Very clean when got in there - some minor damage found from previous stays, but was able to inform owner of when identified. The location is AMAZING - closer than hotels/motels even. Very convenient location. Owner was always available and attentive to our stay, potential needs, or concerns. 10/10 would stay here again.

Great location. Nice having laundry and being able to walk to park. I did not realize it was across the street from the park so you have to cross the street to get there or walk down to closest crosswalk is at the second bus stop but the apartment is at the fifth stop .

Location was amazing! Park entrance is right across the street so we parked and walked everywhere. Beautiful place and would definitely stay here again!!

It was just a short walk to the park. The beds were comfortable. The bunk bed was way bigger than a standard twin size. It was great having a kitchen and table. There were even k-cups for the Keurig! The best part was the spacious and comfortable "star deck" - that's what we started calling it. You may have to ask for the code to get up there, but the host was quick with a response.Thank you, Jack!

Nice and clean, host was nice and communicative. Parking was easy and close . Kitchen had everything we needed. This location was the best place to be by far . We walked to the entrance to the park everyday we stayed. So easy. And having subway below us was a nice bonus. Would totally stay here again !

Great place to stay. Everything we needed was available. Having en suite laundry was very nice. The location could not have been any better! It was just across the street from the park entrance. Jack was on site and was very friendly. Highly recommend!

Great location and very convenient. The area may seem a little unusual at first, but everything turned out to be great. For our family of three, there was plenty of space and we felt very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Location! Loved that it had laundry and kitchen! The big bunk beds and king bed were also a great addition! Made our stay really comfy !

We had a great stay at this apartment. The location was fantastic—so close to the park that we were able to walk right in each day and never needed to drive our car, which made the trip much easier.The apartment itself was very clean and nicely updated. We also really appreciated the thoughtful amenities provided, including paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, and shampoo. Those little touches made the stay much more convenient, especially when traveling.Overall, it was a comfortable and well-equipped place to stay, and the location truly can’t be beat.

Great little apartment with everything you need for several days at Zion, and you definitely can’t beat the location! There’s a gated alleyway to access the three apartments, so it’s a safe place to leave ebikes if you rent them overnight.

Location is awesome and the space was clean and cozy. Very close to the park we just walked in. All the grocery shops around for food items are outrageously priced. Bring from a supermarket outside of town if you can or just eat out. Springdale is a total tourist trap town so everything is Parking can also be a pain so once we parked our car at the apt lot we didn’t move it for worry of someone stealing the spot for easy park access.

Great location!!

Great stay and love the location and being able to walk right across the street and into the park! Perfect for a family of four and just enough space in amenities to be comfortable. Highly recommend!

Closest to Zion entrance

Location location location… although unit is behind a Subway , it was perfect plave to stay if most of your day will be in the park. Beds comfy and had everything we needed.. as well as good price compared to other hotels in same area
