Great location

This spot was great for our family. It was close to the things we wanted to do and was a comfortable, clean space. It was especially nice to have a garage.

Great location

We were in town to attend my son’s graduation at Vanderbilt. There were 6 of us and it was plenty spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the place was stocked with everything we needed. Being able to park in the garage was an added bonus. The location was convenient to everything. We were able to Uber everywhere for 15-20. I would definitely stay her again! Highly recommend!

Graduation Weekend

It was a great trip, daughter graduated from Vanderbilt, and this townhome had plenty of rooms and bathrooms to fit the whole family. Rooftop was great for gatherings as well. Would stay there again.

Great girls getaway weekend!

We loved our Nashville adventure and the house was perfect for 4 of us, and could easily fit 6 comfortably. It was clean, modern and very comfortable. The neighborhood is just ok - though there are 2 adorable coffee/breakfast cafes a short walk away. Everything else was an easy/short uber ride. My only complaint would be that the main road can get a little noisy and we had some noisy neighbors - so bring earplugs just in case!

Great property

We had a great stay at this property. The location was great for what we needed. The unit was comfy and we definitely noticed all the details... stocked well with everything we needed. (even kleenex, which a lot of properties don't.) Comfy beds, pillows, couches... Quiet. Great rooftop area. And enough parking for two cars. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location for Belmont

We stayed for Belmont graduation weekend and the location was perfect. The property is clean and the kitchen has everything you may need! We had an issue with the TV WiFi but the property manager was very responsive and the issue was straightened out eventually. Due to my own oversight I did not realize there was not a bathroom for the bedroom on the bottom level --- just don't want anyone else to miss that detail. We would stay here again!

Nashville 2023

We found this VRBO last minute due to cancelled reservation at another resort. The property manager was quick to respond and we truly appreciated that. Turned out to be a fabulous location and we would happily stay here again! I do recommend a bath mat in the showers as it’s a bit slippery! Also, workers in the complex blocked us in the garage a couple times. They should park in the spots provided, not behind garages.

Nashville Bachelorette Weekend

This house was perfect for our group's needs! We had a group of 10 women (over 30) and found the house to be comfortable and roomy. The beds were nice, towels were soft (however, there is exactly 1 full sized towel per person, I recommend bringing a few extras if you like one for hair or a fresh one every day, we did a load of laundry mid-stay). Keurig machine but if you are picky about your coffee bring/buy your own K-cups. The common area had plenty of space and the patio is huge! 2 car garage and easily accessible street parking. Ubers/Lyft were easy to get and about 10 minutes and $10-20 to most everywhere we wanted to go. About a 10-15 minute walk to the heart of 12 South. We really enjoyed our stay!

Girls Weekend

Great place! The experience here was very nice and perfect for 5 of us who were celebrating a friends birthday. Clean and fresh, furnished with nice towels and linens and furniture was very comfortable. There are a lot of stairs which for us was ok but just know there is one flight to the main level, another flight to the second floor with 2 bedrooms and baths and then another flight to the rooftop deck. The deck was nice but the weather was a little cool for us. Would have liked to have been able to enjoy it more! The place is less than a mile from some cute shops and good restaurants too. Very nice place to stay!

Great spot, good times.

I stayed at this property with 7 people (3 couples and a friend) and the layout and bedroom situation was perfect for us. My friends complimented the unit and location on several occassions which made me feel good about the decision to book it. The unit itself was clean and the online pictures were pretty accurate as to the actual condition. The location was excellent as we were no more than 10 mins from the downtown strip & the Gulch. Local ride share services were quick, easy, and inexpensive. The main road the property is on also has a Hotspot a few minutes away with some nice restuarants and shops. The only negative thing I have to say about this property is 1.) There was no salt shaker and 2.) There was no frying pan(s)... We went to the grocery store prior to checking in to buy 1 meal for the group.. a big breakfast feast for Saturday morning.. we woke up to find that we didn't have these 2 things and were pretty bummed out. We ended up having to make eggs in a large pot and had to forego making hashbrowns and sausage.. luckily they had a baking sheet so we could cook bacon in the oven.. oh, well.. not going to downgrade my rating because of this.. I have one other suggestion and that would be for a large umbrella for the rooftop table. It was extremely hot during our visit and we felt like we would have used the rooftop if that would have been included. The pictures never showed one so it's not like we were expecting it, but it would have been nice. I would absolutely recommend this property to a friend. Thanks for hosting my group.

Excellent house in great area

The house was extremely clean and had everything you could need from trash bags, laundry detergent, coffee, dishwasher pods, you name it. It was completely turn key. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone going to Nashville/Vanderbilt area. Thanks for a great trip!

Great Nashville Spot

The property was very new and nice. It is in a little community of townhomes that are connected to each other with the rooftop areas all next to each other. The area is very close to downtown and Vanderbilt and basically everything. We had a great time during our stay.

Spacious, new and great location!

The management company was great with communication, very quick replies and helpful. The property is very clean, new and well decorated. They have all the amenities you could need, the towels were so soft! Great bathrooms and water pressure too! The rooftop deck was so nice, we had breakfast out there and loved it. The location was perfect, nice walk to 12 south shops and a short Uber to downtown and or The Gulch. All of us who stayed here absolutely loved it! I would for sure stay here again!
