NYTT RENOVERAD CONDO! GORGEOUS Kakelgolv, nya badrumsskåp, nya S / S-apparater, nya granitplattor, nya möbler, sängkläder, matrasser, ny tvättmaskin och torktumlare och mer! Vår lägenhet har utsikt över lagunen, ligger mittemot poolen och en snabb promenad till stranden. All privat strand tillgång inom Island Club. En familj orienterad utväg med uppvärmd pool, solbad och promenad i barnpool. Badkar! NINE Tennis, racquetball, basket, helt nytt gym, ny lekplats och bra område för grillning och matlagning. Njut av att mata änglar, sköldpaddor och andra vilda djur. Fisk i 13 tunnland fångst och släpp lagunen, bara perfekt för små barn.

Poolerna är mittemot condo och stranden en minuts promenad med privat tillgång för alla gäster på The Island Club. Lägenheten ligger på första våningen i byggnaden Waterway. Denna lägenhet har just renoverats med nya rostfria vitvaror, nya skönhetsbänkar, nytt kakelgolv överallt (kakel som ser ut som lövträ), nya möbler, ny färg och nya uppdaterade vanities i badrummen. Det finns en ny 55 tums smart tv i vardagsrummet och mindre tv i sovrummet. Kung säng i mästare, drottning och tvilling i andra sovrummet, bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Splinterny toppen av linjen madrasser (samma som används av Marriott Hotell). Ny matbordsstolar 6-8 med plats för mer. Wi-Fi, Tennis, Basketball, cykeluthyrning, barnprogram på sommaren. Platsen är utmärkt för de flesta allt på ön.

Debbie was very responsive to all my many questions I had, the condo was in the perfect location to the beach and the pool (only a couple min walk), it was clean and spacious, and we loved watching the turtles on the patio everyday. Definitely a win for our vacation!!!!!! Cant wait to come back and stay here again!!

Relaxing trip

Family Vacation

From check-in to check-out, everything was super easy. We were so pleased with the location which was about a five minute walk to pool or beach and situated close to most of the things on the island we wanted to do. One thing I think didn’t come across from the photos is this is actually a really nice sized unit with enough space for our multigenerational group to not feel crowded and to carve out time away from the rest of the crew. The unit was very well appointed with the best kitchen supplies I’ve ever seen in a VRBO, as well as starter supplies and linens I would actually use in my own home. The attention to making this feel like a true home away from home is apparent and made for a wonderful vacation.

Perfect vacation

Great place to stay. Loved being near the pools and the view over the lagoon was awesome and watching the ducks and turtles was an added bonus. The beach was beautiful and the weather was awesome.

The Island Club

Condo was cute and very clean. The area had great amenities and easy, close beach access. Owner was friendly and communication was easy and efficient. My family enjoyed our stay and we will likely return!

Great Long Weekend on HHI

Early Summer Getaway

This is a great spot! Debbie is really responsive and helpful with information about the area and great spots to eat. Don’t hesitate to book this unit if you’re looking for a relaxing spot and an easy walk to the beach Early morning coffee on the patio overlooking the pond is such a good start to the day!

We had such a great time at the Island Club. The condo is in the perfect location and was very nice! Our only complaint was the pool got a little crowded during peak hours...but nothing we couldn’t deal with. We will definitely be back next year!!

Spring get away

This was our third time to Hilton head and we had an excellent time. The condo was perfect, had everything that we needed. It was a quick walk to the beach and the pool and my children really enjoyed watching the turtles and ducks everyday. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I have been enjoying Hilton Head Island for 25+ years. We fell in love with this beautiful island, the ocean and winding bike paths, unlimited golf, tennis and wonderful beaches. We enjoy vacationing with our family, sharing many memories. We live in Michigan, and the sunshine and warm ocean breeze keep us coming back - so much that we are now “snowbirds” during the winter season. We are continuously updating the condo, making it the best for our guests! We hope you enjoy your stay in our home away from home and come back to visit!

We love the Island Club - this has been our favorite place of all - which has everything to offer, but you still feel part of a small community. This resort is oceanfront, very well groomed and maintained, and offers private beach access, 3 swimming pools (including kiddie pool, hot tub and tanning bed), nine tennis courts, basketball, pickleball, fitness center with sauna, catch & release ponds for fishing, on-site bicycle rentals, playgrounds and picnic/grilling areas. Centrally located, this is close to everything on the Island - but still has the feeling of being off the beatin' path. It is in a gated community, with home owners that live there full time and rentals. We hope you love our condo and the Island Club as much as we do.

The condo is located in highly sought after Waterway Building and is only 1 of 5 units located on the first floor. Our extra large balcony overlooks the peaceful lagoon, very private and secluded. Closest building to the pool area, with easy access to the beach in a quick 2-3 minute walk. We love the pool area, relaxing on the beach or jumping on the adjacent bike path for a view of the island. It is so quiet and peaceful here, with the offering of many activities. It is a big community with a small community feel.
