Nice place for larger group near Disneyland

The house was very clean and roomy. The kids loved the Disney themed decor. Pre-ordered double strollers were ready and waiting for us– they were perfect for our needs. We shuttled members of our party to Disneyland before driving to Toy Story parking. It worked out great! We enjoyed the shared pool and hot tub. Great stay for large family group while visiting Disney parks.

Great place!

Walts place was an excellent home base for our Disney/so Cal family vacation. The house was fully stocked and had plenty of room for all 15 of us! The pool area was fantastic! We spent a lot of time out there relaxing and enjoing our time together. Would definitely recommend Funtierland!

Great place to stay

The only surprise to me was that most bedrooms were on the 2nd level. Nothing was mentioned about that, but it all turned out well. We had 4 different families staying together (cousins). Each family had their own set of bedrooms and a bathroom. The kids LOVED the pool. Just a 5 minute trip to Disneyland. We would recommend it.

Great space for a large group

We had a large group and this home provided great accommodations and space for all of our family (13 in total). The host was extremely attentive about our needs. We would recommend this home for anyone in the area.

Great Stay

Two families shared this home for a Disney trip. Location was fantastic! Close to amenities and Disney. House was very clean and communication was amazing, one tiny little issue which was solved immediately. Could use a few little essentials in the kitchen but other then that would highly recommend!! recommend

A few negative comments. 1. Need new refrig, and a new grill had trouble w both 2. Not one pair of scissors in the house 3. Black mold in upstairs bathroom 4. Maids asked for a tip. Really after paying all that money they should get paid ver well. 5. Volume control on tv doesn’t work only on very loud Those are the only negative reviews and I think it’s quite a big deal when you pay that much. Thank you,

Amazing Disneyland Vacation Rental Area

The vacation was planned for my niece to participate in her national gymnastics meet. The house was close to the convention center. The house is just minutes away from Disneyland. We were able to park at Disneyland parking lot and were allowed to enter and exit the parking lot and Disneyland throughout the day. This was great since we had a group of 10. At times, we also got Uber rides to the house from Disneyland at a cost of around $6. The beds were all comfortable and our family enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tubs.

Family trip

Very clean property and very fast communication

The property is very clean. The staffs answered texts promptly. I wished there were more regular beds for adults, but we know what we got into. Overalls very good and definitely will recommend this property. The charge for the pool was $250 regardless if you use it or not. Be aware if you come during winter.

Brewer stay

It was a nice property with plenty of room for everyone. We did have the hot water run out in the downstairs bathroom which was a bit disappointing, but otherwise it was a great space and we had a good time there.

Disneyland Half Marathon Weekend

My extended family stayed at this wonderful house when my son and I participated in the Disneyland half marathon weekend, this is actually the 2nd time we’ve stayed with this group and they again were wonderful. This property is so close to the park that you can see the fireworks! The property manager was so helpful and patient when we were booking the property as we had lots of questions and changes in plans. The house itself was large enough to accommodate us all and no one felt like they were on top of each other. It was very clean and everything was accessible and instructions for check in/out were very easy to follow. Overall, I’d recommend this property to anyone looking to travel to this area!

Family time

This was the perfect house for us. Parents and children each had their own rooms. The pool was very clean and warm. It was exciting to see we had not one but two hot tubs we could use. The house was very well stocked with enough dishes and cutlery for all of us. The location to Disney Land was fantastic. Just a 10 minute drive and we were parked and heading into the park. Everyone really enjoyed our stay and are recommending to all of our friends and family to stay here.

Enjoyed this Home for a week

It was a cute home with a great layout. The tile floors and wooden chairs were hard on my arthrities, but other that that it was great. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi.

Home Good, Property Manager Terrible

I will start by saying the home was good - it was clean, had everything we needed to cook daily breakfast, and had plenty of space for our extended family’s needs. Please note that the pool and splash pad area are shared with 3 other homes. We overlooked this during booking so were surprised when we got there but it wasn’t a huge deal. Now for their manipulative business practices… - We were asked if we wanted to pay a fee to have the pool heated and you have to pay the fee for the entire time you are there if you choose to do it. We did. Don’t mind that except that we learned this is a shared pool. So are all 3 houses paying this fee to have the pool heated? Or does 1 family pay to have it heated for everyone else? Or is it always heated and it’s a way for them to get more money? It doesn’t add up and feels scammy. - After I booked this listing via Vrbo, the property manager reached out to me via email and let me know that my reservation created a 2 day gap for them, and because Anaheim requires a 3 day minimum stay this would create a dead space for them and be a loss to the owner. They asked if I wanted to shift my dates, add a night to my stay, or choose another property of theirs, to which I essentially responded no to all. They kept emailing me and I just stopped responding. Then they try to get you to pay a fee if your stay created a gap. FUNTIERLAND: THIS IS NOT THE CUSTOMER’S PROBLEM; IT’S IS A RISK YOU TAKE ON AS A BUSINESS OWNER.

Great home and location for our group.

Our family group of 12 siblings, in-laws, and kids found this to be an ideal spot for our Orange County vacation. First, we learned that we could pile into our rental vehicle and be to the Disneyland Resort parking garage, through security, and off the tram in about 20 minutes. Second, we could drive to the Laguna, Newport, or Huntington beaches in a little over 30 minutes. Third, for those flying, the Orange County Airport (SNA) was only about 20 minutes away. Additionally, the shared (with two adjacent Funtierland rentals) pool and private hot tub at the rental were a hit with all the kids (ages 12 to 16) and the adults. Finally, the bedroom/bathroom setup couldn't have been better for our situation, with a master suite both downstairs and upstairs and four other bedrooms and two additional bathrooms upstairs. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped and we found ample eating room around the two large tables in the dining/living area and at the six-person table outside. The place was clean, stocked with lots of towels for both inside and out, and everything was in working order. Communication with Funtierland was great and we had no problems letting ourselves in or accessing the amenities. Would definitely consider this place again for a stay in Southern California.
