great courtyard area, small /mid size parking but a big plus, can't beat the weather but we brought fans for better cooling at night .for us it was a great fit of a house. Thank you L and M for opening your beach house for our family to enjoy.

Wonderful location

Perfect location just super short walk to Pacific one direction or to Bay the other direction. All 3 rooms had own bathrooms and decent size kitchen. Parking is difficult with large car so we had to always have someone grt out to guide into alley. Address is actually on a pathway, not a real street. Great find and easy to get to many food, shopping, and beach places. Definitely recommend!
