Check-in was super easy, code sent after payment made entry smooth. Wi-Fi was excellent (350 Mbps up/down), great for work, streaming, and gaming,even by the pool. TVs were large smart TVs,just sign into apps, no need for Chromecast. Game setup was a highlight: nostalgic arcade machines and Xbox/PS5s in every room. Garage games werenât usable due to heat,suggest a split AC. Pool was enjoyable but not always warm. Our #1 reason for booking was the Jacuzzi,for my veteran wife and a friend with joint pain,but it never reached the promised 100F. We paid extra for heating and were told it was working, but it wasnât. After several messages, we had to request a refund. Couches were comfy, but reclining didnât work. A replacement was promised but never arrived. Trash was left from previous guests using the wrong bags, resulting in maggots and odor. When reported, the owner said to keep the lid closed and the maggots would die but they didn't, heâd clean it over the weekend, which was after our stay. Lastly, window cleaners were scheduled during our stay, which caused delays due to rain and accessibility. Overall, a fun house with great features, but several hospitality missteps impacted our experience and for the price paid, the majority of those missteps should never happen.
