Jag har ett främsta 8 sovrum, 6. 5 ++ badrum, med ett uppvärmt poolhus i Cooperstown också. Hej, jag växte upp i Cooperstown och jag är en entreprenör. Min fru är skollärare och vi tog upp våra barn i Cooperstown, "America's Perfect Village." Ställ frågor om området och jag borde kunna ge dig lite god insikt.

Detta hus / fastighet är en av de största knallarna för din pengar. Det är välskött, rent, uppdaterat, rymligt inifrån och ut, och ett solidt hus / fastighet att hyra för Dreams Park Week. Detta hem ligger 3 minuter från Cooperstown BHOF och 8 minuter från Dreams Park. Koppla av runt den utomhus gas-eldstaden på vår nya uteplats, utomhus ping-pong bord, Bag'O (majs-hål) och mer. Den 40 +-tunna, privata miljö har utrymme att utforska i det lummiga området. Det finns en plan gård med en uteplats komplett med möbler för uteservering och avkoppling. Vänligen notera; Vi har hyrt det här huset i 10+ år, med alla 5-stjärniga recensioner, men vi ville inte att du ska betala alla avgifter längre, så vi skickar besparingarna till dig och listar det här. Detta hem har 3 separata sittplatser, alla med TV och en stor matsal. En av TV-sittplatserna finns i det tvåbäddsrummet - ett bra läge för barn att ha ett eget utrymme. Cornish Hill ligger bara 1-3 miles från så mycket; BHOF, Otsego Lake, Clark Sports Center, Super Market, Vandringsleder, restauranger, Ommegang Brewery, Red-Shed Brewery och mycket mer. 2 minuter utanför byn Cooperstown, så det är väldigt lugnt.

Det skulle vara svårt att hitta en bättre plats att ringa hem till detta rimliga pris. Huset OCH platsen är fantastisk. Jag har hyrt ut det här huset i 10+ år och lägger ned mina recensioner nedan. Om du har ett farfar-certifikat, meddela mig innan 1 oktober, så förklarar jag hur bokningen kan fungera.

Vi har en eldstad med Adirondack-stolar runt den för att koppla av och njuta av kvällen och berätta historier.

Cornish Hill överträffade våra förväntningar! Vi hade 3 familjer och det var perfekt storlek! Vi skulle absolut stanna här igen! Barnen älskade dammet och trädgården. Vi hade ett team som samlades och det fanns mer än tillräckligt med utrymme för alla att sprida sig ut och koppla av!

Har redan rekommenderat familjen för nästa år. De väntar bara för att få deras veckovarsel. Var mycket bra diskuterade och vi hittade bilderna. Sann enda sak som inte visades var sjön men var allt bra. Barn och pappa älskade det ... hade också tältutrymme för mitt barnbarn att prova ett nytt tält för hans första välutrustade och lätt att komma till och från ... Älskade det.

Vi var alla fascinerade av hemets historia / ålder. Vi älskade det! Fastigheten var välskött och mina stora barn och vänner älskade fiska i dammen ... fångade massor av fisk men släppte dem. Första fastigheten jag hyrde som tillhandahöll alla pappersprodukter, diskmaskin och tvättmaskin tvål. En mycket trevlig överraskning. Mitt enda förslag skulle vara att lägga till handdukstänger i alla badrum

Detta var ett bra hus. Perfekt för tre familjer. Mycket avkopplande, hade allt vi behövde tillsammans med en fantastisk plats till staden, Dreams Park och andra attraktioner. Ägaren Dan var den trevligaste, mest hjälpsamma värden som vi kunde ha bett om. Definitivt rekommendera!

Mycket rymlig för flera familjer. Damm perfekt för fiske. Barnen fångade massor av fisk, super underhållande. Köket var väl täckt. Gasgrill i utmärkt fungerande skick. Huset rent & uppdaterat. Ägaren Daniel fick väldigt fint fler filtar. Läge nära Dreams Park, men ändå inte för nära. Vacker reträtt.

Stor egendom - lugnt och borta från Dreams Park-verksamheten. Tyckte om att vila och koppla av mellan spel. Älskade platsen - en fantastisk miljö - mycket bekväma. Älskade den historiska känslan av hemmet - möbler, golv och layout. Det var perfekt för oss 10 och våra familjer! De små barnen älskade fiskedammet.

