Tillgänglig varje vecka från lördag (minst 7 dagar) och var god bokad endast i veckovisa steg. För någon annan vistelse, vänligen kontakta ägaren innan du bokar.

Klassiskt strandhus och bara 2 minuters promenad från den vackra stranden Sea Pines. Allt är på en nivå med rullande tillgång från uppfarten ...... inga steg alls.

Köket har nya bänkskivor i granit och är fullt utrustat. Det stora huset har en 70-tums platt-tv, och det finns ytterligare platt-tv i varje sovrum.

Det finns 3 kung sovrum, ett tvåbäddsrum / tvåbäddsrum och även en våningssäng i en sittgrupp för barn. Två av kungen sovrummen har fäst badrum, och det tredje badrummet är åtkomligt via korridoren. Det finns en full storlek badkar och dusch combo i en av King sviter.

Poolen är helt sluten i ett privatliv staket med ett bord / paraply med plats för 4. Det finns ytterligare stolar vid poolen och 1 solstol.

För din 2 minuters promenad till stranden finns det 4 strandstolar och en strandvagn. Det finns också en rullande kylare. Strandartiklarna finns i verktygsområdet precis utanför köksdörren. En stor gasgrill finns också.

Comfortable and convenient

We enjoyed our stay especially since it was conveniently located within walking distance to the beach. The place was clean and stocked well with all the basic amenities. We took advantage of the grill for several meals as well as the various pots and pans in the kitchen. The pool was also a great addition. We definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting a great vacation!

Perfect Location

This was perfectly located very close to the beach and for the bike riders the trails are easy to jump on. We had a great time!!

My favorite place

This is our 2nd time staying here. It is perfect for our family. We love the house and pool. The walk to the beach is short and very nice. The owners are wonderful and communication is great.

Annual HHI week!

Great location and house for our annual HHI week with grandparents. House was exactly as advertised. Great space for multiple adults and kids. Easy walk to the beach and the pool was perfect for the end of the day fun while prepping dinner. Would definitely stay again. Libby was a wonderful host!

Great place for our family!

This was the perfect house for our family! Plenty of bedrooms for the adults and the perfect place for the kids all to themselves! The house was super nice and very clean. The pool was amazing! Loved that it was fenced in so the littles didn’t wander too close! And the beach access was si easy! The beach was family friendly and not too crowded! I think we were a little spoiled!

Absolutely fantastic house in perfect location !

We had an amazing time at hhi and absolutely loved this vacation home. It’s in a perfect location - quiet nice neighborhood and about 3 min walk to the beach. The house was very clean and extremely well prepared. There were lots of extras such as numerous beach chairs , tons of beach/pool towels and everything you could ever need in the kitchen. Also nice that the owner left lots of hand soap, garbage bags etc. we brought our own but nice if you run out of an item. Also the pool is great , bigger than it looks in pics. Excellent experience and we would love to return to this fabulous home!

Second time there - great hosts, great house

This is a really good property for a family with young kids. Nice and spacious inside, great pool, easy walk to the beach, quick access to bike trails. It’s terrific. But I think the best thing about this place is how thoughtful the owners of the house are when it comes to thinking of everything a guest might need during their stay. There are details you just don’t find everywhere you stay. Everything is so well organized and well marked. It’s such a great experience staying at this house, we loved it so much we already booked it again for next year.

We fell in love with the beach feel of this home. The location is 4th row oceanside, with only a short walk 2 minute walk to the beach. The pool is completely enclosed in a privacy fence. The convenience of one level is something that we like. Also, it is easily accessible from either the Greenwood or Ocean gate of Sea Pines resort.

Convenience to everything Sea Pines Resort has to offer..... There are comfortable beds in roomy bedrooms plus a sitting area for the kids to hang out (with also a bunk bed). With the close proximity to the beach and private pool, this home has everything for a family to enjoy a wonderful vacation!
