Du kommer att älska de hisnande solstolarna och solen från våra balkonger utrustade med möbler där du kan sitta, äta och koppla av. Denna lägenhet i Galveston är en idealisk plats att ta med familjen till en badort. Nyligen förnyade, tillagda funktioner så att du kan hitta allt du behöver. Rymligt vardagsrum och sovrum, nytt trägolv och möbler samt en ny tvättmaskin / torktumlare och elektrisk grill. Rymligt vardagsrum med tillgång till Wifi och TV samt brädspel passar för hela familjen! Vi letar kontinuerligt efter sätt att öka din vistelse, nya trägolv och möbler samt en ny tvättmaskin / torktumlare och elektrisk grill.
Gästerna kommer att njuta av 2 pooler i resortstil, pool vid vattensidan med lata flodfunktioner, ett fitnesscenter, restaurang, ägarlounge, spelrum, presentbutik, säkerhet, många sociala aktiviteter under hela året, preparerad strand och en underbar expansiv privat egendom med vackert landskapsarkitektur & stigar som spänner över ön från strand till vik!

Det kommer att finnas en armbandsavgift för att komma åt Beach Club under högsäsong - 1 mars till 15 september; Beach Club armband är $ 10. 00 per person för alla 4 år och äldre (För hela vistelsen). Under lågsäsongen - 16 september till 28 februari; Beach Club armband är gratis (max. 9 enligt föreningspolicyn som tillåter 3 armband per rum). Ytterligare armband kan begäras till $ 25. 00 per dag. Family of 8 -spring break

Perfect for our family of 8! Beach club was so close and although the weather made it chilly to swim the condo and resort were very nice! Host was very accommodating and quick to respond.

Great Family Vacation

Amazing location and perfect size for our family of 9. We had 6 adults and 3 kiddos - and there was a bed for everyone! This unit is super close to the beach and the beach club. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to the band play at the bar (and we didn't have to buy drinks!) We also enjoyed the Sunrise from the front balcony and Sunset from the back. We had to change our reservation due to a death in the family and host was very accommodating moving the dates for us! We will definitely be back next year!

Nice but needs a little maintenance.

Overall it was a nice place, but some dishes and coffee maker were dirty, tray in fridge broken, handle in stove drawer broken, holder for soap on dishwasher was broken, ceiling fan in living room didn't work. Some kind of brown stuff on master bathroom shower floor. Lock on main door hard to open even with code

Family Birthday Celebration

Wonderful beach family weekend! We rented this location for three individual family units so that all of us could be together celebrating July birthdays and watching the grandbabies play. The property is really nice with an elevator to the 3rd floor that made check-in so much easier. An excellent bottle of wine welcomed us to the location. The floor plan's three bedrooms were perfect for our needs. Beds were comfortable and the area spacious. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking and sharing meals together. The property also included a closet downstairs with beach chairs, an umbrella, wagon and lots of toys. Items in this closet were a tremendous help in making our beach visits fun. We were able to keep the babies in the shade as others played in the ocean. It was truly a fun weekend. After checking out, we discovered that we had accidently left some items behind. The owner was very supportive when contacted and agreed to arrange to have them mailed back to us. I would highly recommend this location to others.

Great Condo

We had a great stay at this condo. Condo was clean and nicely decorated. The location is convenient to the beach club. The pools are great, good food at the restaurant. We were able to get a reservation for our large party at the last minute on a holiday weekend. My only recommendation is to bring bug spray, the mosquitos are very bad all over the property (no fault to the owner!). All in all, a great time and experience.

Nice Visit But Could Have Been Much Better!

Immediately noticed many light bulbs out - FRONT ENTRANCE, master bedroom, light over stove(!). Window blinds need to be replaced - this is the first thing you notice when you enter the unit! HVAC system is a nightmare! The "NEST" system is hi-tech, but not useable by non-tech users - we were never able to control the HVAC system, even with the assistance of the owner! Cleanliness - All kitchenware was visibly dirty and had to be washed before use (we spent several hours washing tableware and silverware!). The GFI doesn't work in master bath or on porch. The refrigerator needs serious attention - it told us that it needs a new water filter and a new air filter. When we arrived at the unit, the refrigerator was screaming an alarm that it needed attention and we had to turn it off. This unit needs serious attention!

