This is a beautiful home! The pool and outdoor area was our favorite, appreciated the covered area so we could enjoy the outdoors without being in the sun. The house is in a quiet neighborhood but very close to everything you need. Our favorite Italian restaurant, Nick's, is less than 5 minutes away! The house is incredibly well stocked, and the master bed was super comfortable (only bed we used). Communication with the host was great, answered all of our questions promptly. We would highly recommend this beautiful home and would definitely stay here again on our future visits!

Great place. Some suggestions: Guest Bath, the toilet needs a plumber, instructions for using the TV would have been great-thanks for your quick response to my call about TV and entering the house.Totally enjoyed the house and pool. Great location and will consider coming back on our next visit to Phoenix area.

Thank you so much for your stay and for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m delighted to hear you enjoyed the home, the pool, and the location. I truly appreciate your note about the guest bathroom. We weren’t aware of any issue during your visit, but as soon as we saw your comment we sent a plumber out. They identified a running toilet and replaced the internal mechanism immediately, so everything is now functioning perfectly for future guests. Thank you as well for the suggestion regarding TV instructions—those have now been added to our welcome guide. We’re grateful for your thoughtful comments and would be thrilled to welcome you back on your next trip to the Phoenix area. Warm regards, Jennifer

Greatly enjoyed our 40 day stay at the property. Everything was as advertised and no surprises. Lovely model home in quaint neighborhood

Very clean, well-appointed home in a quiet neighborhood with convenient access to grocery, coffee, restaurants, golf, tennis, etc. Lovely furnishings and tasteful decor (just like the photos) and fully stocked with everything needed for a really comfortable and enjoyable stay. Pool is on the small side but served the purpose to take a quick refreshing dip. Thank you for the hospitality!

Simply, top shelf!

We've been wintering in Scottsdale for the past ten years. This home was the best equipped, most tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished of all of our vacation rentals over the years. We found it very clean with lots of nice extra touches, plus a private desert setting. The owners and their team were exceptional to deal with, being very accommodating and responsive. We'll be back!
