Great Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our trip was great! The house was stocked with kitchen equipment, basic spices & tupperware to store leftovers that we cooked and use to take food to the beach. Having beach chairs & toys was great.

The house was as advertised and in a safe neighborhood with convenient location close to shops, grocery store, and several beaches not too far from Kona. The house is spacious and comfortable with very well stocked kitchen. The pool, hot tub and outdoor space are great to relax in. The hot tub does take about an hour to get “ hot” but just plan ahead for it. We very much enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay here again! Thank you for sharing your Hawaii home with us!

Beautiful home and location

House was very clean and great location. The home was well furnished (plenty of towels, cookware, etc) and pool/spa were great! If we have the opportunity to go back to Kona, we will definitely stay here again.

Waikoloa Beautiful

Family of 5 plus 2 adults. Very comfortable, beautiful grounds, pool does not need to be heated, it's plenty warm and the hot tub is actually hot. Very good stay, great value.

Beautifully kept home and very comfortable. Only negative is the lighting in the great room was not as good as we would have liked. It is over head only with no reading lamps. Plentiful towels and dishes etc. which was great! Pool lovely and warm enough without heating.

Secluded Hideaway

This home provided exactly what we were looking for. There was plenty of space and modern amenities for all. It was like a home away from home. I thoroughly enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning poolside. Beautiful Hawaiian stay!

Family vacation

An absolutely perfectly home for the 6 of us. We loved everything about this home. Spacious and extraordinarily clean. The pool and hot tub were used constantly and eating outside was perfection.

This house was perfect, the kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were big and there was enough room for 8 to sleep comfortably. We didn’t need to heat the pool it was warm and clean. The back patio was amazing with plenty of seating. The garage with stocked with all the beach equipment we needed. I would definitely recommend this house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was just as pictured. Very clean and loaded with lots of extras. Everything you need in the kitchen. Garage was loaded with beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas and toys. Pool was very relaxing and was cleaned again during our stay. Big enough to swim and play in. The Waikoloa Beach Resort area is perfect for running, walking and biking. The Queens Marketplace and Kings Shops provide lots of dining and shopping opportunities.The communications with Shiwota Resorts before during and after our stay was excellent. This is a first class house managed by a first class Management Team. I would highly recommend this house and hope to stay here again.

Family stay in April

Very well equipped kitchen and property. Suited our family very well. Appreciated the snorkel, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and other equipment available to fully enjoy the local beaches. The pool (no need to heat) and spa was a big hit with the pool guy maintaining on a regular basis. High chair and pack and play were perfect for our needs. Communication was easy and timely.

Perfect Family Vacation

The property was in great shape. Only minor issue was some dust on the floorboards, but my wife is very sensitive to dust. She loved the place though.My brother's family and friends family stayed close by and we played several rounds of golf, barbecued at the house and had a great time. Would have liked to have used the bikes but they were too small.

Over the rainbow

Waikoloa has always been my favorite place on the Big Island. The home is spacious and perfectly situated near the Kings and Queens plazas. The walking exercise is just the right amount to justify eating the delectable treats available. It's a very private and peaceful home with an amazing view of the night stars for gazing. In short, loved it.

Lovely Stay

This was a beautiful home with everything accurately posted. We are family of three generations doing our 14th annual family vacation. This was by far one of our best accommodations. Some of us were able to enjoy the wonderful sunrise every morning by the pool. Teenagers were having fun sunbathing and swimming. After a day of hiking, we all enjoyed the spa. The area was nice, safe and quiet so every night we had a restful sleep. We were able to enjoy meals together indoor and outdoor. It was truly a lovely time for all of us to remember. Thank you.

Family vacay

We had the best time visiting our 49th state with our family!! One toddler and 7 adults enjoyed this spacious home and all its amenities. The 4 bedrooms are large with 2 of them leading right to the beautiful back yard/pool area. Our grandson really enjoyed the space to run and we all enjoyed the pool/spa. With the large open concept, we were all able to be together for meals and watching g football. It was wonderful to have a washer and dryer and a stocked kitchen. It was absolutely perfect for us!! Quick communication with Mike, we didn’t have any issues at all. Highly recommended, you won’t be disappointed!

Perfect Big Island Home

First of all Mike is an excellent host. We had a small problem with the front door and he fixed it immediately. There was no iron or ironing board when we came in and he provided one that day. All of our communications leading up to our state were excellent. The house is beautiful. We were four couples and we each had our own space. The pool area was spectacular with views of Mauna Kea and surrounding areas. Just a short drive from anything that we needed. Hapuna Beach is nearby and that was spectacular. We made day trips to Volcanoes National Park into the peak of Mauna Kea as well as a visit to Kona brewing company and Greenwell Farms Coffee. Excellent shopping and restaurants nearby. But the best part was waking up each morning to the sunrise and just lounging by the pool when we could. This was an absolutely perfect trip.

Wonderful location and well appointed home. Checkin was easy, home was clean, inviting, and very comfortable . The pool was a huge hit with our group. Close to so many beaches and activities. Wish we had been able to stay longer, we will be back!
