Köket är fullt utrustat och har mat- och vardagsrum med vacker havsutsikt. Sovrummet har en king size-säng, lyxiga lakan och fantastisk havsutsikt. Nyligen ombyggt badrum med travertingolv. Den soliga balkongen med en sida vid sida bar är det perfekta stället att äta en lugn måltid, BBQ middag / BBQ vid poolområdet / eller ett glas vin som njuter av solnedgången.

Hålkomplexet är inte utrustat med luftkonditioneringssystem men vi har gott om fristående fläktar och takfläktar och den underbara havbrisen!

Vår Oceanside semesteruthyrning ligger på översta våningen, bekvämt nära hissen i den underbara North Coast Village tillsammans med sandstränder som är fantastiska för surfing, bad, volleyboll och till och med eldgropar för en kväll bål och s'mores! Dra ut från vår vackra utväg och hitta Oceanside Harbour med yachthamnen, pittoreska butiker och enastående restauranger ... allt inom gångavstånd. Hyr en båt eller jet ski, njut av bra fiske eller spendera tid på val och delfin tittar på. Stayed at Alina’s condo in Oceanside! Was a wonderful long weekend! Everything there that we needed for our vacation stay! Condo is very comfortable and a great location! We would definitely stay there in the future!

Beautiful location

The check in process was very easy. The instructions for check in and check out were clear and made everything simple. The view was great and the space was clean, comfortable and very relaxing. The grounds were manicured beautifully and the walk through the property to the beach was easy. I would definitely stay here again.

Just perfect!

The condo was perfect! There is a really nice view of the ocean from the balcony...ate breakfast there every morning...condo was well stocked and very comfortable. The resort is amazing also. Oceanside is a new favorite!

Very comfortable, clean condo with a great view of the ocean. The condo had lots of baby items, which was handy for our little one. We had a couple of hiccups with the complex itself, but the owner was very responsive to each issue.

Three Nights of Relaxation

Our stay was relaxing and the condo was perfect just as described. Alina was in contact with me from the moment we arrived and checked to see if we needed anything. Going to sleep and waking up hearing the ocean was the best! Restaurants were within walking distance. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and I would definitely return. Don't hesitate, book it!

Beautiful

This was a wonderful location for a Mother/Daughter get away. The view was breathtaking at night as well as early morning walks on the ocean! Eating lobster at the Rockin Baja Lobster was awesome. Just walking distance! San Diego only a 35 min drive away. Alina was a wonderful hostess! Thank you for a great time and we will return again!

A Great Beach Getaway

Great view, and very comfortable relaxing condo for 1 month. North Coast Village is a great complex with a wonderful staff on the grounds, very kind and helpful. Alina was very responsive with any questions you may have. Alina's beach theme for the condo was right on, it set the setting perfect. We would highly recommend this unit for a great vacation destination. Thank you again Alina for letting us stay in your wonderful home.

Oceanside Getaway

Beautiful property, perfect location allowed us go walk to wonderful beaches & restaurants. The hot tub was nice to relax & unwind. The bed was comfy, kitchen had everything we needed. Could use updating the leather chairs that are worn and cracked (not shown) toss it or add sheepskin faux over it. It was the 1st thing I noticed. Hate to mention this - if not mentioned you can’t fix it. Overall we we LOVED the place and wish we could afford to own the unit ourselves!!!

Wonderful Ocean View

Clean,comfy with sunny Oceanview. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable living room seating, one bedroom with King bed, nice linens. Able to see the ocean from kitchen, living and bedroom. Quiet building. Half block or less walk to beach and Strand. Walk to Oceanside pier which is about . 3 mile from condo. Rent bikes by the pier. Oceanside has many delicious restaurants within walking distance. North Coast grounds are beautiful, clean and well maintained. Owner, Alina allowed early check -in, was helpful and communication was easy and prompt. I would highly recommend staying here. I'm looking forward to returning.

Amazing ocean view and sounds

North Coast Village is a perfect and safe place to stay.....been coming here for a few years. Easy beach access and walk to restaurants,shops and the pier. You really don't need your car except to go get groceries if need be. The only negatives this time is due to a boiler outage in our "B " unit there was no hot water for about 6-8hrs during the day but still had cold then that same night at 10p til about 4a the electricity went out due to the city mandate of blackouts because of california fires. Other than that wonderful condo,beautiful ocean view and sounds of the waves.

