MERK NY POOL !!! Fantastiskt och fantastiskt. Fyra nya lyxiga salonger precis som de har på kryssningsfartyg och högklassiga hotell.

Vår stuga är en enda familj, har 2 sovrum + Cabriolet sängar, 2 badrum, 6 sovplatser.
Tänk bara på dig själv här, i vårt charmiga strandhus; nyligen uppdaterad och dekorerad av interiörarkitekt & ligger i ett vackert område. Bara några steg till vår privata dedikerade tillgång till stranden w / lusthus och utomhusdusch samt privat fiskebrygga på baksidan av bukten som erbjuder stora tiki-kojor med picknickbord, bänkar, båtlampor och massor av lokalt djurliv. Stranden är cirka 50 meter och viken är cirka 60 meter från stugan. Vår stuga är cirka 1100 kvadratmeter mysig och vill aldrig lämna atmosfären.

Varm & solig två sovrum, två badrum hem med vardagsrum, matplats och fullt utrustat kök med ny hög topp vit dinette. Ny mikrovågsugn, klockor, väckarklockor, tvättmaskin och torktumlare på vardagsnivå med 2 slutna lanais, carport parkering, stor gård, förråd och strandstolar. Sovrummet har Queen size-säng med nya sängkläder och dekor, 2 garderober (en mycket stor walk-in). Rummet har två enkelsängar med nyare sängkläder och dekor. Vardagsrummet har ny 50 'Smart TV med kabel, inbyggd Amazon, netflix, youtube, nya möbler; drottning sovhytt, kärlek och stol. CD-spelare med bombox, ny iPod-dockningsstation. Alla sängkläder och badlakan ingår. Sovrummet har ny 32 "HDTV platt-tv med kabel.

Koppla av och läs, ta en tupplur, spela ett brädspel och njut av måltider med vänner på en av Lanai. Ta några steg till den bakre viken och leta efter fiskgjuse, manat, delfiner, hoppfisk, pelikaner och den nyaste invånaren; SCARLET IBIS! Våra vilda djur är också i viken, så du förväntar dig alltid att se något roligt och minnesvärt - ett oändligt utbud av underhållning ...

Our stay was great. Some trouble getting into the property, but otherwise great. Problems were resolved in a timely manner. As guests we had on issue with parking, totally our fault. Again the owner communicated with me quickly through VRBO and it was resolved. The beach was great!

Just the Place for Us

Just the right size, had the things we needed, nice pool in a fairly private backyard and steps away from the beach. It was the perfect getaway for us and we would definitely come back.

Most Excellent Stay!

We stayed here last year and we decided to do so again this year. We really enjoyed our time here, the property was very clean and welcoming! It is only a short walk to the beach and having a Publix nearby was really convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location - awesome pool!

We loved staying here! The location was perfect. Short walk to the beach. All the fun beach toys, pool was awesome. We loved having the covered deck - we spent most of our time out here!

Everything was great! Property was very well kept. Pool was great, the outdoor decks were great- especially when it rained you were able to sit outside. Having the beach so close and a private entrance with a water hose bib to rinse your feet off was awesome. They had everything that was needed for the beach. One thing to note is that the pier to fish from is at the canal, not the ocean side. I wished I would have figured that out sooner so we could have tried to fish from it. We did walk to the shops and restaurants in Ft. Myers Beach one morning, about 2-2.5 miles. I would highly recommend this location.

Excellent stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this adorable home on Fort Myers Beach. Loved the location, the pool was perfect, and both the owner and property mgmt company were incredibly friendly and responsive. Everything we needed. Will absolutely look to book here again!

Great visit!!

Our stay was great...nice clean home and pool. Enjoyed the bikes (could have used some baskets for our Publix trips). Already trying to make plans to come back one day soon!

Our home away from gim

This was our second time staying in this adorable beach house. The house is super clean and fully equipped with everything you would need and is just a quick 2 minute walk to the beach. Publix grocery store is just a few blocks away.

