Very nice place overall, and we enjoyed our stay. The only downside was the beds. The mattresses were some of the thinnest we have ever slept on, and the sheets felt lower quality than expected. Also only provided two pillows per bed in the 2nd bedroom and would have been nice to have more. If the mattresses were upgraded, this would be a 5 star property.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo is very well stocked and thought out. Mike was so helpful and easy to work with regarding logistics. The heated pools and hot tubs were key for our spring break trip when it was a little cool and nights by the firepit were the best!

Just a quick two days at one of our favorite destinations on Hilton Head before heading down to Florida. Would definitely book again!

Beautiful place in great location

We love Palmetto Dunes and this was a beautiful condo in the Villamare. Safe, secure, clean, well appointed, comfortable - all made for a perfect vacation with friends.

This place is absolutely stunning from the decor to the views. We take weekend trips to HHI at least 4 times a year and this is our favorite spot so far! Host was very fast to communicate. The pool area is gorgeous. Loved the spa at night in the adult only Serenity area. Perfect weekend getaway. We were sad to leave. 10/10 recommend!

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo

This condo was absolutely beautiful and the layout was perfect! It was very clean and had everything we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable and the views from the unit were beautiful. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo was so nice. It was high end if you ask me. It was the nicest we have ever stayed in. I love the view from both balconies and the one from the living room. The big couch was awesome and you could see the beach from it as well as the pool. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. My only complaint was the mattress in the master. I love a soft mattress and it was way soft but when you sleep, as least for me and my wife, our head was lower than our feet and I have reflux issues so it made that worse. Anyway I still love this condo. Oh one other thing a box of tissues would be so appreciated.

Great visit at this property. Unit is fully equipped for all that you need. Easy access to the beach. Host is excellent. Very welcoming and informative. Had nice additions like access to beach chairs, a cooler and wagon for the beach. Condo was clean. Excellent views of the ocean. Listing was extremely accurate.

Hilton Head Condo

The condo was amazing. Very clean and nicely decorated. The owners were super helpful in making our stay enjoyable and memorable. It was a pristine condo. We would rent it again if we came back to Hilton Head again if it was available.

Amazing Views

Great place with amazing views and close to pools and steps to the ocean. Having beach chairs and a cart provided was appreciated. Mike was extremely responsive and settled any questions or issues very promptly. Our stay was nearly perfect!

Golf & beach

My wife and I came for the beach and golf and wanted a nice-place to spend the rest of our time. This was just right for us although there were tons of toys in the 2nd bedroom closet and under the bathroom sink. For us, we wanted the closet space.

Enjoyed stay at VILLAMARE!

This Villa is beautifully decorated with nice amenities. The Queen beds in the guest bedroom are not comfortable. It is time to replace the mattresses. Table on the guest balcony has rust and should be replaced. The ocean view is majestic. The pools and beach are a short walk.The beach chairs and wagon was a plus.

Fantastic First Time to Hilton Head

Despite being from Ohio, this was our first trip to Hilton Head. From finding the listing, checking in, soaking up the sun, and heading home, our experience was fantastic and met all expectations. Villamare within Palmetto Dunes was a beautiful , safe, and enjoyable community for our family of five. Our unit was beautifully furnished with a nice view of the ocean and pool. There was more than enough room for our family. The owner, Mike, was very welcoming and accessible from the time we booked and throughout our stay. Additionally, the owners took the time to provide much needed information about HHI and Palmetto Dunes, including activities and restaurants. Our trip was a resounding success and we highly recommend this rental!

Beautiful place!

We enjoyed our stay at Villamare. Location is wonderful. Beautiful sunrises and walks on the beach right outside your door. Condo is beautifully decorated and space provided everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Was wonderful having the beach chairs, cooler and buggy available to bring down to the beach. Host was very responsive in communication and let us know the outdoor pools opened up earlier than expected on 3-30. The golf was amazing….beautiful courses! We rented a pontoon across the way in Shelter cove for an enjoyable afternoon on the water. Lots of really great restaurants nearby. Loved Scott’s, Fishcamp, Skull Creek, Poseidon, Social Bakery in the mornings. Recommend reservations. Quarter Deck in Harbor Town was a sweet spot by the lighthouse for drinks and apps one afternoon. So many nice options for outdoor water view dining with great food and music. Enjoyed a beautiful breathtaking Easter Sunrise service on Coligny beach. Made trips to Beaufort, Bluffton and Savannah for possible retirement spots and of course being right in Palmetto Dunes to experience all that is available there. Met lots of lovely people. So much to do and see in a short time. Our original plans to be there with our children/grandchildren over Easter changed due to unforeseen illness preventing one of them from traveling but we still were able to make the most of our time there. Hopefully we can plan it again for another time and would love to book here again!

Great location for a beautiful property

The owner is very communicative and readily available to answer questions - thank you, Mike, this is one of the best experiences I have had with the VRBO rental process. This condo has everything needed for a great HHI vacation and I would definitely recommend it!
