Great view

We stayed for 2 days during our sons graduation from UD. The house was incredably clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the views of the river and were very pleased with the accomodations. Cant wait to come back when we have more time to spend relaxing.

Beautiful views!

Beautiful home, Comfortable bed, Linens were clean and smelled amazing, The Water view was nice, and you could hear the faint sound of the drawbridge horns .Lots of wildlife, Sat on the dock every morning, drinking coffee., Watched amazing sunset from the dock.

Beautiful spot on the river

Having the owners right next-door was so helpful. They were very friendly, but not intrusive. It was great to have kayaks to use to explore the river.

We loved our stay. So relaxing and peaceful! Everything was actually better than we had hoped for.

We wish we had more time to stay longer. It was sad to leave after such a short stay. Being on the property was so relaxing and the owners are wonderful.

Perfect Eastern shore getaway

We had so much fun during our stay. Suzanne and Gene were so friendly and the girls meeting little River made their day! Beautiful view and the house was incredibly clean and inviting.

Wonderful Time

Rest full stay with fantastic dock overlooking river. Met Suzanne and some of the family after they returned from fishing on the bay. Nice place for couple to relax.

Great location

Attractive, well-designed snug cottage in a wonderful location overlooking the Sassafras River. High point for us was sitting on the boathouse roof deck watching the river - eagles, herons, cormorants, ducks - and listening to birdsong.

Cozy, comfy, great view!

The cottage is very cozy, cute, & comfortable. We loved having our morning coffee & breakfast on the sitting area down by the water! Hosts were very friendly & helpful. We will definitely be back next year!
