Amazing spot!

The condo was absolutely amazing! Sitting on the porch and watching the sunsets was my favorite part! The convenient access to the beach and local shops and restaurants was perfection. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit with my kids in the afternoon and evening. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. Only complaint is that we couldn’t get into the cabana because the key wouldn’t work. We never contacted the host though because we didn’t feel a huge need to access it during the trip.

Great location

The unit is spacious, beach is beautiful, lots of bar/restaurants nearby.It could use a bit of updating, more lighting and beach gear such as chairs, umbrella, etc. It seemed like there used to be beach gear, but perhaps it was damaged in the hurricanes. Should be easy to replace though.

Snow Escape

We met friends from a different state for 2 weeks at IBR. We were a little worried because of the hurricanes. Everything we needed was up and running. Some of the restaurants and 1st floor condos are still closed. Parts of Fort DeSota and Honeymoon Island were still closed from damage. The condo was perfect. Location and views of the Gulf were perfect for us. The bay across the street had a dock my husband fished from. He caught some sea bass that we had for dinner one night. The weather was a little cooler than we had hoped but the whole USA was cold our first week.

Picture says it all

Very nice condo. Found it just like the pictures; beautiful views of sunsets. Would suggest couple of folding chairs in closet to use around the table for eating and games. One chair on lanai was broke, still usable but uncomfortable. Mangement company said we did not have access to the pool or storage closet; but the pool and hottub were open with temporary fence. Disappointed we did not have a key to access the beach chairs. Most places open and recoving from the last hurricane.

Lovely place

We loved the location and the short walk to the beach. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Small complex means uncrowded beach and pool. We had perfect weather all week. Calm ocean.

Great location but needs a deep clean

Situated in a prime location with easy access to bars and restaurants, the condo offers a mix of convenience and relaxation. While my stay was marked by enjoyable moments, there were some notable issues that detracted from the overall experience. First and foremost, the condo's location deserves praise. It's conveniently close to everything IRB has to offer, making it a perfect base for exploring the area. Additionally, the presence of a pool and hot tub added a touch of luxury to my stay. The pool area was well-maintained and provided a welcome respite after a day of sightseeing. However, despite these positives, I couldn't overlook the issue of cleanliness, particularly the dustiness of the condo. Upon arrival, I noticed a significant amount of dust on various surfaces, including hanging pictures, furniture, and vents. While this didn't ruin my stay, it was disappointing and made me question the thoroughness of the cleaning routine. Despite this drawback, the condo itself was comfortable and well-appointed. The living space was spacious and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy atmosphere to relax in. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped for preparing meals, and the balcony offered a pleasant spot to enjoy the views. In terms of service, the staff were friendly and responsive to any inquiries or concerns I had during my stay. However, I hope that they address the cleanliness issue to ensure a more enjoyable experience for future guests.

Family fun time!

Our week was filled with great weather, great fun, and a clean, secure unit. Indian Rocks Beach, Oceanside, is located in an area that is sooooooooo convenient for dining, snacks, drinks, souvenirs, and of course the Gulf. The unit is clean, comfortable, and spacious.

Beachfront living

Lovely large condo which is acurately shown in the photos. Conveniently located for dining and shopping and road access to St. Petersburg or Tampa. We would stay here again. The parking and elevator were a huge plus.

Spacious condo

This condo was very spacious. The bedrooms and baths were down the hall from the living area (rather than right next to it) which was a nice separation for anyone who wanted a little down time away from the rest of the group. Clean and comfortable, walking distance to many great restaurants and a few shops. Trolley stop right in front of building. The beach and pool were never very crowded despite full occupancy in the building. This was a place we’d definitely like to return to.

Return to Indian Rocks

We have been coming to Indian Rocks for over 30 years but up until now have been staying with family. We found this condo and it did not disappoint! Easy booking in process, clean and well furnished property in such a great location. The pool was a great option for the kids when they’d had to much beach time and watching the sun set from the balcony is breath taking. We will definitely have this condo at the top of the list next time we visit. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, comfortable, quiet, and had all of the amenities we needed. The location was great; walking distance to a variety of restaurants and right on the beach (can't beat that!). The sunsets were amazing!

Just want you to know that there was a problem with the freezer not making ice, I contacted Vacasa 1 month ago and they said they would have someone to take care of it. Nothing has been done and they don’t contact me to let me know what is going on. Now the dryer is making black marks on our clothes. Contacted Vacasa again! Not happy with them. Just wanted you to know Vacasa is not doing their job!

Nice Condo with Great Location

Overall the condo was clean, nice furniture inside & out, great location. I would recommend the condo based on floor plan and access to nearby restaurants. Kitchen could have used some newer cookware and few other misc. items. Balcony was furnished and direct view right on the beach.

This unit is awesome! Location, gorgeous views of the beach and ocean, and of course the fully furnished kitchen are all great attributes for this property. The added security and ease of having a door code vs having to carry around a bunch of keys adds to the worry free atmosphere.