Min familj ÄLSKADE Cornish Hill Farms. Det var precis som på bilderna. Fiskedammet var en stor hit. Vi gillade att titta ut genom fönstren bara se andra hus. På fastigheter säger de plats, plats och plats. Det var mellan ballparken och butikerna i centrum och cirka tre minuter från mataffären. Husägaren tillät oss att checka in några timmar tidigt eftersom vi var i stan och fastigheten var klar. Vi kände oss hemma och var så bekväma.

Det här huset hade allt vi behövde. Platsen mellan Dream Park och Downtown Cooperstown var perfekt. Fiskedammet var stort. Den bakre verandan var fantastisk.(måste visa en bild) Perfekt ställe att koppla av efter en dag med baseball. Internet måste vara snabbare. Det går inte att strömma det slutliga spelet på torsdag kväll på grund av dålig tillgång till Internet. Annars var allt perfekt. Ägaren var vänlig och höll kontakten dagligen. Så glad att jag valde denna hyra. Det var en av de bästa delarna av Dream Park och Cooperstown-upplevelsen.

Golf weekend

Second time we have stayed at this property. Plenty of room and beds for all of us with a number of rooms for us to all congregate in. Quiet secluded area but only minutes to downtown Cooperstown.

Fantastic property

We loved our stay at Cornish Hill. We had 4 baseball families join us during our sons Cooperstown Tournament and staying at this house was the cherry on-top of our experience. Highly recommended!!

Weekend family reunion

Really enjoyed our stay. Excellent layout for our group of 12. Used the gas grill for lunch, the gas fire pit for evening conversation. Plenty of parking and well lit drive.

Quick weekend getaway

Spent a weekend exploring the area with family for my son’s 7th birthday. Lovely home and property- the kids had a blast fishing and running around the property! The homeowners couldn’t have been kinder or more accommodating. Appreciated the well stocked home! Super close to Cooperstown village too!

Close to CDP

Dan was a wonderful host. We had an issue with one of the A/C units and he came out within the hour to check on it and even brought a replacement unit in case he couldn't fix the one that was there. The house has 3 bathrooms and was perfect for 3 families to share; each bathroom has nearby bedrooms/space. The 3 twin bed room is great for older siblings as there is a "den" area in the room and gives them a separate space to hang out. We really enjoyed our time in Cooperstown!

Hall of Fame Weekend

This rustic setting was a perfect base for three couples to enjoy autumn leaves, the quaint village of Cooperstown and the National Baseball Hall of Fame. Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms gave everyone privacy; the kitchen is well equipped for making meals; and the first floor bedroom and bath made this home accessible for my semi-ambulatory wife. Hosts were responsive to inquiries. Only wish the weather was a bit better, and the fish in the pond were easier to catch.

Great house for a family holiday gathering!

House was clean and well maintained with a historic feel. Well-stocked kitchen, comfortable heat, and very helpful owners. Very close to downtown Cooperstown. We visited over New Year’s weekend and the house had perfect little bits of holiday decor which was a thoughtful touch. The only minor downside was a little bit of a muddy driveway, due to gravel being a little worn and getting a lot of rain the first couple days of our stay. We would definitely stay again and recommend for families. Was also easy for my elderly mother to get in and out of house with one small step to get in and out and a perfect bedroom and bath on the first floor for her.

Absolutely perfect.

This property could not have been any better for our week at Cooperstown. Three families comfortably stayed in this house with ZERO complaints. The communication from the owners could not be better, even after we checked in we had access to them at all times, for any questions we had. I would recommend this property (or ANY that they have listed) without hesitation to families coming to the Cooperstown area. Close to the ballfields and close to town. Perfect. We will be back in a few years with our younger son and will definitely book again!

Overall a great stay. Good location. Owner/manager was quick to get back to us and very communicative. A couple negatives, There is no soap in any of the showers which was annoying. Also no shampoo/conditioner. I brought shampoo but no one else did. No one brought soap or body wash expecting tit to be there. The kitchen is stocked well but no oils to cook with which I realize is not required but in other houses we’ve stayed in always there. Also there was no dish soap which should be required. The house is large and can accommodate a large party which is great.

