Från det ögonblick du går in i vår lägenhet, 2203 Island Club, som ligger direkt på Folly Field Beach med utsikt över Atlanten, kommer du att njuta av hisnande havsutsikt. Förnöja inte för en glimt av havet eller luras av andra villor som förmodligen är havet. Vår lägenhet ligger direkt på Atlanten med enastående utsikt över en av Hilton Head vackraste stränder från nästan alla rum.

Vår rökfria husdjursvänliga villa kan bekvämt sova upp till 5 gäster och erbjuder enkel tillgång till stranden. Ta bara hissen eller trappan ner till stranden promenad och du är bokstavligen precis där på havet. Du kan fiska, sola och njuta av din dag på stranden.

När du är klar på stranden kan du njuta av alla bekvämligheter i Island Club, inklusive tre pooler, tennis- och bänkskivor, ett lusthus, lekplats, basketplan, lagun och cykeluthyrning på plats eller gå till putt -putt golf i närheten.

Vår villa är väl underhållen och tillgänglig för veckovisa, månatliga eller andra semesterboende och när du hyra från oss kan vi hjälpa dig och leda dig till den perfekta semestern. Vi har njutit av Hilton Head i mer än 30 år och bara helt ombyggd vår oceanfront lägenhet. Vi är ägare till vår villa och vill att du ska njuta av din vistelse och älska Hilton Head och vår villa så mycket som vi gör.

Outstanding Property and Location

Stayed for one week. First time to Hilton Head. Property is easy to get to and close to the airport. This unit faces the ocean so the view is outstanding. Also, close to restaurants, etc. Only thing lacking is TV streaming of netflix, etc. But we used our Firefox TV steamer without issue. The host was outstanding with communications as was the managment company. First time we were provided with "things to do", listing of restaurants, etc. A excellent plus.

What a great place to stay for a beach vacation! Oceanfront, roomy, and quiet, with easy access to the extensive bike trail system! We would definitely stay there again.

We loved staying here and would stay again. Island club beach access, play/rec area, pools were great. Beautiful beach and fun location. The condo was clean and well stocked, just had to show up with our clothes and everything else was there for us. Kids (3+7) had a blast and the ocean views and balcony are awesome.

Beautiful beach vacation

Property was exactly as pictured. Love the keypad entry which means no key to worry about when we went to the beach. Beach view and access are excellent. I loved sitting on the balcony and looking at the beach. Property was very well stocked with dishes and cook ware. Fresh towels waiting for us on arrival as well as beach towels. Plenty of available parking at property.

Spring Getaway

We had a wonderful time at the villa. It was just as described. It was well stocked with all the essentials. Karen is a super host….checking in with us beforehand to be sure check-in was smooth. We were actually able to check-in early which was very helpful. We would definitely stay here in again on our next trip to Hilton Head.

Maximum relaxation

Such a lovely area and short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay. We were even able to rent bikes on the property and rode right on the beach in the morning before it got too hot. Would definitely come back again!

Perfect Condo and Location for HHI

The condo was a perfect place to stay for our family beach trip. It had a perfect view of the beach and ocean and accessing the beach was easy. The property owner was very easy to reach and made sure all our questions were answered. It was a great vacation and a perfect place to stay for it.

Excellent location and amenities

We traveled to the beach for the first time with our 3 and 5 year-old children. The location was fantastic with a short walk to the beach. The availability of the pool and the playground area helped us change up the routine for the kids. Would definitely stay again if given the chance.

A short walk to the beach

Perfect for small family

Great stay with a view!

Very nice, clean and well stocked unit with immediate access to the beach and a great beach view! The unit is on the second floor, which is ideal because you can see the ocean and sand, but the dunes block out the people on the beach. We had a great stay here and were very pleased with everything this place had to offer!

Excellent accommodations and location

It was our family’s first time to HHI. We had a wonderful time at the Island Club oceanfront condo. We were pleasantly surprised by how roomy the condo was. We loved the decor and ocean views. The kitchen was equipped with a everything we needed to cook meals and we appreciated the toiletries and supplies to get us started until we were able to get to the grocery store. Thank you for having us, and we hope to come back again!

My husband and I live in Tipp City / Troy Ohio and have been vacationing on HHI for nearly 40 years! Our children grew up coming to Hilton Head Island and in 2003 we bought 2203 Island Club. With our children grown and needing more space, we purchased 139 Mooring Buoy in March 2021, so we could build a house that would accommodate more than 5 guests. We love HHI and consider the island our home away from home. I love helping guests make their stay spectacular whether it is in our villa or in our home.

We especially love Island Club because of it's central location. Located mid-island, Island Club provides easy access to either the north or south end of Hilton Head Island. In addition, Island Club has so many amenities. There are numerous tennis courts, a playground, BBQ grills, a gazebo, the lagoons, the pools, and of course the easy access to the beach. It is our little bit of paradise and when you select our property, you will be working with an owner that loves and cares about their property and wants you to love HHI as much as we do. In addition, you will be working with an owner that expects nothing but the best and sets high standards for the maintenance & care of their villa. Further, you will have the piece of mind of knowing there is a professional, on-site property management agent to take care of anything you need during your stay.
