Great Home for family vacation

Loved this home. It had all the amenities needed. Great location for doing Disney and Universal!! Pool at the house was used daily. Enjoyed the clubhouse pool and amenities, too. Nice to have grocery stores, restaurants and anything else you need within 5 min. Owner was very prompt with communications/answers to questions. We couldn't have asked for anything better!! Thank you!!

Perfect Vacation Home for Disney Adventures

Perfect for our group of 4 adults and two children aged 7 and 8 for a one week stay. My wife and I took our son and his family for their first trip Disney World and the home was everything as advertised. Our host Elaine was very helpful with recommendations before we left and answered questions whenever we had them. The location is very close to the Disney Parks which helped us get an early start in the day. The kids really enjoyed the pool whenever they had the chance and the adults enjoyed the hot tub at the end of those long days at Disney. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone, and stay again if we venture back to the Orlando area.

This property was amazing. The pool and hot but were so nice to have. The one thing that makes this house stand out from others is the fact that it is on a ravine with so many nice trees instead of having to look into your neighbours back yard. So close to Disney, Universal and shopping. Would recommend!

Pool House Oasis

Beautiful, well appointed 4 bedroom house with a heated pool and separate hot tub. The screened pool area backed up to a woods so plenty of privacy. There was also a garage that was converted to a game room. We had a very enjoyable stay and highly recommend this house.

We had a great holiday, staying in this lovely property. The location was ideal with just a short drive to the Disney Parks.The host Elaine was extremely helpful giving clear instructions to help on arrival and during our stay.The accommodation was very clean and well equipped, and the beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were both heated which we all appreciated using to relax in the cool evenings after long days spent at the Parks. I would definitely stay again.

Business Trip

My wife and I were in town for a trade show and thought we would stay in a VRBO versus hotel. I’m so glad we did. The property was clean and quiet… Just what we needed.The hot tub and pool were wonderful with a glass of wine at the end of each day. Elaine was quick to answer any of our questions, and we even had a chance to play Frogger in the game room…Would recommend this day to anyone!

Wonderful Stay

From the minute you walk in the door you can see that the house is extremely clean. The kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need to cook any meal you'd need (which we did). Since we travel with a dog, the resort is absolutely a joy to walk around. We go out before the crack of dawn, and it was so peaceful with plenty of friendly rabbits. The pool is very inviting, but we are Floridian wimps and it was a tad bit too cold for us but we will use in our upcoming trip. Elaine, the owner was a blessing to work with and answers any questions you may have in a timely manner. We are looking forward to staying at the house again.

Wonderful rental!

The home was all that it said it was! Location great! We did not use the pool, weather was cold and rainy - but the nice hot tub hit the spot. Great extras if your traveling with kids, the garage game room looked fun.

A family trip for Disney world. We enjoyed our stay here. Reasons we enjoyed it. 1. Convenient to Disney. 2. A private home. 3. The property host, Elaine was awesome. Communications very proactive, prepared us for our stay, and was available to support us all throughout our stay… very prompt and supportive. Truly cared about our experience and satisfaction and helped effectively manage our expectations. 4. A beautiful home. Well maintained, clean, presentable, practical and with several things for the kids to enjoy (game room, was very usable and enjoyable). Great stay

This was a great place to stay for our Disney vacation. It was spacious with four bedrooms for our five adults. We definitely enjoyed the private heated pool each day after our park experiences. It was so nice to have a private back yard which did not overlook other neighbors. The hot tub was a bonus. When we arrived, the hot tub water was not quite right but a call to maintenance solved the issue quickly. The beds were comfy. The kitchen was well appointed but had no basic food products like salt, pepper, sugar, oil, etc. But, we came well prepared to cook all our dinners and breakfasts too. The game room is great! Lots of fun. I highly recommend this to anyone and will definitely return for our next Disney trip!

Fantastic house close to Disney!

The house was just as pictured. We loved that it was one level, and it had plenty of space indoors and outdoors by the pool (which is where we spent most of our time). The hot tub was truly excellent and much appreciated after a day at Epcot. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were convenient and functional, and everything was extremely clean and in good condition. Our only quibbles were that the toaster didn't work, and the Keurig was a bit persnickety. But those were minor inconveniences and did not impact our enjoyment one bit. I'd definitely stay here again!

We have owned property in Windsor Palms since 2010. We absolutely love the community. We currently own 2 similar homes on the same street. Both pool areas overlook the conservation area and have glorious sunshine all day long and gorgeous sunset views. Sitting pool-side and watching the sunset is the most wonderful way to end your day. The conservation view is wonderful, showcases amazing sunsets and offers a great deal of privacy. In addition, this unit is on a pie shaped lot so neighbors are a little farther away than most other lots.
