PUERTO RICO är tillbaka! Vår byggnad har KRAFT, VATTEN, CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING och CABLE / WIFI. Stranden är vacker som alltid !! Swimmingpool i olympisk storlek öppnar nu från 07:00 till 22:00. Ägaren drivs och underhålls (Gabriel)! Extra ren lägenhet! Vi är vid havet! Två sovrum strand / havet lägenhet med king size-säng och queen size i andra sovrummet på den bästa stranden och den bästa byggnaden i Isla Verde. Den har en ny (installerad mars, 2019) central A / C och helt nya möbler. Fullt utrustat kök (kvartsbänkskiva) precis som hemma. Tommy Bahamas strandstolar och kylare. Vi har BLACK-OUT nyanser för en vilsam natt sömn. Vi har en nyckellås så att du kan ange när som helst. Skulle överväga att hyra som ett sovrum också (inte under högsäsong).

Marbella Del Caribe Este (öst) är en av de mest eftertraktade bostadsrätter. Det ligger på "strip" på Isla Verde Avenue där det finns många restauranger, kasinon, banker, biluthyrningsföretag och en 24 timmars Walgreens (tvärs över gatan) allt inom gångavstånd. GRATIS säker inomhusparkering med enkel tillgång till hissarna. Bil INTE nödvändig för vår plats om du inte vill utforska den vackra ön!

Komplexet erbjuder 24/7 säkerhet, tillgång till stranden till samma strand som Intercontinental Resort Hotel, och El San Juan Hotel för halva priset, privata grunder som inkluderar en pool i olympisk storlek, barnpool, tennisbana, volleyboll / basket domstol, lekplats, picknickbord och grill. Inomhus privat parkering med direkt hiss tillgång till lägenheten. Vi erbjuder strandstolar.

Lägenheten ligger 10 minuter bort och en taxiresa på 17 dollar (tillåter inte Uber att hämta på flygplatsen) från San Juan International Airport (INGEN flygbuller), och bara 15 minuter från Condado och 20 minuter från Old San Juan. Nära till stora motorvägar för enkel åtkomst till hela ön.

Best Vacation Ever

The host was great from start to finish. Communicatred clearly, provided written guidance that was clear and concise. The view of the beach and pool from the balcony while enjoying a bottle of wine or sipping coffee was great. The host provided information about stores and resturants in the surrounding area. The condo is central to a lot of places and if we wanted to go outside of San Juan, Uber was at the curb before we could get downstairs. Would definately stay here again. Hats off to the host.

Great location on a Gorgeous Beach

The location of this property and the proximity to the beach couldn't be any better. We spent the entire week enjoying the beautiful beach and eating and drinking at the local establishments, which are within walking distance of the property.

Best place to stay!

The listing doesn’t do any justice to the actual condo and the view is phenomenal! I spent 1 week there and it was great! The locals are very welcoming and friendly as well. I would definitely be staying here again in the future!

Just perfect

We absolutely loved our host and and stay. The place was beautiful and clean. Had pleanty of space with a stunning view of the beach. The property is located conveniently in the middle of everything and across the street from a walgreens. No complaint, would recommend 10/10.

Perfect winter getaway

This was the perfect spot for us to escape the chilly winter. The beach and pool are beautiful and well kept, and we loved sitting on the balcony in the evenings. Close to San Juan, Condado, Piñones, and easy to buy the things we needed.

Beach, diving & nightlife

This was the perfect location. My wife wanted long walks on the beach, I wanted some scuba diving, and my sons wanted some nightlife. This place is close to everything. Plus a great neighborhood for meals, groceries and sundries! We plan to recommend it to friends and family.

Excellent location and view

The condo was clean, Gabriel was easy to reach and helpful. The view is awesome. The beach had little sargassum (there was much more as one walked eastwards closer to the point). The central air is a big plus.

Beautiful property and the perfect location

My daughter, son-in-law, and I enjoyed a relaxing week in Gabriel's condo. The views from the balcony and both bedroom windows are spectacular. The condo was sparkling clean and included all necessities (cooler, chairs towels, etc.). The location is convenient to airport and stores. We look forward to staying there again in the future.

Great value

We enjoyed our stay at Isla Verde immensely. The condo has aged, but gracefully. Besides being clean and well managed, the views from the balcony were superb. The large pool was great for lap swimming. Beach access was perfect: down to the lobby, out to the beach, toes in the sand. Top rating from us!

Beautiful beachfront updated apartment.

We had an amazing time. The apartment is very well located, it has everything you need, the views are amazing and the central A/C is a must after spending time on the beach. Gabriel, the owner, is super responsive.... ready to help with anything that may come up. We, hope to be back soon and will love to stay here again.

Puerto Rico

Stunning views, great beach access, good location, close to everything, easy check-in process, well stocked, excellent cookware. There were a few hiccups with the air conditioning, no fault of Gabriel's. I still rate that as a positive, because Gabriel responded in record time and kept us updated about what was going on. My only suggestion would be to add a full-length so we can check our outfits before we head out. The beach gear was a great addition, and the drying rack was very handy. Overall great stay and highly recommend this property.

Amazing!

My husband and I brought my daughter and her friend for their senior trip and had a great time. Gabriel was very quick to respond to any questions. We felt safe at this location and plan to stay again at another time. Pizza place next door was awesome a bonus. 😁 Beach view from balcony and bedrooms was breathtaking.
