Location to the beach was excellent. House needed some work. There was no Keurig from the website viewing. The back deck was destroyed. Should’ve been told of it on the website. They never came to clean the pool all week. Pool area I needed some TLC sides of the house needed to be picked up and cleaned. weeds and bird. droppings were all over. lacking big noodle pots and pans in the kitchen.

Fantastic Property

We had a wonderful time at this property! The house was well appointed, clean and situated in a perfect location to easily access bay, gulf beaches, bike path, and all downtown restaurants!

Nice view with some issues

The location of the property was fantastic. The house had some issues. The door handle to the balcony was laying on the deck when we arrived. One of the bed frames was broken. The upstairs shower would not shut off completely. Everything was communicated to the property manager by 8 pm the night we arrived. It took several days to get these things resolved. The shower took the longest. It was Wednesday before it was fixed. The house also lacked pots to cook in and a toaster.

Views and Location!!!

This three level home sits on the bay and mere steps from the oceanfront as well. Pool and dock availability made this a prime location. Hot tub and pool were well lit for night swims and watching the boats come in at night. Size of home and ample bedrooms and restrooms gave us more than enough space for our family of five. Bridge street was a three minute walk and beautiful beach access with lifeguards were directly in front of this street! Great location tucked away against the bay- would stay again!

Potential

The property had a lot of potential but I feel as if it was lacking. Issues with locks, unclean dishes/utensils, broken toaster, no firepit per listing details, and other misc issues. Needs updated in someways.

2024 Vacation

Best hands down view! Love the top deck looking the ocean. The hot tub was great especially in the night time to unwind. Location is just 1 minute walk to the beach, literally right across the street. Over all is good. They were working on the road so it was a bit hard to come in and out of the property but it was duable. Will be coming back next year again.

Misrepresented property

This house is not new, as stated in listing. Furniture is stained and shabby. Third floor beds were not even usable. Pool was dirty and not usable. Called customer service and complained and asked to have someone come over and clean pool. No one showed up. I would hesitate to use Vrbo again as I wouldn’t trust the pictures and listing information. We paid $800 per night as the pictures and listing information looked wonderful. All information turned out to be fraudulent. I will in future book a hotel instead. At least hotels have comfortable clean beds and clean pools. I am requesting a refund for this property. It was a dump.

Bridgeview Retreat

We absolutely loved the location of the home. We could walk most everywhere we wanted to go. It did lack good cookware in the kitchen. The beds could be much better including pillows. It needs some TLC some things were falling apart in the kitchen when we arrived. It doesn’t have lights in the bathrooms above the mirrors so you may need to bring a makeup mirror ladies. Overall we loved it and it had a beautiful view of the bay especially at night with the lights.

Had a wonderful time at this property with 4 adults and 1 child, awesome toys to use for the pool and the beach. Some issues with the pool/spa and the management were in touch the whole way through which was nice to get updates. Never got to use the spa but did not keep us from having wonderful time fishing and swimming. Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing home!

We have stayed at this home two (2) years in a row! Very spacious and in the most perfect area! We love the view of the bay while sitting on the porch or relaxing in the pool and hot tub. The beach is only steps away!

Our stay overall was great! Great location and very clean! We arrived while the cleaning lady was still cleaning, after she was down we inspected the house and someone from vacsa also came to inspect. We still were not allowed early entrance even though the house was not occupied. Screen on patio door was ripped and many of the boards on the dock should be replaced. Make sure to bring hand soap and extra hand towels and wash cloths.

Location! Location! Location!

This place is in the most fabulous spot - bay in the back and gulf across the street. We had a lovely stay here. Kids fished off the dock and swam in the pool all week (pool guy came and fixed a problem right away). The house could use a little love - living furniture should be replaced, no lights working in basement area, and water pressure for showers was poor. But we enjoyed our stay so much anyways!

Beautiful home with is with perfect location

I love where the propertie located the pool is always nice and clear the A/C is very cold, 3 minute walk to the beach, Bicycling sidewalks and about 9 minute walk to main street ( restaurants, shop, etc.) has boat dock you just need to be aware or ocean tides they get pretty low, people from vacasa kindly let me park the 24' trailer in their office property and ladies at pine st are very nice and pollite, realy nice gas newer big grill on property, the only thing that would be nice if had better condition frying pans, and newer sofas since they are bit stained, but this property is nicer than it looks on pictures, we were 10 people all confortable.

Just spent a week at the wonderful Florida home with my children. The house was very comfortable for our party of 8. The location can't be beat. Walking to the beach was so close. Walking to restaurants and shops was also very easy. We spent most of our time at the swimming pool or the guys enjoyed fishing from the the dock. Thank you for sharing the home and letting us create such great memories.

Great location

The location on the bay and being so close to the beach, was perfect for our family. The furniture and beds have seen many families and great times. The pool and view were great.
