This property was perfect! It was very clean, beautiful beach decor and very spacious. The owner was very accommodating to our parking request, which was very much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone. Thank you for the best week!

Loved the decor, beds were comfy. Furniture was nice. The downside: it was minimally clean. The floors were dirty- our feet/socks were black when we walked across the floor. So I had to vacuum and then mop. The mop had to be soaked in bleach prior to mopping due to the smell, and it took 3 water changes to get the floors clean. I realize this does not reflect the owner, but the cleaning crew must do a better job. Otherwise we enjoyed the condo!

The pictures and description did not do this property justice! It is much more spacious than we were expecting, the balcony was very large and had seating for all 8 of us, and the kitchen was well stocked (I had read previous reviews that stated it was not). Great stay and would definitely love to stay again!

We loved the location and amenities at the complex. The condo did lack basic kitchen items like a toaster, but we made due.

Beautiful and spacious condo

The condo was extremely nice and large for our family of six. One small disappointment was the internet speed wasn’t sufficient to stream Netflix. Otherwise this was the perfect place to stay.

Great place!

We were very happy overall with the place. Our only stumbling block was with incorrect gate code and Wi-Fi password we were given. Eventually we got the correct ones, so no big deal, just a little frustrating to begin with. The property was clean and perfect for us and our group. We would definitely book here again!!

Sterling Beach

For the price of the unit, it needs to be updated badly. The kitchen supplies were terrible. The unit looks like it has not been updated in 25 years but the location is great. The palm trees blocked the view on the second level.

2024 Summer Vacation

It started off a little rough the AC was not working properly they came out and fixed it the Second day and all was smooth sailing the rest of the week. Loved our stay and beach

The location of condo was perfect on Thomas drive. Condo was very spacious and had everything we needed. When we arrived condo needed additional cleaning, I called and someone immediate showed up to handle our requests. Our only complaint would be the pool rules. Way over the top on the “pool rules” and a few employees took it to a whole new level. Which made us constantly looking over our shoulder while enjoying the resort style pool.

Not the best

The floor was so very dirty. It was either not cleaned at all or cleaned with dirty water. The toilet in the master bathroom quit working andl our messages for help went unanswered. Then housekeeping showed up 10 minutes early and pushed out at checkout!

The good and the bad

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It's a great quiet private area without a lot of people and traffic. The condo however had a few things lacking. We did not have Internet service on the TV in 2 of the 4 rooms for 4 days Having younger children on our trip this was a Major inconvenience. When we ask for help from the HOA maintenance people, They stated it wasn't their issue. We only got help on day 4 after I went to the manager of the HOA

Spring Break 2024

We were literally harassed by the security on a daily basis and were accused of a number of things that we did not do. We were threatened with eviction on day 2 of our stay and repeatedly thereafter based on false information. I felt like I had to walk on eggshells the entire vacation and would almost panic thinking if one of us yelled or clapped while watching sports, we’d have security knocking on our door. I couldn’t even enjoy my vacation due to constantly being worried as to what was coming next. I have vacationed in PCB since I was in diapers, and not once have I ever had such a horrible experience and I will NEVER EVER stay at this condominium again!!!