12U Cooperstown All-Star Village

Our group had a great time at 493 Cornish Hill Way. The house met all our expectations. Very clean and provided necessity items which was super helpful that we didn’t have to run to a market before arriving. The property manager Dan was great with communication. 33 minutes away from Oneonta; All -Star Village. When we booked we thought boys were playing in Cooperstown which is only 6 minutes from house. Lovely-cute town. All baseball.

Perfect for our Cooperstown stay

3 separate families were able to enjoy this home while our son played at Cooperstown Dreams Park. It is a scenic property with a pond to fish and a ping pong table and cornhole. We had access to the washer and dryer. We wished we would have had more time to enjoy the outdoor gas firepit. Plenty of space indoors for people to sit or gather. The age of the home added some charm as well. We enjoyed the history in the house with the books and photos. There are some squeaks in the floor boards, beds and doors due to the history of the home. Lots of storage space, closets in the bedrooms. Comes with towels, paper towels, toilet paper, pans, dish soap, dish washer soap, so we were happy we didn't have to purchase all of those things. Easy commute to Cooperstown Dreams Park, the Hall of Fame, Downtown cooperstown and restaurants. The owner had quick communication and we loved his list of suggestions on things to do or places to go We saw deer, birds, frogs, chipmunks around the property and fish in the pond. We enjoyed picking some wild raspberries and blackberries around the property. Thank you for helping make our week enjoyable!

Fantasy Baseball Draft/Hall of Fame

Our group of 10 held our yearly fantasy baseball draft in conjunction with a hall of fame visit for a complete baseball weekend. We loved the property and the host Dan was extremely helpful. Wish we weren't digging ourselves out of 6 inches of snow on the morning we left, but you can't stop Mother Nature. Thank you Dan for a wonderful experience.

Cooperstown Dream Park

Such an amazing and seemless vacation! Our boys played at Cooperstown Dreams Park. This house was such a great location to the fields and downtown. We enjoyed our nights on the back patio with the gorgeous view and on the front patio around the fire pit. Thank you for such a great experience!!

Peaceful retreat & baseball

We rented this property while our 12 year olds played at All-Star Village. The yard, firepit and back porch were perfect outdoor spots for conversation. There were plenty of places for folks to either chat or find a quiet corner to read or relax. The bedrooms are large & comfortable. Thanks, Dan & Matthew!

More than 5 stars!

We absolutely loved our stay! It began with a friendly phone call from the property manager. He gave us great recommendations for food which did not disappoint! The check in process was seamless and very accommodating. The house/ property has beautiful curb appeal! We spent every night by the fire pit and playing corn hole on the grass. The inside of the house was the cleanest house we have ever rented! My whole family commented on the cleanliness of the house. In addition, it was fully stocked from pots/pants, to 2 coffee makers, to plenty of towels, games, etc. The house was close to town which made it easy to come and go as we please. If I could give the house more than 5 stars I would and will definitely be returning!

Doesn’t get any better than here

The property is amazing, the sun set we got when the rain finally stopped was worth the price of admission. We had a group of 10 and it was the perfect size for us all to have a little space. The house is in the perfect location especially if you attend the hall of fame ceremony as it is within walking distance. Highly recommend and looking forward to returning sometime in the future.

Family Thanksgiving

We spent a weekend at the Cooperstown farm house for a family reunion. It was warm, comfortable and inviting home with beautiful views. The house was very clean and had more than enough room and bathrooms for 8 adults and 1 toddler. Dan and Matthew were extremely nice and very accommodating for our schedules. Everyone loved watching the deer wandering over the property. We had a great time, and would definitely stay again.

We have been renting this house out for 10+ years, outside of VRBO, but wanted to start doing it through VRBO. We have 10 years of 5 Star Reviews. You can't go wrong by renting this house with your family and friends.

Besides having around 40+ acres to explore, the Stocked Fishing Pond is a great way to spend some of your time. The house is spacious for multiple families, and has several different spaces, so everyone can have their private time if desired. It's nice waking up and having your morning coffee out in the Sun-Porch overlooking nature. It's a very peaceful way to spend a week up in Cooperstown. Plus, we are 3 minutes from everything.
