When we arrived we were expecting a notification with the access code for the rental by 4pm (check in time)... we did not receive the notification and called the office. I was told that the rental was not ready and that check in time could be anytime within 4-6pm... who does that! If you clearly are from out of town and the check in time is listed as 4pm... you would think that the rental would be ready at 4pm! It took multiple calls to get the access to the rental. Two days after we arrived I got a call from the office indicating that the unit was scheduled to be shown by a realtor the next day and that we would have to leave the rental for a couple hours for them to show it.... really!? Anyway, I agreed reluctantly to vacate for the couple hours. The following day we woke up to no water in the unit... called the office and were told that it was a scheduled water valve replacement. When asked why we were not told of the "scheduled" Maintenance they told us they don't get prior notification from the HOA!? Two days later we woke up to no water again!! Called the office and was told the same thing... they added that there were 21 water valves that needed replacing!! the next day the office called and wanted to schedule another relator showing of the unit... I refused to vacate and was told that they would like the renters to be flexible and work with them!!! We did not vacate, I informed them that we would not accommodate any relator showing for the remainder of our stay. The unit itself is nice, good location, easy parking, quiet....etc. The Cleaning service is not doing a decent job of cleaning prior to a new arrival. walls and doors were dirty, the electric stove had some pretty significant food build up on the cook top surface around the burners. I attribute most all of these issues with the rental service company... not the owners. As I indicated, the unit itself was nice, the only thing I suggest to the owners is an investment in a new king bed.
