Your cozy getaway awaits you at Celadon Beach Resort, Unit 1002 in Panama City Beach at this adorable condo. With 2 king bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, and a private bunk room with a full bed, this space is perfect for families up to 8 people. Enjoy the fitness room, new HVAC, fully stocked kitchen, and full size washer/dryer during your stay. Free beach chair service for 2 is included for all out guests, plus we have extra Tommy Bahama backpack chairs in the unit for guests needing additional seating on the beach! Experience what Panama City has to offer with a stay at our charming condo.
This is a direct owner managed property. We do not use a management company that is more concerned about heads in beds. When you rent from us, you are dealing directly with the owner of the condo. Why pay extra for a middle man?

Our tastefully decorated condo looks like new. New paint/colors, new kitchen, granite tops, new wood plank porcelain tile, bedding, drapery, and bathroom furnishings await you. Our new air purification and sanitizer system will remove any odors and keep surfaces germ free. This unit can sleep a total of 8 people (6 people comfortably.) Enjoy the calming coastal interior as you relax in this updated condo. The Gulf front master bedroom has sliding glass doors opening to the balcony, a king size bed, flat panel TV, a huge walk in closet, and private bath. The second bedroom features a new king size bed( 10/2024), flat panel TV, and access to the second bathroom. All rooms have HD streaming by Direct TV on new TV's. All TV's hung on the wall with extra HDMI cords for connecting your own device.
Your little ones will enjoy the private bunkroom, complete with a new 32" flat panel TV. The bunkroom features a new full size bed that sleeps 2. In addition, our living room sofa pulls out into a queen size bed to accommodate those with extra need for sleeping space. Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to feel at home. This unit has a breakfast bar, dining table, comfortable living room with sliding glass doors to the balcony, full size washer and dryer, and the best views on the beach.
With our upgraded linens and towels, and our excellent stocked kitchen, you will feel right at home.

We purchased this condo the Summer after visiting Panama City Beach for a Spring Break trip in 2010. Being from Indiana, we cherish the trips we can make to the beach to enjoy the warm weather and the beautiful white sand beaches. We love being on the West end of the beach because it is quiet and not nearly as busy as the crowded east end. We wanted to be able to relax and worry less about traffic and congestion. The amenities at Celadon Beach Resort give us everything a family could need, included covered parking, 2 pools, hot tubs, and one of the most beautiful beaches. We are steps from the beach and always have an incredible view of the Gulf from our master bedroom or living room. It's always hard to leave and come home.

Our family enjoys the quiet, western end of Panama City Beach. It gives us easy access to the many great restaurants to the West on 30A, yet also easy access to the more crowded, tourist areas to the East.

As frequent visitors, we keep the condo in the condition that we expect when we visit. We are hands on owners and continue to update/enhance the vacation experience for both our guests and ourselves.
