Perfect paradise!

This place had everything our family needed for a perfect week on the beach. We have stayed at many IRB beach condos and this is our favorite. Comfortable beds, great balcony, great location, clean and updated! The condo had everything we needed for the beach, too! All the guests, or maybe owners, we super friendly too! Only downside was we did not see the pool cleaned and water levels checked daily, the first few days the water was too murky and we didn't get in, but that was ok. We will be back!

The bedrooms were comfortable and well furnished. The overall layout of the units at Oceanside are great. Plenty of beach gear in the master closet. You can’t beat the value & location of Oceanside

Great stay at a fantastic location

We love this location at IRB. We have stayed here twice and live the amenities and the short walk to great food and drinks. Highly recommend. We had 4 adults, 3yo, 1 yo. Plenty of room for everyone.

Very nice

Very nice place, but in need of some attention. For example, the turntable in the microwave doesn't turn, and the kitchen faucet is loose. Nothing major. Other than that, the place is great. Great location, comfortable.

Great Place - 305 Oceanside

Very clean and tidy, well equipped (bring your own tea, coffee etc). Comfortable beds and sofa's, nice big TV's in all rooms, plenty of beach and normal towels etc. Best of all amazing balcony and views of the gulf coast and steps to the beach. Loads of places to eat and drink within minutes walk. Great place to stay, no more to say but thank you for an amazing stay.

Excellent accomdations!

We loved this 2 brd condo. The size is welcoming and decor tastefully done. Ocean views were amazing. Sunsets galore. The patio furniture very comfortable. Clean and tidy. Plenty of cooking essentials. The condo is convenient to many restaurants and bars in walking distance.

Paradise Vacation

Always love coming to Indian Rocks Beach and this condo was very comfortable and clean. The king size bed in master bedroom is firm, but not too firm, and comfortable like we like it. On a special note, we had an issue when we arrived after hours and Angela came at midnight to help us resolve the issue. Thank you very much Angela and Vacasa!!

Love the Beach/location

Love the location. The beach is beautiful and not crowded. The unit itself needs a really good DEEP clean. It’s very dirty. Plus there are several maintenance issues. Lamps don’t work, dishwasher weather strips are coming off, frig handle coming off, kitchen faucet broken/hanging and washing machine is moldy. A paint job can also go a very long way, especially a lighter color since there are no windows in the unit. A fan would also be good on the balcony, it is impossible to enjoy sitting on the balcony and even enjoy the beautiful view because it’s so stuffy and has no airflow. Our stay was an overall good family experience however.

Beach front condo

Overall the condo was nice. The WiFi codes provided did not work, after 1/2 hour hot it straightened out. The keys to the pool had only one set that worked. The other 3 sets did not. The kitchen was in need of a set of decent knives and a cutting board. The fridge ice dispenser did not work.

Poor management

Checking in there were no keys. Had to use code. Could barely see in poorly lit hallway. Shower wasn't cleaned. It was dangerous slippery. Crumbs on couch from previous tenant. Soundproofing between floors is nonexistent. Parking is inadequate. Not enough room. Management was supposed to bring keys next day. Never arrived. No smoking rules not enforced. Marijuana odor daily.Fans were gross. Caked on dirt.no instructions for TV. 2 buildings have same address. Guests got confused.

Could be better when priced at $300 plus per night.

I would expect to see a spice rack, higher quality toilet paper and paper towels for this price. The frying pans need to be updated as food sticks to them. We bought one since we stayed there 2 weeks. The 3 person sofa needed pillows behind and in front of the main pillow to make the couch comfortable. The master bathroom has mold in the shower and the washer stinks when you open the door. The entry door lock is confusing at first and you need to carry or memorize a 10 digit number to enter the unit. The parking stall is small and is located next to a wall and it is difficult to get into the vehicle for the person parked against the wall. You need to be skinny as the door can only be opened to the first detent on either side - if there is vehicle parked next to you. We experienced screaming children having fun at the pool starting at 7:30AM. We had to close the sliding door on many occasions at the noise was too much for us. On the plus side, the view is spectacular and the high chairs on the deck make viewing of the sunsets fantastic. The rental agency was very accommodating and the unit was clean and spacious. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but would chose a condo without a pool the next time as we are in our 70's.

Oceanside 305

We have stayed in this unit for the last few years and it was a bit disappointing this trip. The cleanliness was pretty poor, linens for the bed were not comfortable and stained, there was an ant issue in the kitchen, pots pans and utensils were pretty dated, shower and tub were moldy and dirty, washer didn’t smell right. Probably needs a deep clean and/or upgrades.

2 weeks in paradise

Our first visit to Indian Rocks Beach and we enjoyed an excellent vacation. The condo was perfect, spacious, clean, offered all the amenities, and the beachfront views were amazing. The beach features white sugar sand and the condo owners provide beach chairs, umbrellas, and even beach towels. There are many restaurants and shops in walking distance. Our time here could not have been more perfect and we will be back!!

Very enjoyable

Overall the property was as described. Was rather dark, but that isn’t the owners fault, just the way it’s built. Easy place to walk around to eat and drink. Our only complaint would be the stomping of feet from above.

Beautiful View

The unit smelled of bleach. Black mold in washing machine.

The cleaner told us the dryer wasn't working, turned out the filter had not been cleaned out in a while. There is black mold in the washer. I thought about calling the health department. Pretty sure they would have closed the unit down until cleaned properly or replaced. We could also smell mold from the air conditioner vents and it is on the ceiling near the vents. only one trash bag. Kitchen counter tops were dirty.
