Condo was beyond PERFECT!

8E was as comfortable as our own home, from the second we walked in we felt comfortable and the condo was extremely clean throughout! The Beach views AMAZING and I love that I could keep an eye on my 2 teenage boys at the pool from the balcony. The kitchen had everything we could’ve ever needed
huge plus!! Merle was quick to respond to any of my questions and so nice always! We will definitely book this condo again! Navarre now holds a special place in my heart and we can’t wait to come back!!

Best condo!

This condo is my new favorite place to stay in Navarre Beach! The condo was clean and updated. The kitchen was well-stocked and we appreciated the dishwasher tabs and dish soap for us to use during the week. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space for us to not feel cramped. The balcony was huge and we had amazing views. Beach Colony is by far the most upkept resort on the island! We felt safe the whole time and the resort was kept pristine the whole time we were there. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to both family and friends!

Fantastic condo- very clean and up to date. The balcony has great views and was large. Would stay here again without reservation. The only negative is the 9 am check out which in my opinion is too early and not the standard for other condos in which we have stayed.

Great Condo

Clean and as described. Balcony is amazing! The only issue we encountered was the check in and out is not staggered so the elevator wait was pretty long loading in and out with a 100 or so guests sharing the elevators and carts. Other than that we had a great time and enjoyed the condo.

Lovely VRBO rental!

We loved our stay! Probably one of the best non food stocked VRBOs ever. (TP, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, makeup wipes, hand soap, dish soap) etc! We were expecting to have to buy all of that. The beds were comfy! Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The balcony is perfect lovely view of the beach! The owner Merle is easy to contact/if needed. My single only complaint and I see it’s mentioned several times prior; is the door does NOT LOCK from the inside. No one can come inside from outside but kids can easily open it and escape. We had to keep an eye out that my 2 year old didn’t just walk out. There is no option to lock that door from the inside which was unfortunate we had to barricade it. I hope that can be fixed for young children!

Beautiful!

We really enjoyed your VRBO! We were able to enter the unit early because the housekeeper finished early, but when we entered it was only spot cleaned and when we notified the office they quickly responded. We saw dolphins every morning and evening! Thanks again!

I have mixed feelings about this property. So here are my pros and cons: Pros- Gorgeous views of the dolphins all day The floor and porch area was spotless Beds were comfortable New living room furniture Stocked items of cascade, soap, dish soap and sponge Cons: The bathrooms were not clean at arrival, especially the toilets. It seems that the housekeeper rushed Dishwasher is very loud (but it does clean well) The fans were full of dust The dead bolt to the front door was weird to lock. But my four year old son was able to open the door easily so we had to put a chair in front of the door to keep him from going out. After I was able to clean the property myself, it became more enjoyable. We appreciate the stay.

Navarre Beach is beautiful, quite and water was so calm. The condo offers an amazing view that includes dolphin watch every morning. The condo was well equipped. Bring a Keurig with you due to only a coffee pot available. The condo was not very clean. On arrival sand and hair on floors and rugs. Toilet had dried urine at the base. So, this was not a clean space, thus be prepared. The entrance to condo does not have a dead bolt or chain to lock the door at night. Otherwise, it was a great vacation.
