Summer Vacay at the Shores.

Perfect for a family of 4. Unit was clean and had everything we needed. We liked it so much we booked another unit for a couple more days. Elevators aren’t bad if you avoid the breakfast and dinner rush. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall a great experience and would stay again!

Check in/out and access was super easy. Pool area was nice, beach access was great and there were plenty of water sprayers. The staff was great! My boyfriend is in a wheelchair and they were very accommodating with his beach wheelchair being able to charge/stay in the lobby! Which was very convenient. The Wi-Fi worked great! I was able to work remote for part of the trip without any problems at all. The room was overall very nice. The few things that were mildly inconvenient is the ice maker not working and none of the remotes having batteries in them. But nothing too detrimental that we couldn't deal with! If that is the worst thing that happened at a stay, I think that's pretty good!

Would book again!

The property grounds and location are so great. You're close to everything and right on the beach with the beautiful (though freezing) pools right outside your door. The handle on the toilet in half bath didn't work. We took the back off and flushed manually as needed. Ice maker in freezer didn't appear to be connected and would not make ice. Otherwise, things were nice and functional. The shower had good pressure, and we all slept well. One of the elevators was in and out of service during our stay, so the other would end up with a line of people waiting during busy times of the day. Overall though, the atmosphere of the property and the comfort of the room were enough to bring us back. Also lived being right next door to pineapple Willy's! If you're a coffee drinker, don't forget filters! The maker in the room uses the cone style ones.

Could have been better

Moldy shower curtain. Bugs. Parking garage had lots of nails. I got a flat tire. Staff was very rude and not helpful. Tv in bedroom was confusing and we could not even get it to turn on.

Will never stay here again

We loved the view but that is about it. We stayed in room 710 and our door wouldn’t deadbolt. The first day of our stay, the door would just push open without the need of a code. By the second day, the door code was finally working but we wanted to use the deadbolt and couldn’t. Also, the bunk beds are right beside the front door so you hear everyone that walks past your door talking. The thing that made me decide to never go back was spotting a roach about to crawl in my suitcase. We saw 4 roach bugs total while staying there for 2 nights. Toilet paper was also an issue. The room sleeps 6 but you only get one roll of toilet paper per bathroom so there were only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 people for the vacation. We could’ve possibly gotten more had we gone down to the front desk but I feel like the condo should’ve been properly stocked with the basics.

Clean and very nice condo.

Overall we had a great stay with some minor inconvenience. The queen bed and the bunk beds were good and no complaints. The sleeper sofa is another story. I knew when booking that a sleeper sofa is never comfortable and this one was not. We ended up buying an air mattress and sleeping on it instead of the sofa. The parking space was convenient and located close to the room. If driving a large vehicle the concrete column next to the space can be a hindrance but nothing bad. The biggest issue is getting in and out of the parking garage at certain times when traffic is busy. The width of the drive lanes causes trouble when you meet someone at a turn going the opposite way. The pool is terrific and security does a good job of keeping people from saving seats all day with a towel. If they notice no one has been at the chair for about an hour they will take the towel to lost and found and let someone else have the chair. The location is great because you can avoid getting on front beach road, which is usually packed, and get to places using the back road. We enjoyed our stay and would rent this unit again.

Great place!!

We loved the pool and being close to most of the things we wanted to do! The only complaints we had was the ice maker didn’t work but we just got ice from a store so not a huge issue. The other thing was there not being any extra blankets for the pull out couch so we had to buy a few.

Overall very happy.

There were a few bad reviews so was hesitant to book but booked because great price, everything that was Complained about before seems to be taken care of! We had a wonderful experience. Only complaint would be the early check in I know nobody stayed in room the day before us i really think we should be e been able to get an early check in but maybe was to much work for vaca to text us and we waited till 4pm.

Bugs and broken appliances

This property had ALOT of roaches. Also the dryer had a vent trap duct taped when I went to use it the duct tape wrapped up a couple pairs of my clothes completely tearing them apart. Have had 0 success reaching the property managers.

Vacay 2022

The condo was efficient enough. We have stayed in worse so it wasn’t too bad. We saw a few live roaches and a few dead. There was mold in the bathroom. The dryer def needs some attention. I don’t do laundry on vacation but we needed clean towels and it took 10 rounds before they were dry. If I had kids I wouldn’t choose this condo but for us adults it worked.

Never given a bad review ever, until now.

This property was dirty when we walked in at check-in. The TV’s didn’t work, the shower curtain was hanging by a thread, the dryer does not work. We had to hang our wet clothes over all the chairs to air dry. The carpet in the bedroom was so filthy, I refused to walk barefoot on it. The place is run down and needs a ton of work. Has roaches crawling on the kitchen counters. We called about the TV’s and shower curtain and someone dropped off batteries for the remote and rings for the curtain. Batteries did not fix as I told them the TV did not get any channels. It’s a cable issue not a remote issue. I did not switch out the shower curtain rings either because I’m on vacay, I’m not the homeowner or mgmt. I should not have to do that for them. Overall the worst condo I’ve ever stayed in. Let me say, I have never in my life complained about a vacay property but this one was awful. DO NOT waste your hard earned money on this one.

Great Location

Great location and We had a blast but the room could have been a little more kept up. The curtain rod was broken in the bedroom and the dryer did not work very well but other than that we had a blast.

Nasty & Gross

The question asked tell us what you loved..... well my answer is absolutely nothing this is absolutely the worst and dirtiest condo we have ever stayed in. The pictures they have posted regarding this condo is probably from about 10 years ago. This is the most outdated room you could ever be in. We had to have the cleaning crew come back and clean again and the carpet was so nasty and black with dirt that we had to have the company send a professional carpet cleaner out to clean it but it did not help much it was well beyond its time. Everything needs to be repainted, updated, carpet replaced and a deep deep cleaning. There was so much grime and nasty around the tub & tiolet black mold has formed on the walls around the tub and the bottom edge of the toilet. The deck was extremely filthy also I had to put towels over the deck chair and the arms of the seats to even sit outside and enjoy the outside deck area. We had to end up wearing flip-flops in the condo all week because you could not walk barefoot anywhere on the floors. The dryer would not dry a load of only 3 towels without being restarted a total of 4 times. A sheet had to be used to even set on the couch, that was provided for us and neatly placed on the couch. All furniture had a layer of sticky grime on top. Hopefully this review will convince the owner to renovate. Because it is in very poor condition. Otherwise I would not rent this condo!

This condo was disgusting.

This condo is disgusting. I don’t think the floors have ever been mopped and the carpet in the bedroom was pure filth! Our feet were black from walking around on it. Definitely not worth paying what the owners are asking per night! Pictures on the internet are NOT what you get in person!
