Denna renoverade fastighet byggdes pÄ 1940-talet och kombinerar originaldetaljer som den underbara stenpisen med modernt möbler och en öppen layout. Koppla av pÄ en balkong med drink i handen och se solen sjunka ner i Stilla havet. PÄ morgonen, gör dig redo att trÀffa stranden som njuter av utsikten över brÀnningen frÄn din lÀgenhet.

Pacific Villas: Unit 6 ligger i den 3 vÄningar östra byggnaden pÄ andra vÄningen. Enheten Àr vÀnd mot havet med en delvis sydvÀst havsutsikt och ligger inbÀddat i ett litet, familjeÀgt semesterhus med 6 enheter.

Enheten rymmer tvÄ gÀster bekvÀmt, men upp till fyra gÀster tillÄts mot en extra kostnad efter tvÄ gÀster. OmsÀttningsavgift Àr inte förhandlingsbar eftersom den betalas direkt till tredjepartsstÀdning och linne-tjÀnster som professionellt rengör vÄra enheter mellan varje vistelse.

Vintage California bungalow feel. Lovely, lively community and tons of great dining options. We brought bikes and enjoyed the river trail.

The perfect getaway

This little villa is perfect for a couples getaway. The views are awesome & there is plenty of places close by to eat. Our host Lauren was great & gave us many recommendations on things to do & places to eat. Will definitely try to book here again.đŸ‘đŸŒ

Great location

Clean place, easy 15 minute walk to all the restaurants and shops (coffee and a little store even closer just a couple minutes). So close to the water that you can easily hear the ocean. Parking is on street for the unit, but was never an issue. Would stay here again.

Relaxing Oceanside Getaway

This O'Side apartment on "The Strand" was affordable, clean and comfortable with updated and modern amenities. In addition to the cool ocean breeze, we had a very short walk to the beach and the Oceanside Pier, as well as cable and wifi.

The apartment was cute, clean, comfortable, well decorated and perfect in every way. Came to San Diego area for a birthday party, but didn't want to stay in just a basic hotel. Pacific Villas was perfect!

Great Location!

This was the perfect spot for our 1 night stay in Oceanside. Everything was as advertised. Had one small problem which was communicated to Lauren and she quickly responded and handled. Very pleased and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect getaway

The rental was right next to the beach and downtown. I was worried about parking since it was street only. However, parking was not an issue at all
