The view was great and we enjoyed the balcony watching the sunsets. Unfortunately, the condo was very dusty on all surfaces, and multiple surfaces that were dirty. I didnât report this because I was dealing with false information I had been given when renting, and it was more important dealing with that at the time (cleaned surfaces myself). When renting I was told the pool would be openâŠit was not. They were working on balconies and would close it during the day, then open it about 5pm. The little it was open, it was left with debris in the pool. It didnât seem as if the local rep and the people that were actually doing the work were communicating. The local rep was getting false information from the president of the HOA, and it was always a he said, she said situation. They have agreed to give us some compensation which we were told today was processedâŠwe will see. Enjoyed the beach, but we missed the pool. All in all our stay was good, but unit does show age, and was definitely not clean. Shower curtain in second bathroom could be replacedâŠbarely is long enough to keep water in. The cabana they offered with chairs, etcâŠin it, was disgusting. Couldnât and wouldnât want to walk into the dirty mess. Itâs a shame because it could be a great renting feature. Thankfully there were two chairs in the master bedroom closet that we used for the beach. Hopefully the owners will address these issues, because the area is great, and the unit has so much more potential.