Overall nice place

I would have given our stay five stars had we been prepared that there is NO AIRCONDITIONING in the condo. This important fact was not conveyed in the unit description. To be fair, there were fans and ceiling fans. However it became very warm in the unit during afternoon hours. Other than that, the unit was clean and nice with a great location and view.

Great Experience!!

It truly felt like home for 2 weeks. After-hours check-in was seamless, especially considering the size of the complex. Sitting on the deck, especially close to sunset, watching the surfers and listening to the waves was almost a daily ritual. When there was an issue with the tub valves, Alina took care of it right away and Randy installed new ones before we got back that night. The heated pool and hot tub were huge and the kids were constantly there despite the 'cold' temperatures. The only issues were with the complex. First, I found that the wireless connection was slow, but I just tethered to my own LTE connection. Second, for our last week, both of the BBQ's in the pool area were out of order. With the number of people in the complex, you would think someone would repair these immediately. I can't wait for our next trip!!

Great Location and Property

We chose this complex because of the location and amenities. All of which were great. The view from the balcony was nice as well. The condo was stocked with everything you could need in a vacation rental. A few things about the condition of the rental. It was clean when we arrived; however the carpet was stained which gave an overall impression that it needed cleaned. The bedroom and bathroom were nice. It was hot the week we were in Oceanside and the condo was very hot and sticky for our entire trip. The fans provided did help a little, but not enough. The kitchen is in need of some serious updating. The drawers were missing handles, etc. I could get past some of the cosmetic issues with the rental simply because the grounds are great, but the dingy carpet and lack of air flow through the property made me only give 3 stars.

Perfect Location for Oceanside Visit

We stayed 4 nights at the Townsite condo in NCV (unit B-305) in early July 2019 and loved it. The view from the balcony is legit and just like the pictures. It's only a 5 minute walk to Breakwater Beach with a half mile of sand between the condos and the Oceanside Pier. We used the included beach-ready folding wagon to easily haul our stuff to the beach. Also included were beach towels, 3 beach chairs, lots of sand toys, a small cooler and an umbrella. The umbrella could be upgraded to a screw-in version to stay in the sand. The condo itself is cozy and homey. The king-size bed in the bedroom is a plus and comfy, and the room is good enough size to fit the bed with walk-around room. The newly tiled bathroom area and shower were also very nice and clean. We used the hide-a-bed in the couch, also, and it was actually not bad to sleep on. There is no air conditioning, but we kept the fans on all day & night and were comfortable. The kitchen area is small, but well stocked for cooking or preparing. They could add a cookie sheet or two. The newer dishwasher was very quiet. The NCV itself is wonderful. Clean & secure parking area, beautiful grounds, huge, warm pool, two game rooms, Koi pond with $0.25 feeder, BBQ area, close to the beach & pier, and also close to the Harbor Marina. We will be back, and if this unit is available we will stay here again!

Disappointed

This is a copy of an email sent to the property owner. It details issues we encountered, but does not fit on this form. And I have photos to submit. We would like to call your attention to a few things that we have found to be of concern during our third stay at your condo. This is not in any particular order of importance: The tv remote batteries died and all I could find among your tools were AAA and some other various sizes but no AA. I had to go to the store to buy some, but please be aware that I am taking them home with me, and the Cox remote will not be working. If I walked into a hotel room and found the toilet seat to have the appearance of this one, I'd leave. It's simply not right to have a toilet seat with peoples' wear marks all over it. Probably unsanitary as well. The shower temperature control lever does not allow for a cool shower. When set to cool water position It creeps down to warm water position. Yes, there is a footrest for the leather chair, and yes, people put their feet on it. But this one's really seen its better days. The door to your condo has always "stuck." Humidity, I get it. But it's pretty difficult to push, especially for an old guy with a bad shoulder. Not your direct problem, but yesterday at about 7:30 PM I went to use the grills by the pool. 4 people were there cooking, then 5, then 6... and 1 of the grills had a faded "out of order" sign on it. Two working grills for the whole complex made for some late...
