Family Vacation

Beautiful place, wonderful setting!

We enjoyed EVERYTHING about our time in Navarre Beach, and our condo was amazing! Wonderfully appointed, beautiful balcony and views, great bathrooms, comfortable beds...it was wonderful, and we hope to go back again!

Amazing Condo

We loved staying in 8E for Thanksgiving week. The condo was clean and check-in was easy. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving dinner. The porch furniture was great for morning reading too. We can’t wait to stay here again soon!

We had a great stay at Beach Colony 8E. Very nice condo. The only issue was we were provided the wrong gate code and had to call for assistance. That was handled promptly. Trip was fantastic. Highly recommend

Wonderful Condo

We loved the condo! They had everything we could want. Clean and beautiful decor. Beds were comfortable. Thank you. We used the community room for our family potluck which was free of charge and had a great time! Weather was good just the ocean was all seaweed.

Condo was beyond PERFECT!

8E was as comfortable as our own home, from the second we walked in we felt comfortable and the condo was extremely clean throughout! The Beach views AMAZING and I love that I could keep an eye on my 2 teenage boys at the pool from the balcony. The kitchen had everything we could’ve ever needed
huge plus!! Merle was quick to respond to any of my questions and so nice always! We will definitely book this condo again! Navarre now holds a special place in my heart and we can’t wait to come back!!

Best condo!

This condo is my new favorite place to stay in Navarre Beach! The condo was clean and updated. The kitchen was well-stocked and we appreciated the dishwasher tabs and dish soap for us to use during the week. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space for us to not feel cramped. The balcony was huge and we had amazing views. Beach Colony is by far the most upkept resort on the island! We felt safe the whole time and the resort was kept pristine the whole time we were there. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to both family and friends!

Anniversary 2020

My wife & I celebrated our Anniversary in Navarre. Over the last several years, we had been going to Orange Beach, AL and while we have no complaints, we decided to change and are Happy as Heck we did! We loved Navarre Beach Colony, our specific unit and Navarre in general and will be back!! Unit was clean and the content (decor) was excellent and made us feel right at home. Everything was provided for and the simple instructions were easy to follow and reasonable.

Awesome Christmas vacation

This is a beautiful condo with a wonderful view. We were so comfortable and happy here. Easy access and a quiet building. the beach was great also and very close. It was so tough to leave and we cant wait to book this property again. We loved it. Felt so at home and the furniture and lighting inside created a very relaxing atmosphere. And coffee in the mornings on the balcony. Oh my. I would love to do that every day. Thank you!

Lovely VRBO rental!

We loved our stay! Probably one of the best non food stocked VRBOs ever. (TP, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, makeup wipes, hand soap, dish soap) etc! We were expecting to have to buy all of that. The beds were comfy! Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The balcony is perfect lovely view of the beach! The owner Merle is easy to contact/if needed. My single only complaint and I see it’s mentioned several times prior; is the door does NOT LOCK from the inside. No one can come inside from outside but kids can easily open it and escape. We had to keep an eye out that my 2 year old didn’t just walk out. There is no option to lock that door from the inside which was unfortunate we had to barricade it. I hope that can be fixed for young children!