Very far from anythimg

It is super far (30 minutes) to most anything. We were on the 3rd floor and the elevator was out of order the whole time. We only had 3 small beach towels, no wash cloths and no dish towels. Tons of light bulbs were out, washer/dryer were filthy, cigarette butts all over the patio and blinds were rusted open.

A previous review said the property could use a good cleaning. That is still true. The unit had a damp, fishy, stale smell that lingered throughout our stay. There were several spots of black mold spread throughout the unit on the ceiling. This was our first time visiting an oceanfront area of Texas, so maybe this is a common problem, but needless to say - we weren’t expecting it. The dishwasher did not thoroughly clean the dishes. We hand-washed all the dishes before using them. In all fairness, I did not message the property manager about any of these issues during our stay. The unit had ample space for our family. The 3rd bedroom with bunks and trundle was perfect for the kids. The Pointe West grounds are very well maintained and clean. This unit is close proximity to the pool, fitness center and walk ways to the beach. The walk to the beach was longer than we anticipated … but this unit is one of the closest to the beach. We ate dinner at the restaurant on site - the food was good and portions were sizeable.

Wonderful mini vacation!

Our family just had a wonderful mini vacation at Pointe West. We will definitely be rebooking in the future! The property is well taken care of and our condo was great for our family. The kitchen is well stocked and I want to say great job to the host for that! There is always something you forget when traveling and you want to cook but it was well stocked with spices, cooking utensils, plastic ware, etc! I only gave a 4 star for listing because of not listing the property bands we had to pay extra for. We actually didn’t use the pool at the club but the lazy river and the beach area which is great! Seems the property owner probably pays enough when looking at the dues for this property (only because we were interested if we wanted to purchase in the future) they shouldn’t expect guest to pay extra to use. Bands should be included with rental. Some repairs that could be done: the inside door handle kept falling off and needs to be repaired. There was a small leak of water that came down from the ceiling vent while we were playing cards. Not constant but thought you might want to know. Thanks for the coffee and the wine! 😀

Good Condo complex

The condo was nice and very well stocked with everything you need. The wagon and sand toys were a plus. The beach chairs were old and moldy. The 2nd pool with lazy river was a short drive. Both pools were nice, a little chilly. This is at the end of the island so it is a drive to any stores or attractions. It was fun looking for ghost crabs on the beach. The owners were not very responsive to questions. It took 3 emails to get a reply to basic questions after we booked the condo. Day of I messaged them to see if we could get in a little early and pay a surcharge again with no replies, we had someone not feeling well. We left something behind and was told it would be mailed. Again I sent emails and text that went unanswered. Finally got a reply that they sent our item back to us, over a week after they already said it was sent. If you are ok with poor customer service from the owners, then this is a place to stay. Quiet and the staff was friendly. Fishing pond on property too.- March 2021

BEWARE No Elevator STILL BROKEN!!! 3rd Floor really 4 flights, garage is 1st floor!

Not a Premier condo in my opinion. If I wanted a fitness workout vacation, this was it!!! I had my family together for our wedding anniversary get away! Small dog must be walked 6-8 times a day, 96 flights in 3 days. Not counting unloading and loading the vehicles...my husband’s back is out will need medical attention when we get home now... Now about this condo, it has a lot going for it, BUT it’s DIRTY, 2nd bedroom only a double mattress on a flimsy frame, BAD worse than a pull-out, faucet in kitchen is broken you have to work hard to use without the handle completely coming off in your hand & it DOES! Table Chair legs are bad, going to break & hurt someone, beware. The master bed was good enough, but I couldn’t tell if the sheets were just very stained or nasty 😷 I always travel with my own sheets just for such places as this! The bear minimum of towels, not enough hand towels or wash clothes for even one per person, only one roll each of toilet paper & paper towels. Sleeps 11, we were only a group of 7. For $310 a night, I do expect for things to be clean & work at least, sorry, but not much here did.

Disappointed by the condo

Hello, we were disappointed by the condo. It was extremely dirty and is in need of a huge deep clean. We were never told the unit number it out - and we had a problem with the door locking at the end and could never reach anyone. The location was awesome but the condo needs some love.
