This amazing Sunset Chateau is a new beautifully decorated 4 bedroom 4.5 bath luxury home just 400 meters from the white sandy beaches and teal waters. Experience award winning golf courses near by. Take our electric golf cart 'Boop' shopping, to the beach, and restaurants just a block away. The large heated pool is adjacent to a cornhole field and picnic area.
This amazing beach escape is near Destin Fl main attractions including nigh life, golfing, fishing, and shopping.

Level 1: King Bedroom with bathroom (sleeps 2) | Sofa bed alcove (sleeps 2) | Laundry Room, Garage, Large Rear Patio With Propane Grill.
Level 2: King Bedroom with bathroom (sleeps 2) | Living Room with sofa, ½ bath and kitchen.
Level 3: King Bedroom with bathroom (sleeps 2) | Two sets of twin bunks
with bathroom (sleeps 4).
Smart TV's in every bedroom along with large closets.
You have access to the Miramar Public Beach by Pompano Joe's.
Enjoy the open concept living area, 3 King Beds, wood plank tile flooringcrown molding, 8' interior doors, Quartz countertops, custom cabinets, large tiled showers, a brick paver driveway, designer furniture, two covered balconies and a back patio.
Guest access
The paved driveway can accommodate up to 4 standard vehicles.
No RV's, trailers, or oversized vehicles allowed.

Spa Quality amenities featuring high thread count hypoallergenic linens, and a starter set of soaps, shampoo, lotions, toilet paper, coffee, creamer, and sugar are provided.
If you would like an additional Golf cart we suggest contacting Ecco Motors, they will deliver any electric vehicle and bicycles rught yo you. Furthermore, they will give you 10% off as well. This means all you have to do is call their phone number and tell them that you are staying with us.
We provide beach towels, umbrella, chairs, toys, volleyball, football, and frisbee....everything needed for a great day at the beach!!! The home has an enclosed backyard fence for kids and dogs to play.

I am passionate about the area, about what I do, and about making sure you have a fantastic stay!
Varför värden valde detta boende
We chose this neighborhood because it's quant and quiet. We can walk or cart to the part of Miramar Beach where we love to hang out, relax, and soak up the sun. We love that there's lots of parking at our home so we can have friends and family over. Everything is so close we rarely use our vehicle but rather walk or golf cart everywhere. We love our home, we hope you love it too! ENJOY
