REEL BLESSING är nyrenoverat och under nytt ägande! Vi är belägna i gated community of Emerald Shores ... INRE 100 YARDS TO THE BEACH! Visste du att vi också har rest på stranden?

REEL BLESSING är ett två våningar lyx fritidshus beläget cirka 2 minuters promenad till stranden och är bara två hus bort från den viktigaste grannskapsbassängen inom underdelningen EMERALD SHORES, ett gated strand ägande samhälle! EMERALD SHORES är den enda bostadsområde i Destin som har en privat strandpaviljong med toaletter, utomhusduschar, strandservice och det är en egen Cabana beachside. (Inte längre går de små tillbaka till huset för potatisavbrott !!!) Den finns tillgänglig på stranden paviljongen EMERALD SHORES!

Hemmet har 1624 kvadratmeter för att skämma bort dig själv och överflödar med uppgraderingar, inklusive sektionssoffa med FOUR vilstolar, granitplattor i hela, vitvaror i rostfritt stål, ny tvättmaskin / torktumlare och kylskåp i tvättstugan, takkronor på huvudnivå, nymålad interiör hemma, nya badrumsskåp hela, ny inredning, accentbelysning, travertin dusch i master, kakel dusch på 2: a våningen bad, 65 "smart tv i vardagsrum med Blu ray spelare, 55" smart tv i master, förutom UHD 4k 43 "plattskärmar i varje sovrum. Massor av parkering i uppfart för 5 bilar !!! REEL BLESSING, har tre sovrum med en lyxig KING Master Suite med en Kluft madrass (ingår i Bloomingdales). Det andra sovrummet på andra våningen är en våningssäng extravaganza (2 våningssäng tvillingar / full 6 bäddar). Det rymliga rummet i detta hem är en bra uppsättning för två familjer. Balkongen och uteplatser ger dig gott om utrymme att sitta runt i ett tropiskt paradis. Franska dörrar öppnas för att suga i de tropiska Gulfbrisen. Hemmet ligger på 2: a strandgatan i grannskapet och ligger en kort promenad till stranden, den stora uppvärmda poolen, onsite tennis och basketplaner eller restauranger. REEL BLESSING erbjuder gratis WIFI höghastighetsinternet. En rad bekvämligheter ligger vid din tröskel. Flera Gulf-Front Seafood Restaurants är även inom gångavstånd från hemmet. Det finns 2 pooler, en är säsongsmässigt uppvärmd, tennisbanor, basket, shuffleboard, trottoarer, en strandpavilion, en spårvagnsservice (som är säsongsbetonad) plus mycket mer. Vänta inte! Great house/neighborhood

This was our third time staying in this particular neighborhood, and it never disappoints. The home was nicely decorated and very convenient to the beach. The owner is always great to work with. We all had a great week and the weather/beaches were awesome!

Short walk to the Beach

The house was very nice, clean, and decorated very nicely. The owner was nice and responsive and provided all the information needed. The house was a short walk to the beach as well as the pool. A couple of restaurants were within walking distance. Very safe and quiet community.

Very comfortable house,convenient location.

Very nice house, great location. Liked the security of both the neighborhood and the private beach access. First time in Destin area (usually in Ft. Meyers Beach), really enjoyed it. House is situated ideally for access to beaches, shopping and miles of white sand coastline. We will definitly visit again. Thanks

Beautiful property, excellent location, two houses from the pool and 300 yards from the beach.

We are snow birds from Michigan and stayed here for seven weeks. The house was great, met all of our needs and very well stocked. The master bedroom/bath is on the main floor, and the two guest rooms on the second floor. Had friends and family join us, and they loved it as well. Coming back next year.

Jackie owner is the most amazing owner. We have rented many homes and she was so great with communicating- and acknowldeging. She was fantastic. The home was perfect- quite area and was so homey. We will for sure rent through her again.

Fun in the Sun

Very nice and loved the location of the house from beach to pool. The home was nice and only a few things we had to let owner know about. I loved the fact we did not have to unpack our car and take an elevator up to any floors, all we had to do is unpack and move in. The bathrooms were great and beds comfortable. It was great having a Dollar General within walking distance, to pick up supplies we needed. The beach was great and dinning was close. We will be back.

Great location!

There were 5 kids under the age of 9 and 4 adults. This house was the perfect size for our group. It is located within a short walk of the private beach the HOA owns. There are plenty of beach toys provided as well as a wagon. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend!

Location was perfect! Short walk to the beach. Nice and friendly neighborhood. Walking distance to the Dollar General was a bonus for us when we ran out of sunscreen or needed ice. The home fit 2 families of 4 very comfortably! Would stay here again.

Spring Break 2022

Jackie’s place was great! The location is awesome, only a 5 minute walk to the beach, and the house was very clean. Highly recommend her place for any families visiting town as there is plenty of space. Would definitely stay again!
