Fantastiskt och mycket uppgraderat poolhem perfekt för tre familjer.

Det finns tre Cal-King-sovrum med eget badrum. Det finns tvÄ barnrum bÄda med fulla över hela vÄningssÀngar som delar hallen badrummet. Badrummen har alla uppgraderats vackert med travertin- / marmorgolv, anpassade panelskÄp, hÄrdvara, bÀnkskivor i granit och specialanpassade duschar med inlÀgg av travertin / marmor. Alla rum har 46 "LCD-tv med kabel-tv.

Det delvis öppna konceptet kök har anpassade paneler skÄp, granit bÀnkskivor, full travertin backsplash och rostfritt stÄl apparater: spis / ugn, kylskÄp, mikrovÄgsugn och diskmaskin. Köket har gott om utrymme för prepping, matlagning och underhÄllning. Matbordet har Ätta platser med extra sittplatser i bÀnkskivan. TvÀttmaskin och torktumlare i full storlek för gÀstbruk.

Det huvudsakliga vardagsrummet har trÄdlöst höghastighetsinternet, kabel-TV och gratis rikstÀckande telefontjÀnster i USA och Kanada. Bakre gÄrden har en vacker ny pool med inground jacuzzi, utomhus naturgas grill, uteplats set och ytterligare stolar. Spelrummet, genom ett av barnrummen, har airhockey, pool och ping pong. Det finns barnvagnar, barnstol, paket och lekstolar för dina spÀdbarn och smÄbarn. Queen size luftmadrass finns i hemmet för extra sÀngklÀder. Laminat trÀgolv gÄr i hela hemmet.

Alla möbler, möbler som Àr nya frÄn november 2014. 3/4 mil promenad till Disney & 1/2 mil till Anaheim Convention Center. Hemmet har central luft och vÀrme, titta pÄ Disney fyrverkerier frÄn bak / frÀmre varven.

Friends getaway

Nice house. Great pool in the backyard. Plenty close to Disneyland. My only real gripe is the coffee maker was a giant POA other then that I would stay here again especaily with a big group.

Great house in a great location

Great rental house! Perfect for the four of us, attending a trade show 1/2 mile away at the Anaheim Convention Center. A well-appointed kitchen made it easy to relax after long days, as did sitting by the beautiful pool.

Pretty and spacious

Overall the house is very pretty and spacious, and the pool is a lot of fun. I would definitely recommend. There were just a couple of things that I provided feedback on personally, and I look forward to seeing them improve.

Magical vacation

We rented this property to be close to Disneyland, it was an easy walk which was great The property was perfect, plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 children, well stocked kitchen with every thing needed to make meals. Beautiful outdoor space. pool and hot tub. Best vacation ever!!

Great house for 3 family group

We had a large group of 3 families staying here for a 3 day Disneyland trip. Communication prior to check in was great. The check in process was easy. The home was clean and ready upon arrival. Great set up for large groups with kids. The home came with all many amenities and was stocked with essentials. We enjoyed are stay at this property.

Family Staycation!

The property was amazing and look just as the pictures. The pool and jacuzzi was perfect temperature. Plenty of space for a family of 7. Plenty of silverware, plates, cups, etc. There were board games and cards for us. The only thing I would improve is the communication with the property manager. It was a bit slow for my liking but ultimately received great service!

Great experience

The house was comfortable, clean and well appointed with plenty of room for the eight of us. The extras like the game room, selection of board games, pool and hot tub kept everyone entertained when we weren’t at Disney or the Angels game; both of which are less than a 10 minute Uber ride. The property manager is very professional and timely with communication. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect location and family home

We traveled with my married children and teen to Disney and we stayed in this beautiful home. We also had one infant. Our only regret was that we didn’t have any down time from the parks to enjoy the home more fully. Beds were comfortable and the en suite bathrooms were so helpful with having multiple people getting ready at the same time. We loved it and would definitely book this home again in the future. We shuttled people back and forth to the parks quickly with our own cars and also Ubered morning and late night for about $8 a ride. Check in and out was easy and communication was also a breeze with the property manager. We were happy with every aspect. Thank you for the best stay!

Wonderful Way to Spend Thanksgiving

We had an amazing time at this house. The pool and hot tub were a hit, and the ping pong table saw some very competitive tournaments. With 2 families, each with 2 kids, we had the perfect amount of space, whether sitting at the dining room table to eat, hanging in the living room playing games, or sleeping. So nice to have 2 master suites! We spent 2 of our days at Disneyland and California Adventure, and easily walked home (we are definitely active people). The neighborhood seemed fine. It was a bit noisy on the kids side of the house at night
not sure what the neighbors were doing, but nothing that impacted our stay. Wpiod highly recommend this place!

