The original part of the house was a 1-room schoolhouse built in 1860. This home now features an open floor concept that marries vintage details with modern amenities. On the second floor, there are four bedrooms, a king bedroom with a small (single) futon and en-suite bath. There are also 2 queen bedrooms, and a double (size up from twin) bedroom. There is a 2nd floor bath off the hallway with a shower. An outdoor shower is also available.

Please note that the two double rooms technically accommodate two people, but depending on your comfort level may be more suitable for a single adult.

For family fun and entertainment, there is a game room in a separate 840 square foot building, complete with lounge area and large-screen TV/DVD player, pool table, ping pong, Foosball, air hockey and basketball. There is an extensive ground-level deck area with gas grill, picnic table and seating area. Please note the gameroom is not heated and in the winter outdoor furniture is placed in storage.
