Helt uppdaterad med kvalitativt utförande och efterbehandling, är detta 3 BR, 2BA hem fullt utrustad med allt du behöver för din strandresa.

Det rymliga, ljusa vardagsrummet har gott om sittplatser och en storbilds-TV. Den öppnar till det fullt utrustade, gourmetköket med frukostbar och centrum. Den separata matsalen rymmer bekvämt 8.

Detta underbara hem rymmer upp till 7 personer, med 2 kung sovrum, ett med en 2: a TV. Det 3: e sovrummet sover 3 med dubbelsäng och utdragbar trille. Ett uppdaterat bad har dubbla handfat, ett fåfängsområde och en duschkabin med flera duschkablar. Det 2: a badet är också uppdaterat med ett badrum.

Dessutom finns det gott om parkering och ett separat tvättstuga med en full tvättmaskin och torktumlare.

Perfect Stay!

We had an amazing stay at The Osprey! The house was beautiful with plenty of room for us all. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, and we loved drinking coffee in the morning and watching sunsets in the evening from the balcony. Best of all, the beach was practically right outside the door! John provided everything we needed for a day at the beach, including beach towels, beach chairs, and even a wagon. We also enjoyed grilling by the private pool and soaking in the hot tub in the evening. This was one of the nicest stays we've ever had at a vacation rental. John was very responsive and a fantastic host! We want to come back next year for an even longer stay!

Perfect vacation

My family and I had a wonderful experience at the Osprey in August. The owner and property manager both were easy to contact and very friendly and helpful. The home was exactly as advertised- it was absolutely spotless, everything was well maintained and worked as it should, and there was plenty of space for our group of four adults and two teenagers. The keyless entry was a nice perk as it kept us from having to worry about keeping track of keys. The beach was beautiful and a short walk- under a minute- across the street. We were delighted to find so many beach items available for use- boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas with anchors, sand toys, coolers, and even a spacious cart to carry it all. We loved being able to rinse everything off with the hose each day, and then ourselves with the two outdoor shower areas- it made it so easy to keep sand out of the house! It was nice to be able to walk to 7/11 and grab snacks or drinks just a few minutes away. The pool area was easily our favorite part of the home- we spent most of our evenings relaxing out there with the lights on, and we really didn't have any issue with insects. This house is an absolute gem at a great price and in a perfect location. Thank you, John!

Just what we were looking for ! By far one of the best rental house we've had.

We found everything about the property to be just as advertised. Everything was spotless and the house was set up so well. All the furnishings were comfortable and we felt right at home in the little neighborhood . Very quite little street and we loved hearing the church bells each day from the beautiful Catholic Church property across the street. The short walk to the beach was just across the little street and was very well maintained. The pool area was such a nice bonus that we enjoyed in the evenings swimming and grilling after a long day on the beach. The home provided everything we needed for our stay other than groceries which we purchased at the nearby Publix. All in all, we loved everything about our stay. We look forward to booking again next summer. This time we will know we only need to bring our clothes.

Another Great Ft. Myers Beach Family Vacation at the Osprey

This is our 2nd time staying at the Osprey Beach House & it once again did not disappoint. From the moment you pull up to the home and see the extensive well thought out and manicured landscaping and the expansive Front Porch its clear this is not your basic vacation rental. You can see how the owners truly thought out the exterior design. The interior finishing levels are are just as impressive with Custom Kitchen Cabinetries including a Built out Mud Room, upgraded High End Appliances including a Washer & Dryer, Beachwood Floors, a Large Living Room & Dining Room, each of the Beds are a great size with 1 of the guest Beds, which his ideal for children having French doors out to the rear Patio that overlooks the Private Pool Area. Both Baths are renovated & very spacious and the home's location is ideal just a quick 2 min walk to the Beach via 3 separate beach access points. Several local restaurants are just a short drive as well. Our daughters loved the Private Pool Area & Tiki Area & its was another great Family Vacation. John the owner was great to deal with & Jerry the care taker was a pleasure as well. We look forward to future stays.

Beautiful home steps from the beach.

This is our 4th yearly gulf coast vacation. Loved this home! The pool is amazing. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Jerry was so helpful with any questions we had. My only suggestion is that the master bedroom mattress needs an update and there should be another TV in the second king bedroom. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome house, amenities, and location

We will definitely be back. Walking distance from the beach, and walkable distance to great restaurants. We loved having lawn chairs and towels to take to the beach as well as a private pool. This was the first place we've been to where our entire family wants to do the exact same vacation again.

Nice and quiet location!

We loved our stay it was convenient to grocery, liquor and restaurants. It was quiet and the beach was wonderful. The house was beautiful! And was super clean I will definitely go back!

the most perfect VRBO rental ever

i have had some bad luck with VRBO but this renewed my faith. this place totally exceeded expectations- the house adorable and clean and phenomenally supplied. From beach to kitchen to throws to toiletries to books and toys!! The backyard pool and hot tub fabulous and so private surrounded by palm trees. The beach was a 1 minute walk away. Access to the manager was lovely. I could go on but I don’t want too many people to rent this property!Lol.

Great location!

We stayed at the Osprey property for 6 nights. It was 4 adults and 3 boys ages 11, 12 & 16. The house was perfect for us. The close proximity to the beach was great. The beach was never crowded and we saw many dolphin swimming. We also enjoyed the pool a lot too. The house had everything we needed. The wagon and beach chairs were great. The house location to downtown was nice too. We liked being close enough to the Times Square area that it was a short drive but far enough away to avoid the large crowds. Hope to return again in the future!

Great beach house in a great neighborhood and just a two minute walk to the beach. Great location close to Fort Myers Beach and Bonita Beach. Pool was always warm even during some cool evenings John is a great host!

Fantastic!

We spent a week with our 5 children, ages 5-13 and would recommend this rental to anyone. It was such a treat to have a private pool/hot tub, and to be steps away from the beach. The house was very clean with well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, and beach gear. The property manager and owner were both very friendly. Wonderful all around, we hope to be back soon!

Great place and location, just a few little maintenance issues that should be addressed, burnt out lights in the kitchen, pool lights not working , pool deck lights not working , pool water spouts not working, BBQ rusted and should be replaced .

Wonderful getaway

We have stayed a few times before and love it every time. This house is perfectly located next to the beach with the access being just steps away. The pool and hot tub are great after a day at the beach as well. During our stay, we enjoyed sitting on the front upstairs deck to watch the sunset!

Enjoyable Stay

We stayed with another couple for a week and enjoyed the property. It's got pretty much everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation. It's a very short walk to the beach for amazing sunsets, and we used the pool and hot tub daily. We had a minor issue with the pool heater, but it was addressed quickly as best as possible. Enjoyed morning coffee on the front balcony watching the Osprey in the nest right across the street. Pros: Great space for a small group gathering Nicely decorated property Pool AND Hot Tub to enjoy cool evenings in. Location to beach Well stocked kitchen Responsive Property Manager Cons: Backs up to Estero Blvd, small amount of road noise Pool and beach toys weren't in great condition We recommend the property for anyone considerng a stay in Ft. Myers Beach