Great house in great location

The check in/check out process, and explanations of the rental were precise, detailed, and thorough. The house was very spacious and welcoming. The neighborhood is peaceful and nice. We would definitely stay again for our next conferences. We have two suggestions/critiques: 1.) Please make sure that: a.) the washing machine rim is cleaned-it's moldy and rusty. b.) the dryer lint compartment had not been cleaned out at all-(either by former house guests, or the cleaning crew.) The accumulation of lint was so thick that the dryer failed to work. Nevertheless, it poses a serious danger when that much lint has accumulated. 2.) Please add hooks. It would be a convenience if there were hooks in the bedrooms and bathrooms to hang clothes, jackets, towels, etc. Thank you!

Amazing House for a perfect getaway!

This was my best experience with booking via VRBO. Everything was spot on: communications, timeliness, cleanliness, it was perfectly as described. We had 6 core people in our group, including two kids under 12. I was a little nervous about a pool without a gate
we have a sleep walker on occasion. Fortunately, there was a door alarm to the back door in addition to a secondary lock that a kid cannot reach. Once we saw this, we had great peace of mind. The house was immaculate. The beds were very comfortable. The towels and pool towels were in abundance. The backyard, pool, and hot tub were terrific. When we thought the pool was a little cool for our liking, one text got the temp bumped up in and perfect within hours. The house is in a great location. Close to a Costco, grocery, restaurants, and Disney. Super quiet neighborhood. Really, 10 out of 10. I am a property manager of just under 700 doors in a ski town in Colorado, and I can assure you that LaDonna and her team are doing this right.

No heated pool or hot tub or customer service!

We really loved the place. Unfortunately the pool was not heated and the hot tub never got above 92° until halfway through the last day. They had troubles with the heating system so unfortunately we could not use the hot tub which was why we got the place! Everything else worked great and the kitchen provided what we needed for our family to make meals. The garage was cold so we were not able to play any of the games in the garage. It would be nice if there was a space heater in there for the winter! So that you could use the game room as well! I really liked the place and so did my family. Unfortunately are complaint was the hot tub and how we could not use it as a family! After contacting them many times about the hot tub and the people that work on it. They did nothing to get back to me. I had to try to contact them over and over! The customer service was worthless! Three different people and no one can get back to you and no one can take care of you when there is a problem. I would not stay here because you don't know who to contact and then if you contact a person with a problem that's not the person who can solve it. None of the numbers of the people that they gave you can solve anything when there is a problem! Unfortunately I could have stayed anywhere for half the price and not had a a pool or hot tub. This was a real bad first experience with verbo and very sad at their customer service!!!

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. It offered plenty of space for our group of three adults and two teenagers. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the Anaheim Convention Center and Disneyland. Check-out was simple and reasonable.

Pool - yes. Home - yes. Lavish - NO. This was an old home in a basic, old neighborhood near Disney. Nothing to be excited about. The house was not very clean. About 30 minutes after we arrived I picked up my grandson (who had been crawling around on the floor) and he was filthy.The beds were terrible. My husband and I were in the room at the front of the house. When you sit on the side of the bed the mattress sinks very low. When you lay down anywhere near the edge of the bed you feel like you are going to fall out. I challenge a member of management to go lay on the bed and tell me they don't need a new mattress. Similar issue with one of the mater beds in the back. We arrived later in the evening and the hot tub was nearly empty. Communication was great and they came and looked at it right away. The next morning it was still empty, but by the end of the day it was filled up. The water from the hot tub runs into the pool and I am not sure if that was the cause, but the pool was freezing. The kids got in on our last night and they were only in a few minutes because it was very cold. The fact that we had to pay the additional 'pool heating' fee was ridiculous because the pool was not warm at all. If you are going to charge extra, mandatory fees like that, you should make sure something is working first. Communication about check in was very good. That is the best thing about this property, which sadly doesn't warrant the price of the rental.

House was very nice and beds were very comfortable. We were able to watch the firewoks at disney every night from the pool. It would have been nice to know about the 10pm to 9am curfew before booking. Because this is a county ordinance and not controlled by vrbo. I did not feel it was worth changing the star rating. The first day we had a issue with the hot tub and the 4th day a water pipe broke out side. In both cases the property manage David was on site in a hour or less and resolved the issuse to prevent our trip from being disturbed.