Fabulous location

Great house, great location. Had everything we needed except could find gas grill but there was a charcoal grill which was great. Loved having the bikes and easy access to the beach. The pier at the bay is broken and blocked off but I’m sure that will be getting fixed soon.

This was simply the “ ideal vacation” in every way. What a wonderful surprise to find a completely renovated, beautifully decorated home on a quiet street with a private heated pool just steps from a gorgeous, spacious beach! Our host, Nancy, was just terrific! Any questions were immediately answered and always happily- a dream host if there ever was one!The island can be tricky to navigate during peak traffic times with only a 2 lane highway but you quickly figure it out! We had a couple of great meals and the rest were fine! This is a lovely little town in the process of rebuilding after the hurricane. For once I simply cannot find one thing to complain about! Thank you Nancy for allowing us to spend 10 glorious days in your delightful home!

Quiet and comfy for a family get away

This was our second year at this house and we really enjoy the close access to the beach and bay. The pool is great and the back yard has a lot of privacy, which is pretty rare in FMB. The neighborhood is very nice, and it’s away from the crowds but centrally located. You can even walk to get a few groceries during times that the main road is backed up. Great for couples or small families. We’ll be back!

The house was such a short walk to the beach, the neighborhood was quiet and friendly, and the home was beautiful! For late February, we basically had the beach to ourselves. We spent our mornings at the beach and our afternoons in the private pool as soon as the sun hit it. Eating on the island was a little hard as restaurants are few and far between compared to the volume of people needing to be fed! We made a few quick trips to the close Publix and kept our eating out to a minimum. If you do plan to eat out, go early and expect a wait. No fault of the property though!Both the owner and the rental agency were quick to answer any questions we had - although I had very few. The stay was perfect for our warm weather getaway! Only things missing were an umbrella to put in the sand, and a grill at the house!

A clean house with recent renovations. Until you experience a private pool you don’t realize it’s benefits Even though you are just steps from the beach. The 1st floor washer/dryer is awesome.

Loved this place

We had a great time here the cottage was clean and comfortable it also had everything we needed . It is close to the beach within walking distance to the store. Gulf Island Paradise

This was our second stay this year and it did not disappoint. It is the perfect home away from home with everything you need for an idyllic paradise vacation! After spending our days on the beach, there is nothing better than returning to a private salt water pool, dinner on the screened-in porch and falling into the most comfortable beds. The owner/rental company is very accommodating and we appreciate her sharing her home with us. Our only complaint is that someone beat us to the punch for our Christmas stay but we have booked our Spring week!!

We fell in love with the gulf coast of Florida in 1998 during our first visit. We went back for another vacation that year for a family holiday and had to purchase this amazing cottage. There was only one other owner since it was built so the family heritage and feel permeated the property- you feel the love. We have renovated it several times with new furniture, baths and a pool! We travel for work and understand the important things such as a pool, warm decor, cozy linens, wifi, smart tv, games, bikes, beach chairs and a beautiful atmosphere. It would be silly to choose another property when you have everything that you need at our warm and cozy beach cottage. We appreciater all of our wonderful guests whom have stayed over the years. We love the sun, beach, fun, outdoors, wildlife whether in the Gulf, flying above it or crawling around it. Ft. Myers Beach is easy to access from away, you can completely relax and never have to leave the island, people are friendly and it is one of the most beautiful places on earth.

Relaxing, unwinding, turning off the fast paced everyday life. A new in ground heated pool. Enjoy friends and family in our new heated pool- why even leave the grounds? Additional, we love to kayak, run or walk on the beach, bike ride, golf and play tennis. Friends enjoy the jet skis and parasailing as well. Everyone enjoys watching the new sport of kite boarding & wind surfing. All of these activities are followed up by reading a good book on the beach, taking a nap in the warm sunshine, drinking coffee on the lanai and enjoying company of friends both old & new. The best thing is taking time to enjoy one another.
