Obehindrad utsikt över havet och Folly Pier väntar från ett mycket stort bakre däck som är redo för lite grilla utomhus eller bara helt enkelt koppla av i den vackra lugn och ro! Den öppna planlösningen erbjuder fantastisk havsutsikt från det viktigaste vardagsrummet och master sviten. Befälhavaren svit har eget badrum master (med jacuzzi och separat dusch) och en klädkammare. Alla tre sovrummen har sina egna privata badrum. Tiger trägolv i hela, bänkskivor i kvarts kök med keramiska plattor backplash i det fullt utrustade köket med helt nya topp-apparater inklusive Bosch diskmaskin och Samsung serie med dubbelugn. Bara en kort promenad till Center St för affärer och restauranger och tillräckligt nära piren för att njuta av livemusik utomhus från integriteten på din bakre veranda. En enkel promenad uppför en trappa eller en kort hissresa ger dig en perfekt utsikt över strandens aktivitet och skönhet! Ta en cykeltur på stranden med de medföljande cyklarna eller bara sitta och njuta av vågorna i solstolarna. Två privata parkeringsplatser ingår. Folly Beach treat

We very much enjoyed our stay. Always love having a beach right outside our deck. The beach has hard sand so great for long walks which we took daily. The town with shops and restaurants were within walking distance

Folly Beach Love

The condo's location is perfect, just steps to the beach and magnificent sunrises and also is close to wonderful restaurants. The condo is well appointed and cozy. I've been visiting Folly Beach for years and this, by far, is the best location.

Excellent get away

We had a beautiful week at Folly. It was wonderful to fall asleep looking at the lights on the pier and waking up to a beautiful sunrise. The condo was perfect for us. We spent many hours on the porch. The beds and furniture were very comfy. There was a problem with the thermostat when we arrived. Contacted the host and they immediately brought out a replacement. It was a great vacation.

Great location to beach and restaurants!

Unit 102 was a little dated. It could use a bit of updating, but overall a great location and configuration with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. We could walk to several restaurants, shops, grocery store, the pier, and even to church on Sunday morning. The beach access is right out the back door. We had access to chairs and other equipment in the storage closet - this could use some cleaning and reorganizing. The weather was awesome the week of Oct 19-26.

The best beachfront condo value for the money

I’ve stayed at many different properties on Folly beach and this one is by far my favorite. The condo is large and spacious, decor is pleasant, condo is clean, you have your own private balcony overlooking the ocean and the price is comparable to condos way smaller and not as new.

Great Location

The condo was great! Unfortunately we had to leave early due to tropical storm Debby. However, we fully enjoyed our stay until then. The owners are just a call away and were very helpful with our questions regarding the tropical storm. Since we live in the Midwest, we haven’t had to deal with a tropical storm so we had many questions. The beach is a very short walk. Which is beyond wonderful if you have kiddos who like to walk the beach and look for ghost crab at night! My little guy enjoyed watching the surfers in the early mornings. There are tons of stores that are walking distances. We weren’t able to see and do everything we wanted, however, we most definitely plan to be back!

This was our group of ladies staying for our second year. We've already booked for 2025. We did have an issue with the air... ...however, there was work being done on the complex. Once we contacted the owners...it was fixed immediately. As I said... ... already booked for 2025!

Great location

Location was amazing. Watched the fireworks off the balcony on the 4th of July and walked to everything on center street. Enjoyed coffee watching the ocean. Kitchen was cute and updated from the pictures I viewed when renting. Owners were very quick responding to small issues. Would definitely rent again.

I believe this was our 4th year staying here and we continue to love this place. Already booked for next year. We basically live at Bert’s so the location is perfect for everything we love to do! 5 stars all around!

Great location in Folly

This was a very comfortable accommodation for six adults (which included 2 teen girls). Location was ideal for walking to Bert’s Market or into Center Street. Having Folly Beach on our annual trip list, this is the earliest part of the summer that we have visited (week prior to Memorial Day) and we found it less crowded and more enjoyable.

Great Condo, Excellent Location!

Our family of 4 had a great week at this condo on Folly Beach. The place is plenty spacious for a family of 4, balcony facing the water is amazing, place was clean and the full kitchen is well stocked with newer appliances and everything you would need. Just a great spot. Hope to be back here one day!

Wonderful 60th bday getaway with family

The unit has been upgraded from the pic's posted on VRBO, and looks wonderful. Everything was clean, spotless, the view can not be beat. Within walking distance to downtown for shops and resturants. We often walked to Berts. A great place. Thank you for letting us enjoy it!

Seaside does not disappoin

In many ways, this rental is close to perfect. It is near enough to Folly Pier and Center Street that you are in the heart of Folly, but just enough away from the town center so that you are not bothered by noise. The layout of the condo is great. Its porch is wide, and you start each day with sunshine. Likewise, the living room is open and spacious. The master bedroom has a king bed but still feels large and roomy. The second and third bedrooms are also just as advertised. The owners were easily available for questions and concern and did everything they could to provide a home away from home feeling.. .

Awesome property

Lovely, comfortable furnishings. Owners very responsive and helpful. We have stayed in several wonderful properties in Folly Beach, but this by far was our favorite. Highly recommend! Three sisters came from Maine to visit. They loved it too. Plenty of beds and baths for everyone as well as living room, dining and deck seating. Five stars for sure!

Beautiful view & very roomy

Loved the view and sound of the ocean. The unit was very roomy and clean loved that there was an elevator for easy access. Close to downtown and the pier! Felt very welcomed with a nice drink and snack gift.

This condo is a perfect opportunity to have oceanfront property at a perfect location for convenience to all of the shops and restaurants as well as far enough away from everything to have plenty of privacy. The interior update was a definite selling point!
