Our host convinced us to keep our reservations post hurricane Lowell. He was correct. Our perception is that people on the island were thankful we were there. We were thanked several times. The pool are is outstanding, I would give it six stars if I could. Thank you Larry!My favorites, Tiki’s Tacos, Fatties Tacos, and Papaya’s Natural Food store, all in Kapaa.

Because of hurricane Lowell, we lost power for a couple of days, but thankfully we still had running water in our room, and we opened the door to the lanais at night to let the cool air in. Kapaa wasn't hit as hard as the other areas of the island, but we did feel safe hunkered down in our room as we watched the strong winds outside. The pool reopened the day we were checking out, so our kids didn't get a chance to use it, but we could see how nice it was, with the water slides. Location is also very convenient as it is next to Safeway and Coconut Marketplace where we were able to buy food the day after the hurricane. This is a very nice, clean place and we would stay here again. Sheila, our main contact on the island, also checked in on us the day before the hurricane to make sure we were ok.

Unit was Great, clean and well stocked with everything you need.Amenities on property were awesome.Unit balcony did have mountain view but also has view of busy street and Safeway supermarket.Host Larry and Sheila who is the go to on Island were very responsive.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family - spacious, very comfortable beds, and very convenient location. We had a wonderful stay! Sheila was also fantastic and very easy to communicate with!

This was one of two units we rented for a group of 9. We had an amazing stay at Waipouli Beach Resort in Kauai. The resort is beautifully maintained, with lush tropical landscaping, a stunning pool area, and direct beach access that made every day feel like paradise.Our accommodations were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shopping, and many of Kauai's top attractions, making it easy to explore the island while still enjoying a peaceful retreat.One of the highlights was the resort's incredible pool, complete with waterfalls, slides, and plenty of space to relax. We also loved waking up to ocean views and taking morning walks along the beach.The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. Waipouli Beach Resort exceeded our expectations, and we would gladly stay here again on a future trip to Kauai. Highly recommended for families, couples, and anyone looking for a memorable Hawaiian getaway.

This condo is the perfect amount of space and we had 7 people! It is centrally located on the Island and the resort is beautiful! The pool and little water slides were really fun and it is right on the ocean!

Great spot for the family!

We had plenty of space for 7 of us! The best part was the beach just a few minutes away and the kids loved the pool! Would definitely stay again.
