Vårt havsutsikt villa renoverades 2007 och renoverades för att erbjuda dig en avkopplande, lugn och trevlig semester. Vi har just uppgraderat till bambu golv, vilket lånar till ren, öppen känsla av vår underbara lägenhet. Denna översta våningen enhet erbjuder också fantastisk utsikt över havet och bergen från vår privata Lanai. Det finns en närbutik på framsidan av komplexet, vilket är en utmärkt funktion när du behöver något sista minuten. Komplexet ligger inom gångavstånd till restauranger och shopping. Vi har 2 pooler, en bra sandstrand och en oceanfront cabana för att äta på eller bara njuta av det fantastiska landskapet. Eller du kan bara njuta av den underbara utsikten från Lanai. Vi strävar efter att erbjuda allt du behöver för din minnesvärda semester.

Perfect! Location and accommodation

This place had it all. Pool by the ocean, private places to lounge and even a liquor store at the street. The room had everything too. Coolers beach chairs (the good ones) and the kitchen was well equipped. The lanai had a sofa and a place it eat. The pictures should be updated because this place is way nicer in person.

Hawai’i vacation

The building is older but very well maintained. The apartment was vey clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. Close enough to town and other amenities. The 2 pools were great.we enjoyed having a beach umbrella and chairs available.

Week long stay at Casa De Emdeko

Great stay at Christy's condo! This is a very nice complex- grounds are beautifully kept and the ocean front pool and beach area are so nice, especially for sunset viewing. Sweet lanai view as well and appreciated being on the 3rd floor and away from the pools. Very quiet, we slept well on comfy bed! Everything we needed for cooking at home, good central location for base camp for Kona adventures. Appreciated having cooler bag and beach umbrella to use during our stay! We would easily stay here again if available. Recommend highly!

Nice Condo and Perfect Location

Our stay here was wonderful! The condo was set up with everything we needed, including lots of extras. The complex was beautiful and quiet. We loved the oceanfront saltwater pool and private beach. The location on the island was perfect for us, close to Costco and other amenities, in addition to allowing us to take a few separate day trips to the northern part of the island, southern part/Volcanoes National Park, and the eastern side/Hilo for more exploring.

Love this Location

I had a wonderful stay. This unit upstairs allowed for a morning on the lanai where the sun would rise behind and shine in the ocean in front. Just a quick walk to the front on the condo to the ocean front, salt water pool. Becasue of the unit location it does look over the open air “lobby” Unit was comfortable, nicely stocked kitchen, and the in unit washer and dryer was a plus! Love the Casa and this unit was wonderful.

It was a well equipped condo. It had everything you need for beach days. It was clean. The pools were enjoyable. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend it as well

Unit was very clean and well appointed: great bed, large bathroom, all the kitchen amenities as well as great pots and pans. The host also provided great beach chairs and beach towels! The air conditioner was very efficient, as were the washer and dyer and dishwasher. We loved the grounds and especially the sea pool, the 'beach' and BBQ's and eating area. The grounds were beautiful. We were there for the month of January and would definitely stay here again, with hesitation.

Beautiful view of sunsets

The unit was great with a comfortable bed and the view off of the lanai is awesome as are the sunsets. It has everything needed for a super vacation.

Perfect place to stay for our honeymoon. A condo close to the beach, with a very quiet beach lanai and pool. Close to down town Kona for a quick Uber trip or drive. Very easy and secure parking for the rental car. Condo was exactly as described and everything went great!

Casa stay

We enjoyed being close to the water. The high surf for most of our stay made the ocean beautiful to look at. Nice sunsets! The condo is well appointed and Christy was quick to respond to our queries. It's nice to have an end unit where no one walks past your bedroom.

Nice location

This is a one bedroom condo that needs an update. The condo complex is great with two nice pools and nice plantings. The condo itself is a bit shabby; needs an update.

Well equipped apartment in a beautiful tropical setting. All equipment that you might ever want at the beach is supplied. Protected parking. Everybody is quiet and respectful of others. Gas grills on the property. Beautiful sunsets on the shore. Excellent wi-fi connection in every room. Apartment has washer and dryer.

Hmmm ...

Fairly close to downtown, nice waterfront BBQ, pool and sunset watching area. Nice big lanai, but with public access around the side. Not quite certain what the Newly Remodeled refers to (hence the Hmmmm....) ... and the bed was quite on the firm side.

Wonderful Condo in nice Complex

Loved this condo complex. The unit itself was better than the photos provided.Very spacious for my family of 4. The bathroom was huge. Had tons of towels and pool towels. Plenty of sheets and blankets. Bed was very comfortable but a bit on the small side with luggage. Pull-out couch was comfortable for my kids. TV was a little confusing but we managed. (we didn't need it but my kids did) Large lanai to relax on with a side view of the ocean. Beach chairs and a cooler was provided. Nice to have filtered water from the sink. Kitchen had everything you needed. The garden pool was closed for maintenance but the ocean pool was the one you wanted to swim in anyways! Complex had BBQs but they were very busy at night. Location was nice, a bit farther south from the main area but we didn't mind, do not really like the cruise ship port feel anyways. Would definitely book again.

The condo is very well set up, lots of kitchen equipment, nice comfortable bed The only issue with the stay was the property HOA controls the water/ hot water and they had repairs that needed done, causing us to be without water a couple times for a few hours- Regardless of that would definitely stay here again!

Kona 2020

Overall the condo was good and looked exactly like the pictures shown. They provided a lot of the necessities and it was nice not to have to go buy paper towel, garbage bags etc. If you have a lot of activities planned like we did this is an ideal place to stay as it's in a good location and reasonably priced. The pools were so cold we would not swim in them and there is not really a beach but there is a sandy area with chairs so if you are looking to hang out a lot at the property I would take this into consideration.

We stayed in Casa on a vacation to the Big Island. We absolutely fell in love with the complex. Our unit was for sale while we were there and we decided we had to have it. A year and a half later, we bought our second unit. We love to come here and enjoy our units. We try to make them our home away from home.
