Nice, BUT …

House was great- clean, well equipped kitchen, comfortable - check in and out good.BUT it should have been mentioned when we booked that there is a second residence on property and there was construction on a garage - hammering, sawing all day long from arrival thru Easter Sunday

Adorable home in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed our stay. Very nice updated house Kitchen counters and bathroom baseboards were a bit dirty...But a nice wonderful home.

Second time renting this location

My second time staying at this location and hopefully not my last.Check in was very simple. The preparation and cleanliness of this house couldn’t be better. You can see the pride they have when you first walk in. JC is very quick to respond back to any text, email about any concerns or just to ask a question. I highly recommend this location !!

The communication was great! The location is great as well, not far from the beach at all. The cleanliness of this home was horrible. I did reach out to the owner to let him know and he accused me of being disrespectful. I just wanted him to know that the condition of the home when we checked in was not at all how we would even leave a home, let alone expect to check into one in this condition.

visiting friends in clearwater

I thought the place was great and perfect for my needs. I was visiting friends in clearwater so didn't spend much time at the property, but the location to great restaurants and my friends was perfect. I didn't use the kitchen but everything was clean and well stocked. I would definitely stay there again.

Was nice to have a quiet place to go after being on the beach all day, nice quick trip to many different beaches, enjoyed indian rock the best. Nice to have beach towels and washer and dryer

FANTASTIC HOME/LOCATION!

We stayed in this house for 2 weeks while a family member was receiving treatment in Clearwater/Tampa. This was such a perfectly cozy home! We loved having a front porch to sit on and a quaint neighborhood to take walks in. It is close to everything you could possibly need - to include a fabulous beach of course! It is a quick and easy trip from the Tampa airport to this home. The owner was always quick to respond when I had questions and he made us feel at home in his newly renovated bungalow. You will love this place - we sure did!

House was nice.

The house could use a deep clean. Beds weren’t bad. Two women stayed and felt totally safe. There aren’t any beach chairs or beach equipment. It does need more kitchen towels. Overall, a bit expensive but nice. I would rent again if it had a deep clean.

Nice little house

This is a great little place to stay. Nice and quiet neighborhood and only a 10 minute drive to the beach. Everything was clean. Beds were comfortable, with good pillows and linens. Towels were thick and soft. No wifi problems. Washer and dryer there (not on amenities list). Host very responsive. Will definitely stay there again!
