Great place

Second time we have stayed here. Has a lot of what you need to feel at home. So close to the beach nice area. Owner is a very nice man. Love the two full bathrooms. Will stay here again!

Great for our family

This was a great place for our family of 5 (2 adults, 2 kids, 1 teenager). Nice floor space and clean. Beach and pool access were very convenient.

Family Vacation

OBX is our favorite place. Mike was great and condo was perfect for our needs. Clean, updated, comfortable beds, bathrooms very nice, close to beach. The beach towels and boogie board were nice to have too!

Surf break

We made one last beach trip for the summer and we're not disappointed! The place was very clean and organized perfectly stocked had great bedding and sheets and was very comfortable. It's great access to the beach easy location for day trips to Oka or Avon or other exploring, the host was very accommodating and arranged for us to check out a bit later. I really appreciate the comfortable stay and the great memories!

Beautiful location

Mike was great to deal with. He was very kind and informative. He gave us ideas of places to eat etc. The condo is in a beautiful location with only a short walk to the beach. The condo had all the amenities for our stay. Highly recommend staying here!!

Wonderful property. Just as listed and in the pictures. Short walk to the beach and home our family was staying at. Mike was very helpful and easy to communicate with. If we stay in Hatteras we will definitely look to book again

Beautiful and serene!

Mike is a great host. The condo was impeccably stocked with everything we needed! We just brought our clothes and toiletries. The condo was clean, spacious, close to beach and close to the pool. The location is very quiet but still within walking distance of everything you would need. The mattresses were fabulous! Kudos to Mike!

Hatteras Village condominium steps from a pool and beach!

Third time we've stayed here; we like the close location to the beach and pool availability. I've left previous reviews the last two years after our visits, so I won't repeat myself. Just the fact we've come back three straight years says it all! The only blemish in the review this year was ants on the kitchen counters, but it didn't ruin our stay.

Excellent location. Very convenient with close proximity to grocery store and fresh fish.

Loved the property. Plenty of space for a family of five. Very well equipped. All new furniture and appliances. There is pretty much everything you may need. The property is actually better than the pictures online. Super clean and very close proximity to the beach.

Had everything we needed

Property was very nice. Well stocked and Mike was great with answering any questions I had. Definitely will stay again. Ocean is only a few minutes walk down the private drive. Pool is right across the road very quite area. Pool was also clean and was never full of people. My husband myself and three teenage kids fit great and having two full bathrooms was awsome. Thank you Mike for helpingour vacation be as great as it could

It’s a nice place

The unit is walking distance to the beach, and close to shops, dining and the Ocracoke Ferry. It’s a great size for 4, but does have accommodations for 6. There is ample dinnerware and utensils so you don’t need to wash in between. There are also extra beach towels so you don’t need to wash yours after each beach day. The beds were comfortable. We have stayed here a couple times and would stay again. Our stay was Saturday to Saturday, and I tried to book the unit for the same week next year but it was already taken on Tuesday of our week.

Happy in Hatteras

Great property with updated furniture and amenities. Everything you need for a beach vacation in beautiful Hatteras! Owner Mike Keever was extremely easy to work with throughout the process. A short stroll to a gorgeous beach with chairs, umbrella and boogie boards for four provided. Delicious restaurants all within a short distance including Happy Belly ice cream shop a short walk from the condo. Plenty of dvd movies to choose from if you want to watch movies after a day in the sun. Books are even provided if you forget yours! I highly recommend staying here as we will be back! Thanks Mike for a wonderful week!

Great Vacation

The host was great, he responded very quickly to all of our questions. I do have a few dislikes. 1st it was difficult to look out of the windows, they were very dirty. The blinds were very dusty as well. There was a dresser that had a broken knob. Other than that our accommodations were good. This has nothing to do with the host as he cant control inconsiderate people. 2 guest staying a few doors down had pets and let them defecate in what seems to be a common area that never cleaned it up. We were going to play bocce ball but could not because of all the inconsiderate people with pets. There are so many other things to do this wont deter us from possibly returning.
